Milwaukee, WI - On Friday, Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) security denied access to several Latino Carmen students and a parent from entering the MPS Administration building to seek an appointment with an administrator to hear their concerns and eviction attempt from Room 11 at the Walker Complex building. According to video obtained by Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA), several students along with a parent went to seek an appointment with an administrator when MPS security told them that they had to leave the building because "no one is coming to talk to you". Apparently, the MPS administrators including Eduardo Galvan, the MPS Regional Superintendent and MPS Board member Tony Baez had been avoiding to meet with the students and parents concerning Room 11 and an eviction attempt by MPS employees who changed the door locks of Room 11 on Wednesday while student were still using the room, according to students and parents.
Every MPS student of color and parent should be welcomed at the MPS Administration building, since the student parents do actually pay taxes including property taxes. The Carmen students were not disruptive nor were they disrespectful to security, but security lacked the courtesy and respect to the students and parent.
More than 100 Carmen South students held a peaceful protest and rally on Friday in front of the MPS Administration building at the 5200 block of W. Vliet St. in the City of Milwaukee.
The students wanted to meet with any MPS administrator that would meet with them concerning the eviction of Room 11, but no one in the administration showed interest and ignored the students.
Students have certain rights and one of those rights is to hold MPS administrators accountable for their actions, since their parents pay taxes and the salaries of the MPS administrators and MPS Board members.

Carmen South Students Protest At Milwaukee Public Schools Administration Building Over Eviction From Walker Complex Room 11 Space

More than one hundred students from Carmen South held a protest and rally against Milwaukee Public Schools Administrators that decided to evict them from Room 11 at the Walker Complex in the Southside of Milwaukee.

Milwaukee, WI - On Friday, more than one hundred Latino  students from Carmen South High School, 1700 block of S. 32nd Street held a major protest and rally in front of the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Administration building on W. Vliet Street in the City of Milwaukee. The Carmen South students leaders along with multiple parents had gone to MPS offices to request a meeting with any administrator that would meet with them, but after several hours, no one met with them. So, on Friday, they decided to take their protest to the MPS administration building chanting "Save Room 11",  "Galvan, escucha estamos en la Lucha", "Baez, escucha estamos en la Lucha", "We need a Meeting", "Don't take our Arts", "Do your Job", "Si Se Puede", "Posely, escucha estamos en Lucha", "We are Carmen" and other chants while walking back and forth on the sidewalk in front of the building. The students were peaceful and made a strong stand that actually turned out to be an embarrassment for the administrators including MPS Board members who have neglected to meet with the students after they had the locks changed from Room 11 during class and an attempt was made to evict them from Room 11, which they had been using for years. At least six classes including music, a library and an advisory section was used for the arts programs.
Apparently, MPS decided to allocate Room 11 to ALBA before letting Carmen High School know, another Charter school in the Walker Complex sharing space.
While at the protest, several Carmen students attempted to schedule an appointment with an MPS administrator at the front office, but were kicked out of the building by MPS security and were told that no one would meet with them, even when they are MPS students and their parents pay taxes.
MPS administrators have cancelled meetings with the Carmen students and parents including Tony Baez, the only Latino MPS Board Member, according to parents. Also, Eduardo Galvan, the MPS Regional Superintendent of Schools failed to meet with the students, despite Galvan having time to checkout the student protest on Thursday at the Carmen High School and he never approached the students. Galvan when questioned at the protest scene on Thursday told Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that MPS would release a press release.
Jennifer Lopez, the CEO of Carmen High School says in a press release that she asked for the report of a space-allocation study allegedly conducted by MPS, which an oral report was provided to the MPS Board, but so far, MPS hasn't made any documents of the study available to Lopez.
Baez, the MPS Board member in an e-mail says that Carmen failed to seek other options to accommodate for the loss of Room 11, but it seems that MPS administrators failed to provide adequate space for Carmen when it confiscated Room 11, which apparently was now allocated to ALBA.
MPS communications staff told the students that negotiations were taking place between MPS administrators and Carmen High School, but the students and parents weren't being provided any information.
The following link provided includes additional information, dicuments and chain of events including press releases from MPS, Carmen High School and an e-mail from Baez, the MPS Board member.
It seems MPS administrators couldn't accommodate space in return of confiscating Room 11, which in January the MPS Board discussed allowing Carmen to stay in Room 11 until the end of 2019. Unfortunately, MPS administrators including MPS Board members couldn't search within the MPS properties to see, if a school building in the Southside has adequate space to house Carmen South. But as a MPS Board member says, it's another issue.

