Milwaukee, WI - On Wednesday, Voces de la Frontera Action (VDLFA), the political affiliate to the non-profit Voces de la Frontera, an immigrant and workers rights organization announced that a march and rally is set for November 10 to protest the anti-immigrant rhetoric by the Republican Presidential candidates. The GOP candidates running for the nomination of the Republican Party label as president will be in Milwaukee for a scheduled debate.
VDLFA, supporters and immigrants including allies are marching for justice for immigrants, a $15 minimum wage and for Black Lives Matter, according to a flyer circulating in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. The march will begin at 4:00 p.m. starting at the VDLFA office, 1027 S. 5th St. and will head to City Hall at 200 E. Wells St. The marchers will meet up with other allies at City Hall and then march to the Republican debate event at the Milwaukee Theater, 500 W. Kilbourn Ave.
The Milwaukee Theater has a capacity of 4,086 and the Republican National Committee confirmed, that the Republican debate for Milwaukee has been sold out.
The presidential candidates will debate on jobs, taxes, the national economy, domestic and international policy issues. Most of the candidates are anti-immigrant and have agreed with Donald Trump on deporting about 11M undocumented immigrants that would lead to separating families, if elected. The candidates have shown non-support for DREAMers or DAPA, which would allow their parents to legally stay in the U.S.
Trump and some of the candidates believe that children born in the U.S. to undocumented parents shouldn't be U.S. Citizens and would like to strip their citizenship, if elected.

Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, the Milwaukee County Board Finance Committee passed a municipal ID amendment to be added to Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele's  2016 budget, it will benefit undocumented immigrants and others who need an ID for County services, according to some County Supervisors. The amendment was sponsored by Milwaukee County Supervisors, Marina Dimitrijevic, Peggy Romo West and Khalifa Rainey. Their claim, that undocumented immigrants, released inmates and others could use the municipal ID to seek health care, use it for prescriptions, start a bank account, obtain a library card, would be able to get discounts for museums and parks and a discount ID for Milwaukee County Transit senior bus riders and those who are disabled and ride the bus.
The County Board will vote on amendments to the budget on November 9.
Milwaukee Alderman José G. Pérez is proposing a similar ID amendment for City of Milwaukee residents who are undocumented immigrants and others.
The municipal and city ID is the result of the Wisconsin Republican controlled legislature and Governor Scott Walker's (R) failure to approve a state picture driving permit for undocumented immigrants to legally drive in Wisconsin.

A pro-municipal ID rally will be held on November 2 at the Mitchell Park Domes at 6:00 p.m., according to Voces de la Frontera, an immigrant rights organization.

San Diego, CA - On Thursday, Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced that it will offer a customized formulation of pyrimethamine and leucovorin to doctors to prescribe to patients as an alternative to Daraprim. Daraprim is sold by Turing Pharmaceuticals LLC for $750 per tablet and Imprimis will make it available for less than one dollar per tablet or $99.00 per one hundred tablets.
According to a news release by Imprimis, last month, Turing Pharmaceuticals LLC, the sole supplier of Daraprim, increased the price of this prescription drug from $13.50 per tablet to a reported $750.00 per tablet.  The FDA-approved label for Daraprim indicates that it is prescribed for toxoplasmosis and other types of infections.  Toxoplasmosis can be of major concern for patients with weakened immune systems such as patients with HIV/AIDS, pregnant women and children.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, pyrimethamine works to block folic acid synthesis in the parasite T. gondii, the cause of toxoplasmosis, and leucovorin helps to reverse the negative effects on bone marrow caused by this mechanism of action.
Imprimis is now offering customizable compounded formulations of pyrimethamine and leucovorin in oral capsules starting as low as $99.00 for a 100 count bottle, or at a cost of under a dollar per capsule, Imprimis Pharmaceuticals reported.

