New Outpatient Opioid Treatment Center On S. Layton Blvd Strip Mall Opposed By Milwaukee Alderwoman JoCasta Zamarripa

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Alderwoman JoCasta Zamarripa from the 8th Aldermanic District sent out an advisory letter from her office to local residents in the area confirming that she is opposed to a new outpatient opioid treatment center opening at the 800 block S. Layton Blvd (strip mall). Ald. Zamarripa says, she met with the applicants and hearing from many of the neighbors over the last month, which she believes that the location is not suited for the Community Medical Services to open in that location.

Zamarripa also says that she has sent a letter of opposition concerning the outpatient opioid treatment center project to the Board of Zoning Appeals (BOZA).

Sylvia Ortiz-Velez,  the 12th District Milwaukee County Supervisor and State Assembly Representative from the 8th District who would like to see an outpatient opioid treatment center in the Southside says, "There is a huge need for places that service the opioid epidemic that is killing many of our neighbors and loved ones.  We need locations that the people who are most impacted have access too instead of having to drive outside of their communities and risk being racially profiled. Many people might not have the ability to have reliable transportation and need access locally."

"Treatment centers are needed in the city. Addicts having to travel outside of their community to get treatment adds to their anxiety and stress. Shame, Ald. Zamarripa plays into unfounded fears and uninformed stereotypes, unjustly denying city residents from treatment clinics in their own community is wrong," according to Robert Miranda, a local prominent Milwaukee activist.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office (MCMEO) recently released that there were 74 probable OD's (drug overdose deaths) so far in 2021, compared to 511 OD's in 2020 and 418 OD's in 2019.

Also in 2017, there were 101 fentanyl-related deaths reported compared to 96 in 2016, according to the MCMEO.

The MCMEO also reported in 2020 that 58 percent of the 435 confirmed victims were white, while 28 percent of the victims were Black, and 9.4 percent were Hispanic. Which, a total of 65 Southside residents from the 53215 (35 victims) and 53204 (30 victims) ZIP code areas in Zamarripa's Aldermanic District died from drug overdoses in 2020.

Ironically, Zamarripa in her advisory letter didn't provide an alternative location for the outpatient opioid treatment center in her district indicating she currently opposes one in the 8th Aldermanic District.

BOZA will have a public meeting concerning the opioid treatment center for people to attend on May 6, 2021 at 4:30p.m. at Milwaukee City Hall, 200 E. Wells Street, 3rd floor, room 301-B and there will also be a virtual transmission as well.

The Latino MAGA Social Media Facebook Web Of Lies In Wisconsin

Exposing The Latino MAGA Social Media Facebook Web Of Lies In Wisconsin

April 23, 2021

Mario Herrera has been identified as the main culprit behind the fake Latino MAGA (MAGGOTS/Make Amerikkka Great Again/Keep Amerkkka Great) Facebook page in Wisconsin, which promotes false information, hate, racism and Nazi propaganda targeted at Latino members of the Milwaukee and Wisconsin area.

Who is Herrera? Herrera whose birth name is actually "Maria" and the former Hispanic Outreach Director for the Republican Party of Wisconsin (resigned from position on June 2019) and is one of the alleged creators of the fake Latino MAGA Facebook page account with the HispanicNewsNetworkUSA dot com link that was connected to the Trump for President Campaign  donation site that scammed supporters for more than $127M in recurring donation charges without its supporters knowledge. Once the Trump recurring scam was exposed, the Trump campaign had to refund the donations.

Herrera allegedly posted (anonymously, but was outed by a fellow Latino MAGA that he was the one posting those posts without a byline) on a fake site that a member the the Latino community was a "Pervert. Fake Reporter. Fake journalist. Fake Latino. Fake Hispanic. Rapist. Sexist. Rat. Cheapskate, Fraud. Moocher. Liar and Bottom-Dweller are just a few of the names", which is actually false, but it certainly fits Herrera's own profile of himself and his childish imagination due to his known failure to recruit a majority of the Latino eligible vote in Wisconsin to help reelect former Governor Scott Walker (R) and former U.S. President Trump (R-MAGA), the pathological liar himself. Both Walker and Trump lost their reelection bids in Wisconsin.

America rejected Trump's Amerikkka and his White nationalist neo-Nazi MAGA movement last November 2020.

