Police say Rivera was killed during a suspected drug deal gone bad, no suspect has been arrested.

Milwaukee, WI - Jose A. Rivera, 32, aka, "Chino" was fatally shot on Monday at the 700 block of S. 32 St. during an alleged drug transaction gone bad around noon, according to police. No suspect has been arrested in Rivera's homicide.
Lt. Mark Stanmeyer, from the MPD Public Relations Office confirmed, that Rivera was "shot during an apparent drug transaction" and a known suspect is being sought in connection with Rivera's murder. The investigation is ongoing.
Rivera graduated from Pulaski High School in Milwaukee and was an assistant head chef. Family and friends are mourning his death and are raising funds for Rivera's funeral expenses.
