Milwaukee Brewers White Racist Fans Gave Standing Ovation To Racist MB Pitcher Josh Hader At Dodger Game

Hader, the White racist pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers was given a standing ovation at the game by other White racist fans.

Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

July 24, 2018

Milwaukee, WI - On Saturday, White racist fans gave a standing ovation to Milwaukee Brewers White pitcher Josh Hader at Miller Park during the Dodgers game after returning to the game from the All-Star games where his racist, sexist, homophobic and supremacy tweets posted in 2011-12 that targeted Gays, women and Blacks were exposed, TMJ4 reported. Hader made the racist tweets when he was 17, now 24, he has apologized, but his racist fans gave him a standing ovation, which Milwaukee Alderman Khalif Rainy released a statement on Monday calling Hader's fans standing ovation "an embarrassment to the world" and the Milwaukee Brewers including Milwaukee had dropped "the ball again on race relations."
Ald. Rainy stated, "Just last week, we saw homophobic and racist tweets including "white power" surface from Brewers pitcher Josh Hader, a Caucasian man. The tweets preceded his time as a professional baseball player to when he was 17. In a statement, Brewers General Manager David Stearns calls the comments "inexcusable" but did not take the opportunity to acknowledge Hader's comments are an example of a larger issue related to racism. "Those of us that have come to know Josh do not believe that these posts are representative of his beliefs. He has been a good teammate and contributor to the team in every way. We will continue to work through this issue with Josh as we prepare to resume games after the break."
What occurred during Josh Hader's first appearance since those tweets surfaced is most troubling.
Thousands of fans gave the pitcher a standing ovation. This frankly is an embarrassment to the world. The boisterous manner of standing to show support for Hader is nothing less than a dismissive stance against problems of race affecting an entire community: a community dealing with the effects of hypersegregation, economic disparity and police harassment.
The act of crowd members rising to their feet to cheer Hader ignores these very issues that NFL players seek to highlight while kneeling in silent protest during the national anthem. I am deeply concerned that President Trump continues to castigate those football players, recently recommending suspension for those who do not stand "at attention, hand on heart." Although it seems cynical, I cannot help but think it comes down to skin color."

Peggy A. West, Former Milwaukee County Supervisor's Criminal Complaint For Election Fraud

West officially charged with felony election fraud by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.

July 23, 2018

Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office officially filed a one felony count charge for election fraud of certified nomination papers against former Milwaukee County Supervisor Peggy Ann West, 47, stemming from forged nomination signatures. West made her initial court appearance on Monday and a signature bond was set at $5,000. Her arraignment was scheduled for August 8th. If convicted, West is facing up to 3 years and six months in prison with fines up to $10,000.
According to West's criminal complaint, five people denied signing West's nomination papers and a property manager, Delia Santos confirmed to police investigators that a former resident, Sonia Rivera had moved to Florida 4 years ago, but her name appeared in West's nomination papers (page 16). Another 16 people in the Milwaukee County Supervisor's 12th District also confirmed that they did sign West's nomination papers, but West didn't personally circulate the nomination papers as she certified that she did. Also, West's daughter, Elimiliana Lorenzo told police that her mother forged her name as a certified circulator in several nomination papers (pages 18-19) as well, according to the criminal complaint.
The criminal complaint states that on West's nomination page 16, the apartments listed for electors from 1 to 5 didn't exist at the building address and none of the electors listed from 6 to 10 lived at the address provided. In other words, West who signed and certified the nomination paper as the circulator allegedly fabricated the list of electors.
On West's nomination page 4, Jay Reinke told police that he partially circulated the sheet and got electors to sign from 1 to 6 and left 7 to 10 blank when he signed and certified the nomination paper as the circulator, but someone later managed to add electors from 7 to 10 without him knowing until police asked him about that page.

The discrepancies happened at several locations in the 12th Milwaukee County Supervisor District including at the 1800 block of W. Becher Street and at the 500 block of S. Layton Blvd., according to the Ortiz-Velez complaint.