Breaking Update in WI: On Saturday, August 31, 2019, Milwaukee Public Schools employees cleared Room 11 at the Walker Complex building in the Southside of Milwaukee. The room was being used by Carmen South High School students until last Wednesday when MPS employees changed the locks during class as students watched.

West Allis Advanced Dental Office Manager Told Latino Family That They Didn't Accept Illegals Per Office Policy

A Latino family was stunned to learned that while making a dental appointment with Advanced Dental in West Allis, its office manager told the family that they don't accept illegals without a Social Security due to an office policy without asking, if a cash payment would be made for services.

August 27, 2019

Milwaukee, WI - Last week on August 19, 2019, a Latino family from the Southside of Milwaukee says that when they called to make a dental appointment for family members, they were asked if they had insurance, which the mother said yes, but that her husband who doesn't have a Social Security number would be requiring dental services as well. The office manager named Nancy Martin at Advanced Dental told the mother on the phone that they don't accept patients without a Social Security number, which she identified as illegals because they would have and issue, without actually asking if the husband would be paying cash. Apparently, the husband would be paying in cash for the dental services rendered at the clinic.
The mother got so upset and told her that she would be talking to the dentist about what she had just said and practice not to accept illegals. When paying cash, a patient doesn't need to provide a Social Security number when getting dental service.
The dentist from Advanced Dental at the 6300 block of W. Greenfield Ave. called the mother back and assured that his staff manager would be punished and consequences would be applied, but he never discussed what measures would be taken against his staff office manager to resolve such unfortunate incident.
The dentist did say that everyone was welcome and apologized for the incident.
The Advanced Dental incident was aired on Saturday morning in the Rivera's Western Wear Radio Show in La GranD 104.7 FM in West Allis. La GranD has a large Spanish Speaking audience in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Republicans In Wisconsin Admitted The Latino MAGA Fake Facebook Hate Page Administrators Illegally Linked Their URL To The Trump Donation Site

Latino MAGA fake Facebook hate page administrators illegally linked their fake URL hispanicnewsnetworkUSA dot com to the Trump campaign donation site, according to multiple Republicans in Wisconsin who asked for anonymity.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 22, 2019

Milwaukee, WI - On Thursday, multiple Republicans in Wisconsin who asked not to be identified confirmed that linking any fake URL to the Trump campaign donation site is illegal and violates federal election campaign laws. Latino MAGA fake Facebook hate page administrators Dawn Maldonado Perez, alias Damaris Perez, the Founder of Bylyngo Translating and Interpreting, LLC and Mario Herrera, the former Hispanic Outreach Director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin and the current Director for No Better Friend Corp. admitted in their Facebook (FB) accounts to intentionally linking a fake URL to the Trump donation site to raise funds for Trump. Herrera even tagged Donald J. Trump to let him know that they created a fake URL hate FB page link to solicit campaign funds for him.
The Latino MAGA fake FB page has been used to brew hate and Nazi propaganda including targeting a Latino community member and others for the purpose to raise campaign donations for the Trump re-election bid in 2020.
After Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) first reported on the alleged illegal link of a fake URL to the Trump campaign, the administrators of the fake page removed the link as of last Sunday, the URL no longer links to the Trump campaign donation site.
The questions remain, how much illegal donation funding was raised from a fake Latino MAGA hate page in Wisconsin that engaged in Nazi propaganda and false postings targeting a member of the Latino community and others? Will the Trump campaign donations received through the Latino MAGA fake page be reported by the Trump campaign on their financial campaign filings?
HNNUSA will continue to look into the matter and if the Trump campaign had any connection with the Latino MAGA hate FB page, which is still active.
Many Republican conservatives don't follow the Trump MAGA hate movement because Trump uses it as a platform to promote hate and racist rhetoric towards communities of color. The top executives of the Republican Party of Wisconsin have received information and FB images of the Perez and Herrera's own admission of using their Latino MAGA fake FB page engaged in hate, false postings and Nazi propaganda to raise funds for Trump.
Neither Perez and Herrera have released a public statement concerning the legality of using a fake URL link to the Trump campaign donation site. The Wisconsin Republican Party of Wisconsin has not released any statement about the fake page or whether they support a Latino MAGA fake page that was created to brew hate, false claims and Nazi propaganda aimed at the Latino community to create hate and division.
Today, the Latino MAGA fake FB page is certainly working on the contrary of the recruitment efforts by the Republican Party to attract Latinos to their own party ideals.

