Milwaukee, WI - On Sunday, dozens of people gathered at the 1300 block of W. Forest Home Ave. in Milwaukee to remember and to celebrate the life of Señor Elote Man with a march seeking justice for Emilio Garza who was murdered in an arm robbery gone bad. Several suspects are being sought by police in connection with the August 28, 2020 homicide of Emilio.

Emilio whose birth name is Filigonio Ramirez Montes, 52, was beaten, kicked and fatally shot by several suspects during an armed robbery, which a video surveillance showed.

Those who attended the remembrance event, also marched South on S. 13th Street to W. Lincoln Ave. and then turned East to S. 11th Street and stopped at the 2100 block of S. 11th Street to pay their respects and to remembered the life of Emilio.

Ramirez Montes (Emilio) had been in the U.S. for nearly 29 years. He was a bass player for a local cumbia group. He was originally from Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico.

Ramirez Montes was a popular street Elote (corn on the cob) vendor and worked all year round including in the Winter season selling elotes.

A relative of a potential witness told Hispanic News Network U.S.A. The Witness described the two suspects as Puerto Rican, according to her brother.  Police have not confirmed, if the suspects were Hispanic.

The husband of the witness was in the alley waiting for her and when she walked to the alley shortly after the shooting, a White female police officer was driving up through the alley and she flagged the officer and told her that the two suspects walking to Kosciusko Park were the actual suspects of the shooting, but the officer told her that they weren't the ones that they were looking for. The brother said, if the female police officer would have acted, the two homicide suspects would have been immediately apprehended.

According to the Ramirez family, at least two houses had outdoor video surveillance cameras and one recorded the suspects attacking Ramirez Montes in front of the house and one of the suspects fatally shot him.

Also next week Sunday, September 6, 2020, a fundraiser will be held at the VIP Lounge, 828 S. 1st Street in Milwaukee starting at 12:00p.m. to 6:00p.m.

Washington, D.C. - On Friday, Frank Nitty (birth name Frank Sensabaugh) and a group of more than 30 peaceful Black Lives Matter (BLM) marchers from Milwaukee, Wisconsin arrived in Washington, D.C. after walking 750 miles from Milwaukee to D.C. Nitty and the group entered Washington, D.C. before 8:00 a.m. and transmitted a live Facebook video feed on his account while marching to Lincoln Memorial.

Nitty and the group including Tory Lowe, a community activist from Milwaukee walked for 24 days, while walking 30 miles per day to seek accountability for police and justice for those unarmed people of color who have been killed by police.

The group and Nitty endured racism, hate, vulgarities, police harassment, arrests, a shooting incident where a elderly White man, Elmer Myers, 75, in Schellsburg, Pennsylvania who came out of his house and began to shoot with a shotgun at the marchers while on the road at the 800 block of Lincoln Hwy and one of the marchers known as Cino was injured by buckshot.

Nitty proved how in some communities in the U.S. are so blatant racist and don't welcome Blacks, especially African-Americans walking through their rural communities.

In Bedford County, Pennsylvania, a group of White folks with some wearing Trump MAGA red caps gathered by the local County Courthouse and a park armed with handguns, rifles and other weapons in anticipation that Nitty would walk through their borough, but Nitty avoided the confrontation.

Nitty was leading the social justice and police accountabilty march cross-country seeking reform. The Milwaukee group marching to D.C. will join an August 28th commemoration of the 57th anniversary of the 1963 Civil rights march on Washington where Dr. Martin Luther King gave the famous "I Have A Dream" speech. Nitty was recently invited to give a speech at the commemoration event by Reverend Al Sharpton.

Nitty during his speech at the Lincoln Memorial indicated, that most of the people that chastised the BLM peaceful group marching along the 750 mile journey to Washington, D.C. had shotguns including Trump 2020 signs, which is their way to express racism towards people of color and people need to organize and to get rid of racist police officers across the U.S. and to also vote Trump out, calling it a "Revolution".

Nitty says, "While we marched 750 miles, everybody that came and chastised us, everybody that came with shotguns, everybody that came messing with us had Trump signs. Trump 2020. That's the new way they exhibit racism in this country and hide behind it. So we gotta vote Trump out."

Milwaukee, WI - The Latinos for Trump (LFT) in Wisconsin are the coordinated group also known as MAGAs (Make America Great Again/Keep America Great) that are currently operating a LFT/MAGA/GOP office at 725 W. Historic Mitchell Street in the Southside of Milwaukee. Ironically, the MAGA campaign office is located next to the new Voces de la Frontera (VDLF) office, an immigrant rights non-profit organization, which the two story building is being remodeled for occupancy by the VLDF org.

The LFT volunteer workers at the Trump/GOP campaign office are very friendly, hospitable and invited Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) on Sunday to checkout their new campaign Southside office in the epic center of the Latino Democratic 8th Assembly District.

According to the LFT volunteers at the office, they confirmed that Mario Herrera, the former Hispanic Outreach Director for the Republican Party of Wisconsin and current partner of the No Better Friend, Corp., an alt-right lobbying group and the current chairman of the Wisconsin Republican Hispanic Assembly is being credited for coordinating the opening of the LFT/GOP campaign office in the Southside of Milwaukee.

