Montoto was well known for his involvement with the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation and was one of the margarita vendors at the Wisconsin State Fair.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On early Thursday, Gregorio Montoto, 76, passed away, according to Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Incorp. (WHSF) sources. Montoto was the 1st Vice Chair of the WHSF in the Southside of Milwaukee that sponsors the three-day Mexican Fiesta at Summerfest in late August.
Montoto was also known as one of the popular margarita vendors at the Wisconsin State Fair.
Members of Mexican Fiesta and WHSF are mourning the untimely passing of Montoto.