Video showing hispanicnewsnetworkUSA dot com fake URL connected directly to the Donald J. Trump campaign donation site.

Update: As of 8/26/2019, the Latino MAGA hate group that promotes Nazi propaganda in Facebook linked its fake URL (hispanicnewsnetworkUSA dot com) to WinRed dot com who claims it is "not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee" and no longer is linked and connected to the Donald J. Trump donation site. On Monday when cantacted, the FEC said "that certain rules applied for fraudulent representation...".

Shocking: Kenosha County Supervisor Zach Rodriguez Among List Of Followers Of The Latino MAGA Hate Group That Promotes Nazi Propaganda In Wisconsin

Supervisor Rodriguez is the youngest Kenosha County Supervisor that seems to get attracted to the Latino MAGA Facebook hate group that promotes Nazi propaganda.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 22, 2019

Kenosha, WI - Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) has learned that Kenosha County Supervisor Zach Rodriguez apparently likes to follow a recently created Latino MAGA fake Facebook hate page that promotes Nazi propaganda. Supervisor Rodriguez is one of more than 35 followers of that hate page. Rodriguez clicked on liked in an altered photo that depicts a Latino member of the Milwaukee Latino community with a false MAGA red cap, which the hate group had targeted and endangered the life of that Latino. Since, anyone today wearing a MAGA red cap could draw unwarranted violence against them due to the stigmatization that Trump has definitely created by his constant hate and racist rhetoric towards communities of color and immigrants.
The Latino community in Kenosha needs to be aware that Rodriguez likes a MAGA hate Facebook page that promotes Nazi propaganda.
Rodriguez is a member-at-large of the Board for the Republican Party of Kenosha County.
Since, he is considered the youngest Kenosha County Supervisor to be elected, he has a lot of growing up to do. The Latino community can do better in Kenosha and they should stand up against anyone or hate group that tends to target community members with hate and Nazi propaganda.

Milwaukee Mexican Fiesta Officials Say Security Measures Are In Place After An Alleged Mass Shooting Threat Was Posted In Snapchat

The Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc. that operates the three-day Mexican Fiesta festival at the Summerfest grounds posted on its Facebook page a statement indicating that security measures are in place after an alleged posting of a mass shooting threat appeared on Snapchat over the weekend.

