Bernatte Najor and Charda Gregory

Najor was fired from the Warren Police Department after she chopped off weaves from a woman in custody while in restrains as other officers watched in the booking area.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 31, 2014

Warren, Michigan - On Thursday, WXYZ dot com reported that Warren Police Officer Bernadette Najor has been fired from the department after it was learned that she brutally chopped the hair weaves of a woman in custody while other officers just watched. On November 13, Charda Gregory, 22, was arrested after she allegedly trashed a room at the Suez Motel on 8 Mile in Warren. Gregory says, she went to a party in Detroit and believed that she was drugged and then woke up at the hotel.
Police arrested Gregory for trashing the room and was sprayed with pepper gas. When she arrived at the booking area, Officer Najor can be seen shoving Gregory into a bench and then officers restrained her in a chair. In a video released by police, Officer Najor begins to chop Gregory's hair weaves with scissors and yanks the hair from the roots causing damage and bald spots.
The officers later told their supervisors what had happened,  but didn't attempt to stop Najor from abusing Gregory. Officer Najor never filed a report of what had happened. She later claimed that Gregory wanted to commit suicide, so she cut her weaves. Investigators didn't believe Officer Najor who was suspended at first, but was later terminated as a result of an internal investigation.
Najor was previously disciplined for lying, according to WXYZ dot com.
All charges against Gregory have been dropped.

Hoaxter Rick Dyer Released Video Of Alleged Farce Bigfoot

Rick Dyer

Dyer has admitted in previous times that Bigfoot does not exist and has made lots of money by pulling a hoax.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 31, 2014

Las Vegas, Nevada - On Friday, hoaxter Rick Dyer, a self-proclaimed Bigfoot hunter and tracker has released a video of an enclosed Bigfoot specimen. The short YouTube video scans through the enclosed case and a specimen can be seen inside.
Dyer has been under pressure to provide scientific evidence that his alleged kills are actually Bigfoots. No scientific data or DNA testing has been released by Dyer. He probably, will never release any certified data.
Dyer wants people to pay to view a specimen that he says is the real Bigfoot. But, his prior record of pulling a hoax to make money from Bigfoot hungry believers has become real profitable for Dyer. Pulling another hoax to make money and gain notoriety is Dyer's goal. Publicity has become the main campaign for Dyer to bring in the cash by luring myth believers to see his specimen, according to Dyer.
In previous audio recordings circulating the Internet, Dyer admitted that he had pulled a hoax in 2008 and made a ton of money from people wanting to believe that Bigfoot exists. But, Dyer admitted that Bigfoot doesn't exist and he just wants to make money from those who need to believe, Bigfoot is real.
So far, Dyer has admitted to finding a Bigfoot body in 2008 and some "Men in Black" stole it or confiscated the specimen. It was his first hoax, according to Dyer. Today, he admits to bagging two Bigfoots, one in Texas and the other at an unknown location.
Apparently, Dyer cancelled a Bigfoot February press conference citing that scientists who examined his specimen weren't available.

Milwaukee County Seniority Will No Longer Be Key Factor For County-wide Bumping During Layoffs

Chris Abele

New proposed Milwaukee County employee rules under Civil Service Rules could cut about 170 employees seniority, but will increase seniority for 330 of 500 affected.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 30, 2014

Milwaukee,  WI - On Wednesday, Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele sent out an e-mail to all County workers about proposed changes on seniority, County-wide layoff considerations, employment protection and reimbursement for work related expenses for non-County Safety workers. Abele in the e-mail wrote, "Unfortunately some of these potential changes in the proposal have been misrepresented and I want to take the opportunity to clearly lay out what these changes would do. These changes preserve employment protections for employees, and preserve other important provisions such as sick pay, shift differential, number of vacation days and pension and health benefits. Accrued seniority will be maintained, however would be considered on a County-wide basis. The proposal also continues important provisions such as reimbursement for work related expenses like seminars, license fees, and continuing education. Most importantly, the proposal does not take away any civil service or legal rights."
Since under the Governor Scott Walker (R) 2011 Act 10 law, County employees no longer can use a union for bargaining wage differences,  but have to file grievances with the Department of Human Resources (DHR) who have recommended changes in some areas in its Crosswalk report. Seniority will no longer be used as a basis to bump another employee on a County-wide basis, except within a classification and department facing a layoff, which eliminates the placement provision, according to Abele and the DHR Crosswalk memo proposal.
The new proposal for some Milwaukee County employees under the Civil Service Rules could actually result in the elimination of seniority of about 170 employees, but will increase seniority for 330 of 500 employees that will be affected. Those part time employees facing seniority cuts will maintain their straight earned hours, since they were hired.
The Crosswalk proposal doesn't eliminate the current differences in pay wage inequality, which some County employees with less seniority make more than those with more seniority and college degrees in some departments.
County employees will now have to get permission before they engage in extra work related expenses due to the availability of funds for reimbursements.
Abele says, "Over the last six months, HR held nine meetings to ensure open and informative exchanges with the representatives of the collective bargaining units.  As a result of these conversations, HR is proposing changes that will create a more uniform workplace for all employees, while preserving provisions that are unique to certain classes of employees. These changes clear up the current system where co-workers might have different rules, based simply on when, where and how they were hired. The details of these changes are reflected in what has been called 'the crosswalk'.
"The proposed changes would also standardize the employee grievance system, while still giving employees appropriate opportunities to grieve discipline. The changes also get rid of outdated rules that are burdensome for employees and no longer followed, but remain in the County's Ordinances. Amongst other results, these changes would reduce the wait time for hearing grievances and would give employees a direct line to HR representatives to address workplace issues," Abele wrote in the e-mail.
Abele wants the County Board to approve the proposed changes detailed in the Crosswalk report by next month.