Herrera has yet to update his LinkedIn account, which most likely indicates, he is unemployed or is between jobs after the Trump MAGA movement seemed to have disappeared after their failure during an insurrection attempt on January 6, 2021 at the U.S. Capitol building in D.C.

Also, Herrera who is a wanna-be writer published an article (Sept. 3, 2020) in the Wisconsin Right Now dot com (WRN) and it falsely claimed that he was still the Hispanic Outreach Director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, which at the time of the publication, he was no longer employed with the Republican Party of Wisconsin. The WRN article also identified Herrera as the Chairman of the Wisconsin Republican Hispanic Assembly.

Witnesses at the scene say that Bryant was just trying to defend herself from the females who attempted to attack her.

Chauvin was video recorded by a witness holding his knee on Floyd's neck for more than 9 minutes contributing to Floyd's death. Chauvin is now facing up to 70 years in prison on all counts.

State prosecutors also charged former Minneapolis police officers Tou Thao, 34, J. Latino MAGAs In Wisconsin Posted The Body Of A Naked Child On Their Facebook Account, An Alleged Federal Child Porno Nudity Violation

The Latino MAGAs who created a fake Latino MAGA Facebook (FB) account in Wisconsin have definitely crossed the line by posting a naked child's body in their page.

April 18, 2021

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - It appears that the fake Latino MAGA (Make America Great Again/Keep America Great) Facebook page account created by both Mario Herrera, the former Hispanic Outreach Director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin and another MAGA known as Dawn Maldonado have crossed the line by posting a body of a naked child in their FB page. Their actions or the act by their FB administrator or administrators have no doubt violated the FB Community Standards and federal law that prohibits the posting of child nudity, which could be deemed as child pornography under federal law.

The penalty for posting naked child photos is serious under child pornography federal statues and could bring federal charges against the FB administrators of the fake Latino MAGA Facebook page account.

Any violation of federal child pornography law is a serious crime, and convicted offenders face severe statutory penalties. For example, a first time offender convicted of producing child pornography under 18 U.S.C. § 2251, face fines and a statutory minimum of 15 years to 30 years, according to the U.S.DOJ.

In August 2019, both Herrera and Maldonado posted on Herrera's FB personal account that they were creating the www dot HispanicNewsNetworkUSA dot com page, which has promoted hate towards a member or members of the Latino community and has also engaged in Nazi propaganda and condoned by FB.

A Latino MAGA who asked not to be identified has confirmed that Herrera is the author of most of the posts in the fake Latino MAGA FB account and its link.

Handgun Slide Appears Locked Open By Empty Magazine When Recovered At Scene Where Adam Toledo, 13, Was Fatally Shot By Chicago Cop Eric Stillman While Having His Hands Up

Chicago cop fatally shot 13-year-old teen while his hands were up, according to the officer's body camera footage released by Chicago police.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

April 16, 2021

Chicago, Illinois - The Chicago Police Department released the full Police Officer Eric Stillman, 34, body camera footage of the March 29th shooting incident at the 2300 block of S. Sawyer Ave. (alley), which showed Stillman chasing Adam Toledo, 13, who has a 9mm Ruger handgun in his right hand in an alley. Officer Stillman orders Toledo to stop and to show him his hands, as fractions of second passed, Toledo tossed the weapon behind a fence and turns around with his hands up facing the officer and then Officer Stillman discharged a single gunshot striking Toledo in the chest. Toledo died at the scene from the fatal gunshot.

Toledo's weapon could been seen behind the fence as Officer Stillman walks to it and shined his flashlight to it. The handgun is leaning upside down on the fence and it appears that the slide on the handgun is locked open indicating that the empty magazine of the gun locked it open.

Toledo's family attorney Adeena Weiss-Ortiz confirmed that the handgun recovered about ten feet from Toledo's body had an empty magazine and the gun slide was locked open due to an empty magazine.

Chicago police have confirmed that officers were responding to a shots fire spotter in the area and saw Toledo and another suspect, Ruben Roman Jr., 21, flee from the scene.

Both Toledo and Roman Jr. were allegedly shooting multiple gunshots at a passing vehicle, according to police. Toledo's hand had gunshot residue.

Toledo and Roman Jr. are alleged members of the Latin Kings gang in Chicago.

Roman Jr. was charged with multiple felony charges for reckless discharge of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, child endangerment and violation of probation.