August 18, 2019

Milwaukee, Wisconsin (HNNUSA) - On Saturday, Ruben Burgos, the President of the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc. that operates the three-day Mexican Fiesta posted a statement to assure the public and would be festivalgoers for the upcoming three-day festival at the Summerfest grounds that security measures have been made as well other measures that weren't made public after an alleged mass shooting threat appeared on Snapchat on Saturday. Some Facebook users posted and mentioned the alleged Snapchat mass shooting threat and including the WHSF statement about heightened security measures in the upcoming weekend festival at the lakefront.
Burgos's statement, "Mexican Fiesta wants to ensure all of our friends and family that we have plans in place for a safe Fiesta. We are coordinating with the Milwaukee Police Department, Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, Summerfest security and the National Latino Law Enforcement Organization-Milwaukee to provide security for the festival. We have had this arrangement for the past 25 years ensuring everyone's safety."
Worth the mention as a community safety measure and public service, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) checked for any recent activity of any hate groups in the local area including Milwaukee and HNNUSA found that Dawn Maldonado Perez, alias, Damaris Perez, the Founder and operator of Bylyngo Translating and Interpreting LLC in Milwaukee and Mario Herrera, the former Hispanic Outreach Director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin and the current Director of No Better Friend Corp. recently created a fake MAGA (Make America Great Again, known as MAGGOTs) Facebook (FB) page to promote hate and Nazi propaganda in the Latino and immigrant community in Wisconsin and local Milwaukee metropolitan area. The MAGAs have found a platform for the spread of hate for those that follow and support Trump and the MAGA movement of hate and racist rhetoric.
HNNUSA as a public service and for educational purposes identified those MAGAs and followers of the MAGA fake Facebook page who are local business owners, followers and local residents (neighbors) that support or just follow the hate and Nazi propaganda FB page for entertainment purposes. Latino community members and members of the immigrant community also have a right to decide whether to boycott such businesses that support Trump and his hate and racist rhetoric including MAGAs that also promote hate and Nazi propaganda targeted at any member of the community. The communities of color should not tolerate such hate and racist rhetoric including Nazi propaganda whether for entertainment or not.
The MAGAs and their followers do have a right to their own political beliefs and to follow and join any hate group including the FB hate platform that Perez and Herrera have created in FB. MAGAs are considered the alt-right MAGGOTs of the Republican Party that feed on Trump's hate and racist rhetoric. Many Republican conservatives don't follow or support MAGAs, but, they do follow their Republican Party for certain policies and ideals.
Also, the Latino community has the right to know who are these MAGAs and their followers that feed on hate and racist rhetoric and who are using Nazi propaganda in their FB page to target any member of the community.
HNNUSA recently released a list of MAGAs, followers and those who just like the MAGA (hispanicnewsnetworkUSA dot com) hate FB page that connected its link to the Donald Trump donation site (after being exposed by HNNUSA for possibly violating federal campaign laws, the link was removed as of Sunday) for entertainment purposes who should be ashame of themselves for being complicit to promote hate and Nazi propaganda.
HNNUSA did found the fake MAGA Facebook page targeted a member of the Latino community and others,  it should be a concern for everyone just in case their followers or a nut case might be influenced to commit an act of violence against members of the Latino community.
HNNUSA found no connection between the Latino MAGAs fake FB hate page locally and nationally to any mass shooting threat that has been alleged by some concerned FB users, but the communities of color should stand up against any hate group that promotes Nazi propaganda in their FB page whether for entertainment purposes or not.
Members of the Latino community should not alter their lives for any bogus threat of a mass shooting from anyone simply because Mexican Fiesta has a history of providing the best security measures with partnerships with the Milwaukee Police Department, Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department and members of the Latino Peace Officers Association.
Enjoy the three-day Mexican Fiesta this weekend in Milwaukee.

Editor's note: The fear is real and at a local Cuban Festival in Oak Creek, Wisconsin on Sunday, some festivalgoers were discussing the alleged mass shooting threat circulated in the Latino community and were talking that they weren't going to attend Mexican Fiesta on the weekend, but the Cuban Festival was a success with no incidents reported including the one-day Puerto Rican Festival at Humbolt Park in Milwaukee that drew at least 20K attendees with no incidents, according to the organizers.

Fake Facebook Page Created By MAGAs Dawn Maldonado Perez And Mario Herrera Mimicking HNNUSA

Several MAGAs created a fake Facebook page to mimic Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA).

