The Milwaukee Police Department Facebook page has been targeted by a multitude of people with posted comments asking why hasn't Walczykowski Sr. who is White been arrested and charged for grabbing a young special needs Black man by the throat and holding him from leaving after falsely accused by Walczykowski Sr. of being connected to a neighbor's stolen bicycle.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) , that first reported the incident learned that multiple people have been posting comments on the Milwaukee Police Department Facebook page asking why hasn't Robert Allen Walczykowski Sr., 62, of Milwaukee been taken into custody and charged criminally for grabbing a young special needs Black man by the throat and kept him from leaving while calling 911 for an alleged accusation of stealing a bicycle along or knowing another individual that took a bicycle two days earlier.
A posted Facebook video last Monday by LivingLife Wright (DeAngelo Wright) who arrived at the scene where Walczykowski was holding a 24-year-old special needs Black man by the throat went viral. Wright is seen on the video forcing Walczykowski Sr. to remove his hand from the Black man's throat.
Apparently, Walczykowski Sr.'s employment history has identified him as a former Milwaukee Public Schools security personnel at South Division High School.
On Sunday Afternoon, the Original Black Panthers of Milwaukee and Brown Berets went to Walczykowski Sr.'s residence at 2143 S. 25th Street in the Southside of Milwaukee to protest and serve an eviction notice.
Also at around 8:45 p.m. on Sunday, police responded to another protest at Walczykowski Sr.'s residence, according to the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) 911 call log.
Last Tuesday, the Black Lives Matter activists and community Black activist Vaun L. Mayes held a protest at Walczykowski Sr.'s residence in the Southside of Milwaukee.
Mayes and Darryl King Rick Farmer II from the Original Black Panthers of Milwaukee called for the Milwaukee Police to arrest Walczykowski Sr. and for the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office to file criminal charges against Walczykowski Sr.
Milwaukee police from MPD 2nd Police District Station in the Southside of Milwaukee hasn't released any information, if the family of the victim who Walczykowski Sr. grabbed by the throat have actually requested to file charges against Walczykowski Sr.