If convicted, Roman Jr. is facing up to 3 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines for discharging a fire, up to 5 years maximum sentence in prison for unlawful use of a weapon by felon or up to 14 years in prison, if charged and convicted for a second time for felon use of a weapon and up to one year in prison and up to $2,500 in fines for misdemeanor charge for child endangerment, violating probation could impose previous sentencing prison time remaining for either a previous misdemeanor or felony conviction.

It is not clear, if Officer Stillman will be facing any criminal charges for fatally shooting an unarmed teen while having his hands up.

According to the Chicago Police Department, Officer Stillman has four complaints of inappropriate conduct and three for using excessive force.

In 2017 in Milwaukee, WI, former Milwaukee Police Officer Dominique Heaggan-Brown, 24, was found not guilty in the homicide of Sylville K. Smith, 23, who was fatally shot on August 2016 while unarmed by Heaggan-Brown. Smith was chased by then Officer Heaggan-Brown and when Smith tossed his weapon over the fence to surrender, Heaggan-Brown fatally shot him as he turned around to face the officer.

A Police instructor testified in a Milwaukee County Circuit Court that Heaggan-Brown was trained to shoot until the threat was eliminated, despite a suspect being  unarmed because he could be armed. Heaggan-Brown who is gay was later convicted for sexually assaulting a male victim.

Latino MAGAs In Wisconsin Failed To Get Trump Elected In 2020 After Their Anti-immigrant Stand Was Exposed By HNNUSA's Journalist H. Nelson Goodson

Trump and his MAGA hate And White nationalist movement was rejected in November 2020 by the majority of Americans in the U.S.A.

April 15, 2021

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The major Latino MAGA (Make America Great Again/Keep America Great) failure to get the Latino community in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County and around the state to come out to cast their vote for Donald Trump, the known pathological and White nationalist racist president is attributed to H. Nelson Goodson from Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA). Who is Goodson, well he has been a long time advocate for Comprehensive Immigration Reform and Civil Rights who happens to be a well known journalist with more than 38 years of publishing. Goodson is well known in the local organizing community network.

Nationally, Goodson is one of the foremost respected immigration rights and reform journalist. He is also one of America's foremost Latino civil libertarian. The Badger Blogger 2008, Patrick wrote: Mr. H. Nelson Goodson, "You have covered things that the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel newspaper won't and you cover it in a way they fear." Posted on Badger Blogger on August 17th, 2007 at 6:39 p.m.

Goodson was instrumental in helping to coordinate the national Immigration movement early in 2006, which drew millions of supporters for immigration rights and reform. Goodson further encouraged numerous members of the Latino entertainment world to endorse and support immigration reform throughout the nation in 2006, published in "El Conquistador Newspaper" issue on November 21, 2008 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, U.S.A.

Currently, Goodson has more than 38 years experience in news investigative reporting.

What led for the Latino MAGAs in Wisconsin to fail, also be shunned by the Latino community and not get the support of the majority of the Mexican-American, Puerto Ricans, Mexican nationals including their extended families who are eligible to vote and the eligible Latino voters in Wisconsin, especially in the metropolitan Milwaukee area?

Simply put, the Latino MAGAs in the Milwaukee area were being organized by Mario Herrera, the former Hispanic Outreach Director for the Republican Party of Wisconsin. Herrera, who came from California had just experienced a major loss by not generating sufficient Latino votes in Wisconsin including Milwaukee to reelect former Governor Scott Walker (R), which Governor Tony Evers (D) was elected in November 2018 and defeated Walker. Latinos in Wisconsin were very instrumental in electing Governor Evers who became the 46th Governor of Wisconsin on January 7, 2019.

Herrera shortly after resigned his position from the Republican Party of Wisconsin. He and his few Latino MAGA followers then attempted to help the Trump reelection campaign. Trump visited Green Bay, Wisconsin and Herrera including his MAGA followers went to meet Trump and took photos, which Herrera posted on his Facebook account and claimed that Latinos were leaving the Democratic Party and joining the MAGAs, which was definitely a huge lie that Goodson exposed by reporting and publishing Herrera's claim.