Herrera is also associated with the fake MAGA Facebook page that promotes Nazi and hate propaganda in Wisconsin targeted at Latinos, which its link is connected to the campaign donation site for Trump.

Eric Trump was in Milwaukee last Tuesday to accept the Milwaukee Police Association endorsement for Trump for President and Eric under the radar visited the LFT/GOP office where Latinos for Trump/MAGAs attend the private event, which was not covered by the mainstream media.

The LFT/GOP campaign office hasn't officially been opened, but it is currently operating on a skeleton crew.

Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales Demoted To Captain And Michael Brunson Appointed Acting Police Chief

Chief Morales was demoted to police captain for lying and not being truthful to the Milwaukee Fire & Police Commission.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 6, 2020

Milwaukee, WI - On Thursday, the Milwaukee Fire & Police Commission (FPC) unanimously voted to immediately demote Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales to Captain and decided to appoint Assistant Police Chief Michael Brunson as Acting Milwaukee Police Chief. Brunson was given two weeks to pick his command staff by the FPC.

Former Milwaukee Police Chief Morales was accused of not being truthful and lying to the FPC on multiple occasions including other allegations.

Members of the Milwaukee Fire & Police Commission, both Nelson Soler and Ann Wilson before deciding to demote Chief Morales, indicated that he had accepted multiple conditions including transparency last December in order to get hired (renew his contract) and Morales said that he would work with the Commission by having an open door policy and would provide certain stats, but he failed to do so. The tear gas incidents against protesters were brought up too by Wilson.

Also, Morales was accused of making false statements multiple times and being dishonest. He also intentionally misled the public with some communication narratives that were false statements, which victimized the FPC, its staff, the executive director and the public.

Apparently, Morales lied to the Commission several times about his firing and hiring practices, lied about the COVID-19 outbreak at Police District Station 5 where at least 30 officers were infected and he called it a small outbreak and he also lied that the MPD had spent about $43,000 on cleaning the police academy where 12 police recruits were infected with COVID-19 and he failed to mention to the FPC that the federal government paid for it, in addition Morales had failed to investigate a police video leak to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for months, according to Commissioner Raymond Robakowski, who motioned to demote Chief Morales to captain.

At the end of the FPC meeting, Nelson Soler was elected unanimously as Chair of the FPC and Angela McKenzie was elected unanimously as Vice-Chair of the Commission.

Update: Captain Morales will retire, he signed his retirement documents one day after he was demoted and will most likely receive $8,719 per month, according to sources.

Umbrella Man Who Vandalized Auto Zone In MN Identified As Mitchell Westley Carlson, A Hell's Angels Biker Club Member

A Minneapolis police (Hennepin County) search warrant filed in July at a State of Minnesota District Court identified Carlson as the "Umbrella Man", a White suspect who vandalized an Auto Zone store in May during a protest.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 1, 2020

Minneapolis, MN - A Hennepin County search warrant filed by Minneapolis police on July 27, 2020 at a State of Minnesota District Court identified Mitchell Westley Carlson, 32, as the "Umbrella Man" who was video recorded vandalizing an Auto Zone store during a protest seeking justice for George Floyd who was murdered by Minneapolis police officers who were later fired and charged in connection with the reckless homicide. Carlson who is White was also identified as a member of the Hell's Angels Motorcycle Club and affiliated with the Aryan Cowboys, a prison gang.

The search warrant seeks cellphone records for May 27th. Carlson has not been officially identified by Minneapolis police nor has been arrested and charged yet, but was identified in a search warrant.

According to the search warrant, "On Wednesday May 27, 2020  in the late afternoon, early evening a male, dressed all in black (black pants, black jacket, black hood/hat, black shoes and black gloves and wearing a black gas mask ) and carrying a black umbrella was video‐taped/recorded walking along the front of the Auto Zone and using what looks to be a 4 pound sledge hammer breaking out all of the stores front windows.  This male is then approached by several people, and, while you
could not hear the exchange the body language of those who approached this "Umbrella
Man," appeared to be gesturing in a way like they were telling him not to do that."

"It was also found later that this same "Umbrella Man" had spray painted the words "free
shit for everyone zone" on double red doors on the front of the Auto Zone store.  Upon
looking at the video of the "Umbrella Man," a white substance is observed on his right index finger of his gloves.  This would match with the white spray paint used to write on the double red doors.  This was done prior to breaking out the windows.

"The "Umbrella Man" is followed by a black male in a pink shirt. This male then follows "Umbrella Man" as he walks around to the rear of the building (north side).  The male in the pink shirt can be heard questioning "Umbrella man" as to who he is.  At  this point the
"Umbrella Man" turns to the pink shirt male and yells at him (what was said was unintelligible).  Umbrella Man then walks away, alone, going west bound.

"In a short time after the front windows are broken out in the Auto Zone, looting started.
Within a short time after the looting started, the Auto Zone was set on fire.  This was the
first fire that set off a string of fires and looting throughout the precinct and the rest of the

"Until the actions of the person your affiant has been calling "Umbrella man," the protests
had been relatively peaceful.  The actions of this person created an atmosphere of hostility and tension.  Your affiant believes that this individual's sole aim was to incite violence," according to the search warrant.

According to Minneapolis police investigators, charges are pending against Carlson.