Hoaxter Rick Dyer Says, He Killed A Second Bigfoot

Rick Dyer and farce Bigfoot

Known bigfoot hoaxter told followers on Monday, that he killed a second Bigfoot.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 29, 2014

Last Vegas, Nevada - On Monday, Rick Dyer, a self-proclaimed Bigfoot hunter, tracker and hoaxter has announced in a YouTube posting on his Facebook page that he killed a second Bigfoot. He recently cancelled a February 9, press conference because some of the scientists who were going to confirm his first kill from September 2012 would not be available.
He released several photos of the alleged Bigfoot kill, but to date hasn't been able to release any scientific proof.
Dyer says, he just invested a large amount of funds to make t-shirts, signs and other items for his upcoming Bigfoot national tour and promotional campaign. People will be charged a fee for viewing a Bigfoot specimen,  which has been labeled as a farce specimen by many critics that Dyer calls "Haters." A group of taxidermists from Alaska, including Russell Knight, a taxidermist wanted to inspect Dyer's Bigfoot specimen, but he wants $20K upfront for Knight and the others to inspect it.
He told followers on Tuesday, that in 2008 he had to pull a hoax after the body of a Bigfoot that he killed was taken by a group of "Men in Black." None of those details were ever mentioned back in 2008 and Dyer wants people to believe that he actually killed three Bigfoots, so far. It seems Dyer continues to pray on people's ignorance in order to make a buck.
Yes, Dyer admitted that his is real greedy and would like to make up to $90K a month (on a farce) Bigfoot kill. Because as it stands today, he hasn't been able to provide any prove that he actually killed one Bigfoot in 2012 and now has admitted to killing a second one. Not mentioning, that he actually admitted in an interview with Wake Up Australia that a second Bigfoot got away after killing one in September 2012 in some rural woods in San Antonio, Texas.
There are hundreds of Bigfoot hunters in America and none has even come close to catching one alive or even killed one. At least, they're honest enough to admit they haven't got one as Dyer has done.
Dyer is hoping to make millions per month once he can come out publicly with the scientific documentation proving that he has killed at least two Bigfoots.
Now, Dyer is in double trouble because he has to actually prove to people wanting to pay to view a specimen and investors who are willing to fund his Bigfoot project that it's not a scam or an illegal scheme conducted by Dyer and his team.
If Dyer has taken any funds on the pretext that the two specimens are real Bigfoots and aren't, Dyer and his crew might be facing a criminal investigation by both state and federal authorities.

Update:

(HNNUSA) - On Wednesday, Rick Dyer apparently took some hair from his alleged Bigfoot specimen and lit it in front of a Telemundo Las Vegas reporter. The reporter in the YouTube video posted by Dyer says, it smelled similar to burned human hair.
Dyer didn't release any documentation of scientific data or DNA sequencing and testing to prove it was actually a real Bigfoot.

Rare Stradivarius Violin Worth $6M Stolen During Milwaukee Armed Robbery

Stradivarius violin

A $100K reward is being offered for information leading to the return of the stolen rare Stradivarius violin.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 28, 2014

Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, a $6M Stradivarius rare violin made in 1715 was reported stolen around 10:20 p.m. at a parking lot of the Wisconsin Lutheran College, Milwaukee police reported. Police say that Frank Almond, the concertmaster of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra along with other members have just finished a performance and were walking to their car in the parking when the robbery occured.  A suspect approached Almond and used a taser on him, it caused him to drop the violin. The suspect then picked up the violin and fled the scene in a mini van near by, which was driven by second suspect.
The violin case was found in Washington Park and including an iPad police say. The violin was the primary target, Chief Edward Flynn said during a press conference.
The violin is likely the most valuable single item ever stolen in the Milwaukee area, but the value is only appreciated by few collectors.
"It is important to note that this violin is valuable to a very small number of people in the world and is not something easily sold for what it is worth," according to police.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation Art Crimes Team from their Virginia headquarters has joined the Milwaukee police in their investigation and recovery of the violin.
The violin has been entered into the international art theft database. The FBI team works with Interpol to connect with international art dealers who are able to help locate stolen items throughout international markets, police reported on Tuesday.
Interpol has been notified of the stolen violin.