At the time, Trump was advocating hate and racist rhetoric at MAGA rallies around the country. Goodson in the published article asked Herrera and his Latino MAGA followers, if they backed Trump's hate and racist rhetoric and where did they stand on Comprehensive Immigration Reform and if they supported driver licenses or permits for the undocumented immigrant drivers in the state as a safety road measure and whether they backed the implementation of the 287g ICE program in the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office, which allowed corrections staff at the jail to vet alleged undocumented inmates processed at the jail for minor traffic violations? Herrera and his Latino MAGA followers did not respond and to date, they still haven't responded, since the Trump campaign nor Herrera were able to convince the Latino eligible voters to support Trump and his failed campaign.

Goodson was the only journalist to expose the opening of a Latinos for Trump campaign office in the Southside just a door away from the new Voces de la Frontera office at the 700 block of W. Historic Mitchell Street in Milwaukee. Even, Eric Trump visited the Latinos for Trump campaign office on August 11, 2020 before it officially opened, which Herrera posted a photo on his Facebook (FB) personal account. Goodson was able to publish Herrera's photo of Eric stopping by at the Latinos for Trump campaign office. Goodson later visited the MAGA/Latinos for Trump campaign office on W. Historic Mitchell and was told that there would be a Grand Opening of the campaign office, which was attributed to Herrera getting funds from the Trump campaign and the Republican Party of Wisconsin to operated it. Herrera and his MAGA followers never held a grand opening once Goodson exclusively reported it was operating in the Southside.

Apparently, the majority of the Latino community shunned and chastised Herrera and his MAGA following, since they could easily be identified in the photos that Herrera posted publicly in his FB account,  including posted likes in the fake Latino MAGA FB page and were published by Goodson on HNNUSA.

Herrera and Dawn Maldonado another known MAGA also confessed on FB to creating a fake Latino MAGA Facebook page identified as Hispanic News Network USA with a red MAGA logo to mimic well known alternative news source Hispanic News Network U.S.A. with the popular black logo. Herrera and Maldonado have used their fake Latino MAGA FB page to promote hate and Nazi propaganda including lies in order to target Latino members of the community. They have also engaged in alleged malicious and liabialous posts anonymously on FB, Herrera definitely lack any real courage to put his byline on the posts.

Both Herrera and Maldonado's alleged fake MAGA FB account deception, which has now been exposed as an unwitting scam by the Trump campaign to illegally take recurring donations from his own supporters without them knowing, according to the New York Times report.

According to the New York Times and Fox News, once a donor donated an amount to the Trump campaign by using WinRed who processed the donations, it continued to collect donations on a weekly basis from the unsuspecting donor totaling in the thousands of dollars in some cases until they eventually discovered the scam by the Trump campaign.

The donors filed complaints of the Trump campaign deception and the campaign had to refund at least $122.7M to WinRed donors.

A Latino MAGA who asked not to be identified has confirmed that Herrera is the author of most of the posts in the fake Latino MAGA FB account and the link www dot HispanicNewsNetworkUSA dot com.

Today, Goodson is definitely credited for exposing Herrera and his MAGA followers in creating a fake Latino MAGA FB page and their failure to openly support the undocumented immigrant community, which contributes more than $90M in combine taxes per year to the State of Wisconsin.

Today, Wisconsin and Mexico have a trade agreement, which Mexico generates at least $6B in trade with the state per year. The MAGA/Republican controlled legislature has been known to be anti-immigrant and won't support driver licenses or permits for Mexican nationals or other undocumented immigrants driving in Wisconsin roads.

Most of the Latino MAGAs in Wisconsin and around the U.S. do make a living from the Latino community, but in the background, their political views are anti-immigrant, don't support the undocumented taxpaying worker and have supported Trump and his White nationalist agenda, also his hate and racist rhetoric including the border wall.

Brooklyn Center, Minnesota - On Wednesday, Pete Orput, the Washington County District Attorney confirmed that former Brooklyn Center Police Officer Kimberly A. Potter, 48, will be facing one felony count for 2nd-degree manslaughter for the April 11 homicide of Daunte Wright, 20, a Black driver who attempted to flee from police after being stopped for displaying an air freshener in the rear view mirror. During the traffic stop, police learned that Wright had an outstanding warrant. When an officer attempted to arrest and place Wright in handcuffs, he broke free and got back into his vehicle and attempted to flee while his girlfriend was in the passenger's seat.