In August, Commissioner Samaniego was appointed the Police Commander for the Western District of La Chorrera, Capira, Chama and San Carlos. Both Samaniego and González on Thursday met Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker (R), Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barret and community leaders and public officials at the groundbreaking ceremony.
According to a news release by Jon Riemann, the Media Producer from the Office of Police Chief Edward Flynn, the members of the Panamanian National Police (PNP) force were visiting Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Police Department this week to learn more about policing in America.
The visit was arranged through the U.S. Department of State's Central American Police Reform Initiative, which has focused on MPD's mission of establishing a Department that is community-oriented and data-driven.
The PNP delegates have learned the different ways on how crime data comes into MPD, including Computer Aided Dispatch and the ShotSpotter system. Samaniego and González also observed MPD's weekly COMPSTAT where District Captains examine crime trends and discuss solutions with fellow Officers.
During their time here, they've also visited various Milwaukee attractions and community organizations. Speaking Spanish, they spent an entire day with Milwaukee Police Officers and community partners in the Milwaukee 2nd District Police Station. There they also attended a groundbreaking ceremony for a new Cermak Fresh Market grocery store at S. 1st Street and W. Greenfield Ave. They had the opportunity to meet city and state officials too.
The MPD would like to thank everyone who was involved in making their visit a success as they explored MPD and the City of Milwaukee, Riemann reported.

Major Protest In Atlanta Exposing CDC's Involvement In Mercury Tainted Vaccines Given To Black Boys Resulting In Autism

Thousands of Afro-Americans are expected to gather in Atlanta in front of the Center for Disease Control to protest the corruption and the cover-up about allowing tainted mercury vaccines to be given to Black boys resulting in Autism.

Atlanta, Georgia - On Friday, thousands of Afro-Americans will converged in front of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to expose the corruption and cover-up that allowed mercury tainted vaccines to be given to Black boys resulting in Autism for more than 100,000 in the U.S.  The three-day event in Atlanta is sponsored by CDC Truth Organization and backed by Justice or Else. Minister Louis Farrakhan asked Robert Kennedy Jr. to speak publicly about the mercury tainted vaccines and cover-up by the CDC. Kennedy Jr. in a 10 minute video speaks about the CDC corruption and cover-up.
CDC Truth dot org reported, Last August of 2014, Dr. William Thompson, a senior scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, hired Morgan VerKamp, (reported to be one of the top whistle blower attorneys in the United States), to aid him in supplying the office of Congressman Bill Posey with documents related to a 2004 CDC study that examined the possibility of a relationship between the mumps, measles, rubella (MMR) vaccine and autism. The study when published, showed that there was no link between the MMR vaccine and autism. However, Dr. Thompson came forward last year with an unprecedented admission: he and his colleagues –he said – committed scientific misconduct to cover up a significant link between vaccines and autism in black boys. Thompson has since then been federally granted whistleblower status and immunity. In a statement released in August, 2014, Dr. Thompson stated, "I regret that my co-authors and I omitted statistically significant information in our 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics."
Dr. Thompson stated that data study was destroyed showing a 240% increase risk of Autism in Black boys when administered the MMR vaccines, but he kept a hard copy and exposed the wrong doing and cover-up.
White, Hispanic and other ethnic populations could have been also affected with the tainted mercury MMR vaccines as well causing Autism.

Mexican National Paulino Ramirez-Granados Extradited To U.S. For Human Trafficking Charges

Human trafficking Mexican national suspect operated a family criminal organizaton that exploited young girls and women who were forced into prostitution in the U.S.

