The Walworth County Judicial branch has definitely shown its discriminatory discretion to hold Coronado, a non-violent child advocate on a $100,000 cash bond (must post cash), eventhough her bail accessment done by the County says, she is not a flight risk or a danger to society.

Elkhorn, Wisconsin - On Monday, April 18, 2023, Walworth County Commissioner Peter M. Navis became the third person to refuse to lower the $100,000 cash bond (defendent must post $100,000 cash, court records show) for Kimberlee M. Coronado, 46, who is allegedly accused with one felony count for interfering with the custody of child of another patent, which is not a violent crime nor does Coronado have a history of any prior criminal act or convictions in Wisconsin. Coronado's excessive bond is truly a violation of her Constitutional rights to be considered for a lower bond, which in this case, she is innocent until proven guilty, but the Walworth County District Attorney's Office has proven without the benefit of a doubt that she is a danger to society other that she is a Native American and is known as an advocate for autistic children.
Coronado is charged with 948.41 (3)(a), Interfere with child custody-other parent, which is a felony F and party to a crime, but on sub section 4 of the criminal state statue, (1), the defendent can claim a defense to persecution of violation of this section, if the action: 1. ...that the parent or person authorized by the parent reasonably believes there is a threat of physical harm or sexual assault of the child.
Coronado's next scheduled court appearance is for an arrangement hearing set for May 15, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. at the Walworth County Judicial Center room 3040 with presiding Judge Daniel S. Johnson.
Commissioner Navis and two Walworth County Judges Phillip A. Koss and Daniel S. Johnson have refused to lower Coronado's bond, since March 2023 when she was taken into custody and multiple irregularities occurred in filing charges including a criminal complaint.
The Walworth County Deputy District Attorney arguing against lowering Coronado's $100,000 cash bond is James T. Sempf. If anyone checks out the Walworth County Sheriff's jail roster for other individuals being held for violent felony crimes, one can see that most of those individuals have $10,000 or less bails set by the same judges and Walworth County D.A. Sempf and other assistant D.A.'s. Also, other individuals held for non-violent felonies in Walworth County jail are held with much less bonds, than Coronado.
The Coronado case in Walworth County definitely shows how corrupt the Walworth County D.A.'s Office and the entire Walworth County judicial bench can be without any state and federal judicial accountability to make sure that these Walworth County judges and D.A.'s apply the law fairly including bonds.
The Wisconsin Department of Justice including the U.S. Department of Justice should launch an immediate investigation to learn why Coronado has been given an excessive cash bond, when the Walworth County accessment process for bond says, she is not a flight risk and has no criminal history.
The Coronado case is the fruit of the most corrupt Waukesha County family court system where two Waukesha County family court Judges Michael J. Abrahamian and Ralph M. Ramirez decided to illegally place the four Julie Valadez children with the abuser, Ricardo Valadez who has been accused by his run away son Ethan Valadez, 15, with child abuse, which the Waukesha police and Judge Ramirez failed to protect Ethan and charge his father with child abuse.
A video released by Protective Makua, an advocacy organization that protects abused mothers and children and fights for their equal rights in family court, shows Ethan telling Waukesha police of the abuse and his father telling a police officer and a female detective that he didn't want Ethan at home.
The Walworth County Scanner identified
Ethan Valadez by name in January 10, 2023, when he went missing (ran away on his own accord) and has now sought asylum in Canada. Julie, his mother has also sought asylum in Canada before Ethan ran away and has been criminally charged in Walworth County for Ethan's own decision to run away from his abusive father in the Waukesha County divorce case Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez # 2018FA000296.

Since the filing for the Writ of Mandamus by Julie, the Wisconsin Supreme Court assigned a CTO appointing referee to review the Julie Valadez appeal case filing.
According to information made available to Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA), Ethan could be a federal witness against his own father and other members of his father's family involving alleged criminal acts including child labor law violations.
According to Kathryn Alamea-Xian, Interim Executive Director from Protective Makua in Honolulu, "As a domestic abuse advocate, I represent Julie Valadez whose case earned national attention last year when the Wisconsin appellate court found that family court unlawfully awarded sole custody of her children to their domestic abuser Ricardo Valadez."
"However, after the reversal of the order the family court refused to vacate the order and, in retaliation for Julie's whistleblowing on the county's race, disability, and sex discrimination and for winning 4 appeals against it, the court sought to criminalize Julie for frivolous things such as sending her children birthday presents and waving to them. The court effectively barred her from all contact with her kids except for supervised visitation which is a measure legislatively intended for domestic abusers, not their victims. Julie was never found unfit to parent the children, despite Ricardo's vicious social media and rumor campaign.
"Julie fled the court's unjust persecution after it sought to put her in jail and she is now a refugee claimant in Canada. She has been in Canada since July of 2022. Last January, one of her sons, EBV, age 15, ran away from his unjust persecution and his father's continued abuse after reporting serious federal crimes implicating his father and the family court.
"In retaliation and fear, his father has initiated a fraudulent Hague case and filed criminal charges against Julie claiming she kidnapped EBV. EBV is now also a refugee claimant seeking political asylum since he has also suffered unjust persecution by Waukesha courts to silence him from reporting. He has autism. I believe EBV may be the first American child seeking political asylum from unjust persecution from the U.S., signaling the substantial shift the country has taken away from democracy."