Potter attempted to hold Wright, but she failed and she took out her service 917 Glock handgun and fired a single gunshot striking Wright in the chest while saying "taser, taser, Oh shit, I shot him"...another officer says, "Oh well."

Wright was able to drive away for a short distance and died.

Potter who was also the President of the Brooklyn Center Police Department union claimed that she mistook her service handgun for a taser. She's a 26 year veteran in the department and was training a rookie at the time of Wright's homicide.

Potter who was placed in administrative paid leave later submitted her resignation after her body video camera footage was released showing the graphic shooting of an unarmed Black driver.

Potter was taken into custody on Wednesday in St. Paul around 11:30a.m. and booked at the Hennepin County jail on pending charges for 2nd-degree manslaughter to be filed by the Washington County District Attorney’s Office, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension reported.

If convicted, Potter is facing up to 10 years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines.

Wright's murder sparked major protests at the Brooklyn Center Police Department and those attending called for "Justice for Daunte Wright."

Brooklyn Center White Female Cop Kimberly A. Potter, 48, Murdered Daunte Wright, 20, A Black Driver Over A Traffic Stop And Warrant

Brooklyn Center, Minnesota - The Brooklyn Center White female cop who murdered Daunte Wright, 20, on Sunday afternoon has been identified as Kimberly A. Potter, 48. Officer Potter claims that she mistook her personal service handgun for her taser when she fatally shot Wright in the chest. Potter's personal body camera footage was released and she is being heard as saying "taser, taser", “Oh shit I just shot him” another officer said “Oh well”, but she actually fired a single gunshot at Wright striking him in the chest.

It seems that after being an officer for nearly 26 years in the department, Potter can't tell the difference between a taser or a handgun.

Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon is calling Wright's homicide an accidental shooting.

Wright was stopped for having an air freshener on his rear view mirror and police learned that he had an outstanding warrant. In the video, an officer is seen trying to handcuff Wright as Potter attempts to help, but Wright struggles and gets into the car and Potter's handgun could be clearly seen before she fired a single shot at Wright striking him in the chest.

Wright temporarily drove off, but stopped in a short distance and died. Wright's girlfriend was in the passenger's seat and witnessed Wright's murder.

While stopped at the corner, Edgecomb caught up with the victims and he got close and asked Cleereman, if he had said something about him and then struck Cleereman through the open vehicle window. Cleereman got out of the vehicle and confronted Edgecomb as he took out a gun and fired at Cleereman fatally striking him in the head. Edgecomb remained on the run at the time, but his bicycle including a loaded an another unloaded 9mm magzines were recovered at his home. Milwaukee police followed a trail of security cameras in the area, which footage showed where Edgecomb was headed too after the homicide shooting.

Latino Fake MAGA Facebook Page In Wisconsin Used In Deceptive Practice For Unwitting Recurring Donations To The Trump Campaign

The Latino fake MAGA Facebook page Hispanic News Network USA with the link hispanicnewsnetworkusa dot com and red logo was created to promote hate and Nazi propaganda by several local Trump supporters in Wisconsin to raise campaign funds for Trump in August 2019, which connected directly to WinRed and the Trump donation campaign.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

April 5, 2021

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - In August 2019, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) was the first alternative news source to exposed the deceptive practice by Mario Herrera, the former Hispanic Outreach Director for the Republican Party of Wisconsin and a known Make America Great Again/Keep America Great (MAGA) Trump supporter and Dawn Maldonado, another known MAGA in Wisconsin who plotted to create the Latino MAGA fake Facebook (FB) page with the red logo to raise funds for the Trump campaign by connecting their link hispanicnewsnetworkusa dot com (now up for sale by GoDaddy/Afternic dot com) to WinRed and to the Trump donation campaign site.

Both Herrera and Maldonado were so upfront (confessed) that Herrera himself posted the plot on his personal FB account of the alleged deception, which has now been exposed as an unwitting scam (fraud) by the Trump campaign to illegally take recurring donations from his own supporters without them knowing, according to the New York Times report.

In the case of Herrera and Maldonado, the Latino MAGA fake Facebook page used their hispanicnewsnetworkusa dot com link without attribution that it was connected to the WinRed donation site and that by donating through their link, donors would be facing unwitting recurring donations, which today has turned out to be another scam by the Trump campaign. The link was later connected directly to the Trump campaign as well.