New York, New York - On Tuesday, Mexican federal authorities extradited a suspect wanted in the U.S. for human trafficking. U.S. ICE in a press release reported, that one of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) top 10 most wanted human traffickers was extradited from Mexico on Tuesday to face criminal charges in the Eastern District of New York.
The susoect was identified as Paulino Ramirez-Granados, who had been on ICE's most wanted list since 2010, was arrested on March 31 in Tenancingo, Mexico, following a joint investigation between ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Mexico City, HSI New York and the Mexican Federal Police.
Ramirez-Granados was charged in the Eastern District of New York on Augus 5, 2011 with sex trafficking, alien smuggling, money laundering and conspiracy to import aliens for immoral purposes. He is currently in Bureau of Prisons' custody.
"This case is the latest chapter in this Office's multi-year effort to dismantle the Granados sex trafficking organization, a brutal group that promised their victims a better life and instead forced them into a life of sexual servitude through heinous acts of violence," stated United States Attorney Robert L. Capers. "With our dedicated partners at Homeland Security Investigations and with the assistance of the Mexican authorities, we were able to locate this fugitive defendant and bring him to the United States to face charges. With this important development, we are one step closer to closure for the brave victims of the defendant's crimes." U.S. Attorney Capers also expressed his thanks to HSI and the Mexican government for their assistance with the extradition and prosecution.
As set forth in extradition affidavits, between October 1998 and June 2011, members of the Granados sex trafficking organization, including Ramirez-Granados and others, illegally smuggled young women into the United States, where they were forced to work as prostitutes in New York City and elsewhere in the United States. The organization collected profits from the victims' activities. When victims refused to work or resisted, members of the organization beat and sexually assaulted the victims, and threatened the victims' family members in Mexico, including the victims' children.
HSI special agents identified and rescued over 20 additional victims – all Mexican nationals – and arrested over a dozen additional traffickers or smugglers, all members or associates of the Granados family. Several victims were sexually assaulted by their traffickers, while others were physically assaulted. All the victims said the traffickers threatened to harm their family members.
To date, 13 members of the Granados organization have been indicted in the Eastern District of New York on sex trafficking charges. Twelve have been arrested, and one – Raul Granados-Rendon – remains a fugitive, U.S. ICE reported.

Nogales, Arizona - On Thursday, U.S. ICE in a press release reported that a Mexican national, wanted in his native county for his role in the drug-related kidnapping and murder of three brothers, was turned over Wednesday to Mexican law enforcement officials at the Grand Avenue Port of Entry by officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).
Roberto Garcia-Castillon, aka "El Robi," 47, was repatriated under tight security, escorted by members of ERO's tactical team and U.S. Border Patrol agents. After arriving at the Nogales border crossing, he was transferred to the custody of representatives from the Mexican Procuradaria General de la Republica (PGR). Garcia is charged with a kidnapping and triple homicide that occurred in the Mexican state of Sonora in September 2011.
A warrant issued by Mexican authorities in January of this year alleges Garcia is one of six suspects who kidnapped and then murdered three brothers – Javier Mendoza-Lopez, Jesus Mendoza-Lopez and Armando Mendoza-Lopez – in a drug-related ambush. Garcia fled following the killings.
Garcia came to ICE's attention most recently following his arrest in December 2014 by the Tucson Police Department on local charges. While incarcerated in the Pima County Jail, Garcia was encountered by ERO officers, who lodged a detainer seeking his transfer to ICE custody upon his release by local authorities. In May, Garcia was remanded to ICE custody and the agency repatriated him Wednesday after reinstating his prior removal order, the ICE press release reported.

16-year-old Suspect Identified And Sought For Alleged Armed Robbery By Milwaukee Police

A known juvenile is sought for several armed robberies and a police chase that ended in the Walker Square neighborhood on early Wednesday.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