G2R's RIP Bullet Explodes, Expands And Results In A Slow Painful Death

The G2 Research, Radically Invasive Projectile (RIP)

The bullet hits like a full metal jacket, but explodes and expands once it pentrates object.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 28, 2014

The new G2 Research (G2R) 9MM bullet known as the Radically Invasive Projectile (RIP) has been invented and will be distributed throughout the ammunition market around the U.S. The RIP bullet can hit solid objects like a metal jacket metal bullet and won't ricochet or go through your home wall. The bullet explodes inside a body by its trocar angles with edges having three angels reaching one point to allow it to expand inside flesh or similar substance.
The RIP splits into nine copper needles and once inside the flesh, it spreads out in the body as it was intended to do.
The injuries caused by the RIP are not quick life threatening, but can cause a slow and painful death. Since, it has a less stopping power than the hollow point and won't penetrate right through the body. The hollow point makes a bigger hole and carries a punch.
The RIP will most likely cause considerable damage to someone due to a loss of blood compared to the hollow point, which is actually fatal and can damage organs.
The hollow point is deadly compared to the RIP, which some gun owners rather use the hollow point at home for protection.
Some gun owners call it the Obamacare bullet, because the victim will need long term medical care, if shot with a RIP.

Acevedo Honored As Milwaukee Police Officer Of The Year By LPOA Local Chapter

Jose "Ace" Acevedo

Local Latino Peace Officers Association named Acevedo, one of its members as Officer of the Year 2013.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 26, 2014

Milwaukee, WI - On Saturday, Officer Jose "Ace" Acevedo from the Second Police District Station was recognized as the Latino Peace Officers Association (LPOA) "Officer of the Year." Officer Acevedo is an active member of the LPOA and the Second District's police auxiliary coordinator and explorer coordinator.
Acevedo was recognized for his commitment to the community and the LPOA, according to Acevedo's Facebook posting.
In brief last Summer, the local LPOA made news after some of its members who volunteer as security for the annual Mexican Fiesta three day lakefront festival allegedly were involved in kicking out suspected gang members and a man with a facial tattoo from the event without just cause. The current LPOA president, Milwaukee Officer Alexander C. Ayala confirmed that the Milwaukee Police Intelligence center was used to identify the victims that were kicked out of fiesta without actual prove of their affiliation with gangs. The discriminatory policy was endorsed previously by the former LPOA president Ruben Burgos, a retired Milwaukee Police Lieutenant of Detectives.
The discrimination policy was also adopted by the Mexican Fiesta officials with the aid of the Milwaukee Police Department that sparked protests and a boycott for next year's fiesta by members of the community.
At a press conference held in September at the fiesta office run by the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation (WHSF), which Hispanic News Network U.S.A. was barred from attending, they actually confirmed their policy to kick out or deny entry to any former, current or alleged future gang member from admission to the Mexican Fiesta grounds even though they hadn't committed any wrongdoing at the grounds.
The Summerfest grounds are owned by the City of Milwaukee and rents the area to World Festival Inc., who runs Summerfest at the lakefront.
Those kicked out from the fiesta last Summer were not given any recourse to prove such gang affiliation allegations were false and were never given a refund. The victims were ripped off by Mexican Fiesta.
Also, Mexican Fiesta, WHSF and several LULAC chapters deny access for scholarships to undocumented DREAMers, despite a majority of those attending the festival are undocumented and spent money at the event.

Druglords Facing Invasion Of Civilian Self-defense Security Forces In Sinaloa

Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Loera and Ismael Zambada Garcia

The Sinaloa drug cartel is facing an invasion of Civilian Self-defense Security Forces in their state in Mexico.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 26, 2014

Sinaloa, Mexico - Social network postings indicate that Civilian Self-defense Security Forces (CSSF) are invading the state of Sinaloa in their quest to end drug cartel violence, extortions, kidnappings and murders. The CSSF are expected to gain support in municipalities where violence has escalated. Federal government troops are also preparing to invade Sinaloa where both Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Loera and Ismael Zambada Garcia, the two main leaders of the Sinaloa Cartel have a stronghold and are operating their multi-billion drug trafficking criminal organization. El Chapo is facing a major invasion from two fronts and could very well be the beginning of the Sinaloa Cartel demise.
Both Guzman and Zambada have a $5 million dollar bounty each from the U.S. and $3 million each from the Mexican government.
The CSSF is expected to cleanup Sinaloa as they have been doing in Michoacán and other states in Mexico. The CSSF in Michoacán have managed to take control from Los Caballeros Templarios drug cartel and the leaders of the cartel have been on the run for weeks.
The Sinaloa Cartel has yet to block the impending CSSF invasion.