Supervisor West in February posted the following statement on her Friends of Milw. County Supervisor Peggy West, District 12, "For the record specifically at the address 1800 W. Milwaukee, WI - On Thursday, the Milwaukee Police SWAT team broke into a home at the 200 block of S. 60th Street just after 10:00 a.m. and shot a 7-year-old pit bull multiple times while a 15-year-old male teen held him in his arm, according to his mother Tammy Prasnik, 43. Prasnik told Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that Thursday morning she and her family went through an ordeal after a Milwaukee Police SWAT team executed an alleged no-knock warrant and one of the officers with an assault rifle fired multiple shots at a family pit bull when it barked while her son, James Juarez, 15, was holding the dog in his arms. James got splattered with the pit bull's blood, but was not injured by police assault rifle fire.
Prasnik says police didn't even identify themselves when they broke into the residence and rushed in. Police later told her that they had a no-knock warrant and apparently read it to her, but she nor any member of the family was provided with a copy. Apparently, police alleged that a neighbor had made a report that it was a drug house and police had been watching the residence, according to Prasnik. Prasnik who is visting Milwaukee from Texas says, that at least 7 members of the family including her, a 4-year-old and a 5-year-old were at the residence and in addition her daughter's boyfriend was also visiting when police broke in. Prasnik's daughter was identified as Beatrice Juarez, 21, who rents the home. All except the toddlers were placed in handcuffs and restraints and taken outside. Anthony Juarez Jr., 23, Damian Krause, 23, and James were placed in a police patty wagon (prisoner transport van) and the rest were allowed to be on the curb as police searched and ransacked the residence. After several hours they were released and no one was taken into custody.
Police found no drugs at the residence indicating it was a false drug house report or their intelligence was flawed.
The injured pit bull by the name of Muli was taken by the Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) and it was later pronounced deceased.
Prasnik says, Muli, the pit bull was not a theat to police when it was shot while her son held him. Prasnik told HNNUSA that she would like to thank the Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) for cremating Muli at no cost, since the decision was based on that it was a senseless dog killing by a Milwaukee police officer.
Prasnik later discovered that Milwaukee Police Officer Lopez who was driving the police patty wagon snapped a photo of Anthony, Damian and James inside the holding area of the van and send the photo to Milwaukee Police Detective Angela Juarez who later confirmed to Anthony, her nephew through Facebook messenger that she indeed received the photo from Officer Lopez. Angela also sent the photo to her brother Arturo Juarez who shared it with others, Prasnik said. Det. Angela is the aunt of both Anthony and James who they haven't seen for some time, Prasnik said.
Prasnik told HNNUSA that she will seek legal advice and will also go to the Milwaukee Police Department to request a copy of the no-knock warrant and the names of the officers involved including any body camera videos of the incident.
The Milwaukee Police Department hasn't released any information about the debunked raid or the shooting of Muli.

Charcoal Grill Worst Smoke Polluter At SummerFest 2018

The Milwaukee Common Council and the Milwaukee Health Department have yet to regulate the immense smoke pollution created by the Charcoal Grill at Summerfest 2018.

Milwaukee, WI - On Sunday, the 11-day run of Summerfest 2018 ended and according to Donald A. Smiley, the President and Chief Executive Officer, it was the largest attendance yet in its history for the largest music festival in the World. What Smiley failed to admit is that it has become one of the worst smoke polluters as well during the 11-day run, which has gotten away with laxed pollution regulations for its food vendors during the festival.
The Charcoal Grill food vendor located by the Harley-Davidson Roadhouse stage creates the most smoke pollution during the day by cooking greasy meats outdoors with charcoal. It seems, the City of Milwaukee Health Department and the Milwaukee Common Council have for years ignored the heavy smoke pollution that invades nearby areas forcing children, babies, teens and adult inhale the pollution for hours, especially at the Roadhouse stage or at any other location when the wind shifts and changes the direction of the smoke.
The Roadhouse stage on Sunday was engulfed with the Charcoal Grill smoke from noon to at least 7:30 p.m., some might see a photo and say, it's fog from the lake, but in reality it is heavy black smoke from the greasy Charcoal Grill and it becomes a hazard for those suffering from respiratory conditions or asthma.
The health department to date hasn't even tested the conditions to determine what long affect does the smoke have on those forced to inhale it while at Summerfest, especially in the immediate area where the Charcoal Grill is located.
It's about time Summerfest gets rid of the smoke pollution and City officials should begin to regulate such pollution at the Summerfest music festival.
According to Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF), which sponsors Summerfest, entrance to the festival grounds is at your own risk. MWF is immune from liability for injuries to persons or property on the festival grounds pursuant to Wisconsin Statue 895.52. Would it include injuries caused by pollution created at the festival grounds by a food vendor?