October 21, 2015

Milwaukee, WI - Milwaukee police during a Crime Analysis meeting held in Spanish at the St. Adalbert's Church School identified Joshua R. Delgado, 16, as a suspect wanted in connection with two armed robberies on early Wednesday in the area of S. Howell Ave. and E. Smith Street and a second armed robbery at S. 27 St. and W. Howard Ave. Delgado and other suspects were driving a stolen 1999 Honda Civic.
The stolen vehicle was spotted by police on S. 30th St. and W. Arthur, but the suspects fled the since around 2:30 a.m. The chase ended on S. 9th and W. Washington Ave. where the vehicle was abandoned. Stolen evidence from the two victims including a female were found inside the vehicle. Delgado and a group of suspects fled the scene.
The Milwaukee Police Department released Delgado's identity in a Community Armed Robbery alert. Delgado is known to frequent the S. 15 and W. Burnham Streets area and is associated with the Cut Throat auto theft gang.
Between September 1 thru the 30, at least 125 vehicles were stolen and 57 robberies were reported in the Southside alone in the 2nd Police District Station jurisdiction, according to the Milwaukee Police Department.
Officer Efrain Cornejo with the Community Prosecution Unit told members of the Spanish speaking community at the Crime Analysis meeting on Wednesday to be aware and not to give any money to a healer (curandero/a) that has been advertising in La GranD 104.7 FM radio, a West Allis Spanish language station. The healer apparently has been scamming people, according to Officer Cornejo.
Officer Cornejo told Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that the healer (curandera), "goes by the name of Migdalia. The investigation is still ongoing and no charges have been filed for these recent incidents. The prior curandera that was also scamming people over the radio ad was Agueda Floris. Ms. Floris is in custody in Arizona and has been charged. I know of at least two new incidents that have been reported to police."
Floris, 39, a psychic reading scammer allegedly scammed a local Southside woman for $20K in July of 2014. A Wisconsin warrant was issued for Floris arrest. Floris is awaiting extradition to Milwaukee County to face a felony charge for theft.
HNNUSA has found that, La GranD is known for allowing such scam healers to use their radio airwaves to advertise services, which later turn out as scams. Some healers do spent thousands of dollars to La GranD in order to advertise and reach victims in their radio coverage area. La GranD doesn't take responsibility for such scams against its listening audience who become victims of fake curanderas.

Editors note: Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) usually don't name juveniles sought by police unless they are charged as adults, but since the Milwaukee Police Department identified a juvenile suspect and the gravity of the alleged crimes committed, associated by a gang who steal vehicles and a Southside community armed robbery alert that was released by police, HNNUSA decided to identify the juvenile for the public safety.

Roberto Gomez was identified as the dance promoter that actually hired Larry Hernández to perform in Newberry. Gomez failed to pay Hernández the full $30K, but only paid Hernández $14K.

St. Cloud, Minnesota - On Sunday, Aitkin County Sheriff Deputy Investigator Steven Martin Sandberg, 60, was fatally shot inside a St. Cloud Hospital room while monitoring a patient, Danny LeRoy Hammond, 50, who was being treated since early last week after a domestic incident. Apparently around 5:15 a.m., both Hammond and Sandberg got into an altercation and Hammond was able to gain possession of Deputy Sandberg's service weapon and fired two shots fatally striking Sandberg. Several hospital security guards entered the room and one was able to use a taser on Hammond. Hammond later died from complications from being tased.
Hammond was not handcuffed at the time, since he was not being held in custody. The St. Cloud Hospital administration had requested for the Aitkin County Sheriff's Office to monitor Hammond for the gravity of the domestic incident, according to state investigators.
On October 12, Aitkin County Sheriff deputies went to Hammond's residence and found him unconscious after a suicide attempt, according to authorities. Hammond was admitted to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment, but was not in custody. Apparently, Hammond allegedly held his wife at gunpoint during an abusive relationship and domestic violence incident on October 10 thru the 11th and she managed to call police after Hammond allowed her to visit her father. Deputy Sandberg investigated the incident and the criminal complaint says that Hammond's wife had abrasions and was forced to eat rat poison by Hammond.
Hammond's wife told Deputy Sandberg that she had been married for 25 years and when she told Hammond that she was ending her marriage due to an abusive relationship, Hammond then held her hostage and threatened her life with a 9mm handgun. At least on shot was fired by Hammond inside the home striking a TV, according to the investigation.
Hammond was under investigation and was facing pending charges for kidnapping, assault and terroristic threats, but was not being held in custody while at the hospital.
The investigation is ongoing. Both Hammond and Sandberg's bodies were transported to the Ramsey County Coroner's Office in St. Paul for an autopsy.
Sandberg was a 24-year veteran with the Aitkin  County Sheriff's Office and is survived by his wife and a daughter.