Most likely, the Trump campaign or WinRed have not filed campaign donations that were directly generated through the Latino MAGA fake Facebook page in Wisconsin that targeted members of the Latino community in Wisconsin and promoted hate and Nazi propaganda in the guise of a parody front to allegedly scam Trump supporters in Wisconsin through recurring campaign donations.

Editor's note:

Facebook continued to allow for the Latino MAGA fake Facebook page to be active, eventhough FB users reported as fake and that it was spreading hate and promoting Nazi propaganda targeting Latinos in the state to raise funds for the Trump campaign, which turned out to be a unwitting scam to rip off supporters was actually taking place.

Last year, HNNUSA contacted via email both WinRed and the Trump campaign concerning the Latino MAGA fake page that was engaging in a deceptive act to raise funds for the Trump campaign. Neither WinRed or the Trump campaign responded to the inquiry concerning their connection to the Latino MAGA fake page created by Herrera and Maldonado from Wisconsin.

Also, most of the Latino MAGAs that were able to be identified from Wisconsin were easily known through their likes by name and FB profiles for the fake page and their posted likes on posts in the Latino MAGA fake Facebook page.

Update: Apparently after this report was published, it seems that someone has bought the www dot Hispanic News Network USA dot com link from Daddy again to connect to the Bitnami site and are now using Facebook as a tool to continue to engage in false information and malicious defamation content without a byline and posting false content anonymously against a member or members of the Latino community in Wisconsin, but what can anyone expect from Trump Latino MAGAs. They are certainly leaving behind a digital trail for a possible legal action against them, but these MAGAs don't have much of anything of value, but only debts.

Another Latino MAGA who knows Herrera personally and requested not to be named confirmed to HNNUSA that Mario Herrera was the actual byline author of most of the false posts in the fake MAGA Facebook account page and the Bitnami site, which Herrera didn't identified himself and it seems that he doesn't have the courage to do so, while he writes anonymously, in an attempt to avoid liability for his false and malicious defamation posts against a member or members of the Latino community in Wisconsin.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Monday, Manuel "Manny" Perez, the former Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) under the former Republican Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker administration confirmed when contacted by Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that he had reported a fake Facebook (FB) profile (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100065371914064) account that was using his personal profile photo and name "Manny Perez". The fake FB account was immediately removed after Perez received information that an unknown person had sent out unauthorized friend requests and a FB friend of Perez contacted him personally to confirm that Perez himself indeed was the person who sent a friend request. Perez admitted that he didn't sent any FB friend requests with a new account, which actually had only had one friend indicating that it was recently created.

Perez after learning that his personal FB profile photo and name was stolen by an unknown FB user, he reported it immediately to the FB administration police and the fake Manny Perez profile account was removed.

The FB administration does keep the email used and IP information of any person creating FB accounts.

MKE Boriqua Fest 2021 Planned For August 1st, But Local COVID-19 Health Restrictions Including Possible Contagious Rise In WI Could Cancel Event

Organizers of the Boriqua Fest 2021 (Puerto Rican Family Festival) plan event for August 1st, location to be announced.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, Victor Huyke from the Puerto Rican Family Festival of Wisconsin announced that they "are planning to move forward with the festival. It will be held on August 1, 2021. Please note that the festival may be canceled should the (COVID-19) virus blow up again. But we feel confident with the current vaccine and the precautions we are planning."

In 2019, the Boriqua Fest (Puerto Rican Family Festival) in Milwaukee had an attendance of more than 15,000, according to Huyke. The one-day event was held at Humboldt Park in the Southside of Milwaukee, but organizers are currently looking for another location to accommodate the largest Boriqua Fest in Wisconsin.

So far, multiple local festivals around the Milwaukee metropolitan area have canceled for a second year in a row due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Most of the outdoor festivals draw crowds and with the current COVID-19 health restrictions in place, which mandate the use of facemasks and distancing including outdoor capacity restrictions by the City of Milwaukee Health Department could very well play a big role in deciding to move forward with an outdoor event that can generate profits for the organizers including vendors and not a loss of revenue.

Apparently, local festivals and music venues that include large crowds can't secure any insurance against COVID-19 liability today and event organizers and music venues could be held liable, if someone attending gets infected with the virus and dies.