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 12, 2019

Milwaukee, WI - Several MAGAs (Make America Great Again, a Trump rally campaign known to promote hate and racism towards people of color) Dawn Maldonado Perez, alias, Damaris Perez, the founder and operator of Bylyngo Translating and Interpreting LLC in Milwaukee and Mario Herrera, former Hispanic Outreach Director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin who resigned and is the Director for No Better Friend Corp., a conservative lobbyist group. Herrera resigned from the Republican Party of Wisconsin shortly after the failed re-election campaign of former Governor Scott Walker (R).
Perez's Bylyngo LLC, seems to depend on the same clientele that Trump is attempting to deport, with anti-immigrant policies.
Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) is not associated or affiliated with MAGA, the Trump re-election donation campaign site nor with either Perez and Herrera.
Apparently, Perez including Herrera and the DJT Donation site seemed to violate federal campaign laws by using a fake URL link with intent to mimic HNNUSA and a fake Facebook page as well to raise campaign donations for the Trump campaign. Which Perez confessed of doing and alleged intent to fool Facebook users. Both Perez and Herrera could be facing a federal law campaign violation.
Both Perez and Herrera are MAGA supporters and follow Trump's hate and racist rants at MAGA rallies. Herrera while at the Republican Party of WI was responsible for attracting Latinos to the party and generate votes for former Governor Walker, but failed in his quest. The majority of Latinos in Wisconsin voted to elected Governor Tony Evers (D).
Herrera and Perez who are both Republicans have no history in supporting or standing with the Latino community on Comprehensive Immigration Reform with a path to citizenship for 11M undocumented immigrants and other issues affecting the Latino community.
The MAGA Latino Republicans have been chastised by their own Latino community for supporting Trump's hate and racist rhetoric and these very same MAGAs have continued to condone his racist rants by their silence.
Despite, Trump's hate and racist rhetoric at MAGA campaign rallies, many Latinos who attend those rallies are complicit to Trump's hate against the Latino immigrant communities around the nation. The MAGA Latinos are not organized nor are they very influential in the GOP simply because they are just driven by hate, greed and their own special interests to cash in by using the Latino label to profit.
Today, it's not to popular to come out as a MAGA Latino/a, simply because they have been associated with the KKK, neo-Nazis, supremacists and White Nationalists agenda.
One thing for sure, hate crimes have increased where Trump has held MAGA rallies.
Many Republicans don't support or attend MAGA rallies because of Trump's constant advocacy of hate and racist rhetoric. The MAGAs have become the extreme alt-right MAGGOTS of the Republican Party.
To most Americans, Trump has definitely been responsible for inciting hate leading to violence at MAGA rallies, which has led some of his supporters to commit certain hate crimes including mass murder against people of color and Trump should be criminally charged for inciting such hate in an attempt to make Amerikkka White again.

MAGA Latino Republicans In Wisconsin And Throughout The Country Have Failed To Condemn Trump's Hate And Racist Rhetoric Against Their Own Immigrant Communities

MAGA Latinos in the Republican Party throughout the country including in Wisconsin have definitely failed their own communities and many have been chastised for not standing up against Trump's hate and racist rhetoric that has placed a hate target on Latinos in the U.S.

Milwaukee, WI - Today, MAGAs (Make America Great Again Trump supporters and followers who wear political MAGA attire and red caps) have definitely turned into MAGGOTS, they feed on hate and Trump's racist rhetoric. Trump has now been identified as a White supremacist by most of the Democratic presidential candidates including U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (D) who was the first to call Trump a racist, which now extends to all the MAGAs by association. Trump's hate and racist rhetoric towards Mexicans and Mexican-Americans has placed a target of hate on their backs leading to the mass massacre in El Paso, Texas by a deranged alt-right White domestic terrorist that claimed at least 22 innocent lives mostly victims of Mexican descent including nine Mexican nationals at a Walmart. These MAGA Latinos have failed to stand up against Trump's hate and racist rhetoric towards their own communities. None of them (MAGA Latinos) have had the courage to stand up for their own immigrant communities by coming out in public to support Comprehensive Immigration Reform with a path of citizenship for nearly 11M undocumented immigrants or against the 287(g) ICE program in their communities including to allow undocumented immigrants to apply for driving licenses in their state. Also, no MAGA Latino/a has had the courage to condemn Trump's concentration camps, the separation of families and children separated from their parents when seeking asylum.
Many MAGA Latinos have outed themselves in social media in an attempt to defend their choice to stand with Trump and his anti-immigrant policies, but they have failed to get any support from their own Latino community who has been targeted by Trump's hate and in many cases, from their own family members who don't support them either for being associated with Trump.
Today, it's not to popular to come out as a MAGA Latino/a, simply because they have been associated with the KKK, neo-Nazis, supremacists and White Nationalists agenda.
One thing for sure, hate crimes have increased where Trump has held MAGA rallies.