Cosala, Sinaloa, Mexico - The Mexican Marines are closing in on Sinaloa druglord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzmán Loera after he eluded capture a few days ago. The Mexican Secretary of Governance confirmed that Guzmán Loera had been wounded in a leg and face, but that it wasn't from a confrontation with Marines. A special forces unit of Mexican Marines were dispatched by military helicopters to a ranch near Cosala in the Sierra Madre area when they came under fire by Sinaloa cartel members. The helicopters were forced to retreat, but landed near by and when Marines arrived on foot at the ranch it was abandoned. Guzmán Loera suffered a leg and face wounds. He managed to escape the area with his men using all terrain vehicles.
The U.S. DEA agency intercepted a cellphone call from Guzmán Loera in Cosala and Mexican Marines were dispatched to locate Guzmán Loera. Mexican Marines are hot on his trail, according to the Secretary of Governance in Mexico.
Guzmán Loera recently escaped the Altiplano federal prison with the aid of corrupt prison guards and warden. A prison cell video recently released with audio indicates that loud jack hammer sounds could be heard and prison guards nearby Guzmán Loera's cell and monitoring the video camera surveillance inside the cell ignored the loud sounds.
The ruling policial PRI Party is pushing for an investigation to find out who leaked the video with sound, which has embarrassed the President Enrique Peña Nieto government for widespread corrupt in the federal government and his own administration.

Update:

Anonymous has posted a video on YouTube claiming that the Mexican federal government has lied about a confrontation between Marines and El Chapó or that he was actually wounded. He is alive and no such confrontation occurred at a ranch in Cosala nor did the DEA intercept a cellphone call from El Chapo.

Dozens Of Workers From St. Anthony's High School Allegedly Dismissed For Non-legal Work Status

The chartered voucher school administration has apparently experienced an over turn of dozens of workers at St. Anthony's High School in recent weeks.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

October 10, 2015

Milwaukee, WI - On Saturday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) has learned that dozens of workers have allegedly been fired or have quit from St. Anthony's High School, the largest Catholic charter school in the country. The workers, some cooks, custodial workers and among others were let go for non-legal work status, according to sources and former employees affected.
At least 25 to 30 employees who work at the charter school for years might be out of a job, some have quit or have been fired in the last two or three weeks. José Vásquez, the new President of St. Anthony's High School has not released any information about how many employees were dismissed related to unauthorized work status.
Last year, St. Anthony's H.S. administration began an internal work verification of employees at the elementary level and in late May of 2014, at least three employees were dismissed because they couldn't prove their legal work status. The school administrators then expanded their internal work verification to the middle and high school as well, which at least up to 70 percent of employees could be affected and may lose their jobs for lack of legal work status in the country.
HNNUSA is trying to confirm the number of employees affected and if undocumented students at the chartered school will also be targeted for removal from the program.
Last week, St. Anthony's H.S. Athletic Director Brian Geittmann made news after he decided not to renew a contract with the Liga Juvenil García to use the indoor sports center facility located at 4807 S. 2nd St. affecting more than 1,000 teens including both males and females. Santa Ana, California - On Wednesday, Meghan Breanna Alt, 25, of Ervine was taken into custody and charged with producing child pornography and engaging in prostitution, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Orange County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) reported. Alt is accused of using a 4-year-old family member to produce pornography photos and then distributed the porno electronically. She then sold the porno to a Marine for financial gain or gifts, according to Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) who alerted ICE and OCSO.
According to ICE/HSI, Alt confessed and admitted to producing and distributing sexually explicit images of a 4-year-old family member. Investigators obtained evidence that Alt distributed the images electronically to a Marine stationed in Southern California in exchange for cash and gifts. Investigators also believe Alt advertised services online, which many times resulted in an exchange of sex for money; often with her children present.
Alt was the Mrs. Orange County representative to the Mrs. California Pageant in 2014. She has also been involved in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in San Clemente and Irvine, where it is believed she assisted with and monitored young children as a church volunteer.
Alt was arrested on state charges for production and distribution of child pornography and lewd and lascivious conduct with a child. She was booked into the Orange County Jail and is being held on $100,000 bail.