Also, the Hispanic Scholarship Foundation of Wisconsin that operates the three-day Mexican Fiesta at the Henry Maier Festival Summerfest grounds continues to plan for their event in late August, but Fiesta organizers could also decide to cancel once again, if the COVID-19 pandemic continues to threaten the public health.

Some of the local Milwaukee festivals that have canceled for 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic are Bastille Days, Locust Street Festival, Festa Italiana, German Fest, Polish Fest and PrideFest.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported that on April 4, 2021, 579,877 Wisconsinites have been tested positive for COVID-19 including 584 for April 4th, and that 6,639 deaths have been reported since, the pandemic began in 2020, but no deaths were reported for April 4th, although a negative death was reported from the total of deaths reported, which meant that one death was reported when in fact it did not occurred.

In Milwaukee County, at least 164,963 people have been fully COVID-19 vaccinated, the CDC reported for April 4th.

In Wisconsin, at least 139 positive cases of the COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) variant, B.1.1.7 from England have been reported, 8 positive cases of the B.1.351 variant from South Africa and 2 positive cases from variant P.1 from Brazil. The variants are ten times more deadly and contagious than the COVID-19, according to the CDC.

On Monday, April 5, 2021, everyone over the age of 16+ can be eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine in Wisconsin, Governor Tony Evers (D) announced in order to stop the spread of the virus in the state.

Nationwide, there have been 30,492,334 COVID-19 positive cases reported with 533,681 deaths and so far, 165M people in the U.S. have been vaccinated, according to the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

In other news, Oklahoma became the 7th state in the U.S. to remove COVID-19 restrictions including facemask use. The other states include Wyoming, Texas, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota and Iowa.

Most states that have removed COVID-19 restrictions and the use of facemasks have Republican governors. Cities in those states will continue to have discretion on enforcement of their own COVID-19 health restrictions and facemask mandates.

Some businesses, including travel agencies and music venues will begin to require that those patrons attending venues or traveling to show their full Coronavirus vaccination cards (known as vaccine passports) to enter businesses, music venues and to travel.

FBI Wants Your Help In Identifying Two MAGA Suspects Allegedly Involved In The Master Planning Of The January 6 Insurrection Of The U.S. Capitol, $10M Reward Offered

The FBI is offering $10M dollars each for any information leading to the identity, arrest and conviction of two suspects believed to have planned the January 6 insurrection of the U.S. Capitol building.

April 1, 2021

Washington, D.C. - On Thursday, the FBI released a photo of two alleged suspects wanted in connection with the master planning of the mass MAGA insurrection attempt at the U.S. Capitol to keep Trump as President. The MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again/Keep Amerikkka Great) movement had been under the FBI radar for the last four years, but a photo of the two suspects and details leaked from a sealed indictment by unnamed FBI government informants that described how the two alleged suspects who have not been identified yet gathered at a local restaurant in an undisclosed location in Wisconsin to plan the U.S. Capitol insurrection and a takeover of a local alternative news source by creating a fake Facebook MAGA/QAnon page in the State to promote hate and Nazi propaganda targeted at the Latino and communities of color around the country in order to recruit supremacists, NeoNazis,  White nationalists and KKK sympathizers including so called White armed Patriots known for their chanting of "U.S.A., U.S.A." (United Supremacists of Amerikkka) at Trump MAGA rallies throughout the U.S. in 2020 to keep Trump in office for 4 more years.

Trump lost his reelection bid in November 2020 to a popular sleeping candidate who during most of the campaign for President spent his time in the basement waiting for the MAGA Armageddon, which never occurred. The FBI believes that the MAGA attempted insurrection was planned in an effort to keep the sleeping candidate from being confirmed as President by the U.S. Congress, which was meeting live on national news networks to confirm the Electoral College vote results.

The World witnessed the MAGA insurrection unfold.

The FBI is offering $10,000,000 (U.S. Monopoly dollars) reward for each suspect in the photo and for any information leading to the identity, arrest and conviction of the suspects who allegedly were behind the MAGA mob hostile insurrection planning of the U.S. Capitol that also allegedly involved multiple MAGA U.S. House Representatives and U.S. Senators. The male suspect with glasses is believed to have fled to Mexico and the smiling female suspect in the FBI photo is believed to have fled to Puerto Rico to avoid a Banana Republic Kangaroo court prosecution, according to the FBI.

FBI stands for Fools Bureau of Investigation.
