Waukesha, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office confirmed that a felony warrant has been issued for Jose de Jesus Juarez-Delgado, 34, who failed to show up in criminal court on Monday, according to court records.

A $3,000 bail for Juarez-Delgado was forfeited.

The Waukesha County District Attorney's Office filed a one felony count criminal charge on March 11, 2021 against Juarez-Delgado for theft-movable property charges of at least $5K. The suspect who is undocumented and doesn't have valid driver's license (license previously suspended) is currently being sought by Waukesha authorities.

If convicted on the felony count, Juarez-Delgado is facing up to 3 years and six months in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.

Juarez-Delgado also has a one misdemeanor count charge for disorderly conduct in Waukesha County too. His $500 bail was also forfeited on Monday and has an active warrant as well, court records indicate.

In Milwaukee County on March 31, 2022, Juarez-Delgado was charged with one misdemeanor count for violate/harassment restraining order with a domestic abuse enhancer and one misdemeanor count for disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse enhancer. A $2,500 cash bail was set for Juarez-Delgado. He is expected for a Milwaukee County court hearing on June 10th.

If convicted, Juarez-Delgado is facing up to 6 months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines for violating a restraining order, and facing up to 90 days in jail and up to $1,000 in fines for disorderly conduct.

According to the Waukesha County felony criminal complaint, Juarez-Delgado allegedly scammed a local Waukesha resident into signing a driveway repair contract under DBA Construction Solutions, LLC, a company name that was previously dissolved in 2017 and no longer existed in the state. The victim paid Juarez Delgado at least $4K to do the repairs, which the suspect never did.