MAGA Trump Supporter Dawn Maldonado Perez, A Translator And Interpreter For Bylyngo LLC Mimicked HNNUSA To Promote Trump Donation Page

Perez confirmed that she apparently became the new owner of www.hispanicnewsnetworkusa dot com (actual link: https://secure.donaldjtrumpdot com/donate) in an attempt to generate donations for Trump to promote his hate, racist and fake news rhetoric on her Conservatina Fake News Facebook page.

Oak Creek, WI - Dawn Maldonado Perez, alias, Dawn Perez on Facebook was outed when she made a false reference of Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) on a Conservatina Fake News Facebook page post about Trump that she is the actual administrator. HNNUSA is not associated nor connected to Perez, a MAGA Trump supporter and follower who is also a Latina Republican in Wisconsin.
In the Conservatina comment post thread, she admitted to owning the www.hispanicnewsnetworkusa dot com (actual link: https://secure.donaldjtrumpdot com/donate) in an attempt to generate donations for Trump to promote his hate, racist and fake news rhetoric. Perez posted in her Conservatina post, "Katherine Gomez and I forwarded it (fake URL) to DJT donation site."
Perez operates the Bylyngo LLC Translating and Interpreting service, which depends on Latino clientele for business and population that Trump is attempting to target for deportation. Perez's support for Trump and her management of the fake news Conservatina indicates that she has also learned to lie just like her president, who is a pathological liar with nearly 11K confirmed lies and mistruths, since taking Office at the White House.

Shocking: State of Wisconsin Scamming Milwaukee County By More Than $3B In Revenue And The County Gets Less Than 9% Of That Shared Revenue

Milwaukee County suffers from inequity of State shared revenue, which gets less than 9% of the more than $3B it pays the State.

Milwaukee, WI - Milwaukee County paid nearly $2.5B in revenue to the State of Wisconsin in 2014 and the County only received nearly $ .250B in shared revenue from the State, according to a Wisconsin Department of Revenue economist and Milwaukee County. Today, Milwaukee County pays at least $3B of revenue to the State per year and the County receives nearly $ .300B from the State in shared revenue, the inequity of shared revenue.
The current Milwaukee County budget is about $1.1B per year, which public safety (Sheriff's Department) and the County courts operation and the District Attorney's Office combined total cost to operate including health social services are the majority service budget costs. In the last nine years, about $260M have been cut (averaging budget cut between $25M to $28M per year) from the budget to make ends meet, according to Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele. When Abele was first elected, the annual Milwaukee County Budget was at $1.5B.
The Milwaukee County Board  should withhold its annual share revenue to the State until State legislators decide to return a fair share of revenue to Milwaukee County. Can the State legislature justify their blatant economic scam of Milwaukee County including other counties in the state? Most likely not, and does the State also practice the same shared revenue percentage rate return to other counties as Milwaukee County?
The unfair economic scam of Milwaukee County has been taking place for more than a decade under Democrats and Republicans in control of the legislature and the County continues to be an economic victim of a State scam/robbery today.
A referendum should also be placed on the ballot across the State including Milwaukee County that should ask taxpayers, if they would like local counties to stop paying the State a share revenue until the State reforms its share revenue to return a fair share of revenue to the counties.
Also, it would seem that Milwaukee County pays a huge share revenue to the State compared to other counties, would it be because of the large concentration of Latinos and Black populations in Milwaukee?
Taxpayers in all the counties of the State of Wisconsin should be infuriated today for being short change and should rise up against the so call share revenue economic scam of taxpayers.