Muñoz Disconnected From John Peter Smith's Hospital Life Supports And Body Released To Husband

Marlise Machado Muñoz and Erick Muñoz with their only child.

Fort Worth hospital disconnected a Tarrant County pregnant woman who is legally brain dead from a life support machine.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 26, 2014

Fort Worth, Texas - On Sunday, the John Peter Smith Hospital medical staff disconnected Marlise Machado Muñoz, 33, from a life support ventilator, which kept the legally brain dead pregnant woman alive. The life support ventilator was removed at 11:30 a.m. and shortly after Muñoz stopped breathing. The hospital complied with a decision reached on Friday by a district judge to disconnect Muñoz by Monday.
Her body was released to her husband, Erick Muñoz who filed a lawsuit to disconnect his wife from a life support ventilator.
Last Friday, 96th District Court Tarrant County Judge William R. H. Wallace Jr. ordered the John Peter Smith Hospital to disconnect Muñoz from life supports. Muñoz has been brain dead, since last November, but was 14 weeks pregnant and the hospital kept her in life supports, despite family, husband and her wish not to be kept alive by a machine.
The hospital maintained that they were keeping her alive due to a Texas law that allows a hospital to keep a person alive in order to save an unborn child. In Muñoz case, she was declared brain dead and several doctors indicated the child would have medical complications and a strong possibility the child would not be born in a normal state.
The sex of the fetus has not been determined, according to the hospital. The hospital doctors finally realized the fetus was not viable.
Erick Muñoz, Marlise's husband who is firefighter and paramedic had said, that his wife had decided not to be kept alive by a machine. Marlise  was also a paramedic by profession. They have a young boy and believed they were having a girl.
Muñoz in behave of his wife filed a lawsuit on January 12 in Texas seeking for the hospital to abide by Marlise's wish not to be kept alive, which finally got her final wish on Sunday.

Governor Walker Preferred Not To Recognize A Sex Offender Felon For Successfully Holding A Job In Wisconsin

Governor Scott Walker And Christopher Barber

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel exposed Barber's record after Governor Walker recognized him for successfully finding and holding a job in Wisconsin during the Governor's State of the State speech.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 25, 2014

Madison, WI - On Wednesday, Governor Scott Walker (R) during his State of the State speech recognized 13 Wisconsinites for successfully finding and holding jobs in the state. The newly hired workers were recommended to be recognized for their skills and achievements by their employers. The Walker administration had invited credible employers to recommend newly hired employees to be recognized for their achievement and successfully being employed in Wisconsin.
One of them was Christopher Barber, 32, of Two Rivers who Walker recognized and applauded his success in front of the legislators and public for finding a job and getting hired during Walker's job creation initiative. Barber wearing his welding gear even waved to everyone at the Assembly chamber and then left the podium.
Afterwards, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (MJS) later exposed Barber as a registered sex offender, a felon and three convictions for DWI. Barber admitted in his Facebook account that he has never voted and is not registered to vote.
When Governor Walker was asked, if he knew that Barber was a sex offender? Walker told the Wisconsin State Journal (WSJ) that he was upset and frustrated that a felon was allowed to stand along side him during his speech. Walker would have preferred one of the many other thousands of newly hired workers with a clean record to have been chosen instead of a sex offender and a felon.
Walker during his speech said, "Every time we help someone find a job, it makes for a strong home, a strong community, and a strong state." But, it seems felons who have paid their time to society for their crimes and attempt to integrate back into society as a productive and successful worker are not included in Walker's success stories. Did Walker open the back door to acknowledge that the entire rehabilitation process of the state correctional system has failed to rehabilitate former felons? Then why waste millions of dollars to rehabilitate felons when in fact, they are stigmatized by their own governor, the MJS and a segment of society, which brands them for life for one simple reason, so, they can fail again.
Barber was placed on the spotlight and now must prove himself that Walker is wrong in not seriously recognizing his success to move on. Will Walker apologize to Barber for having second thoughts and wishing someone else without a record should have been picked instead of Barber?
Ariens Company in Brillion, Barber's employer, picked Barber to represent them because of his success to take a welder's training and an employee who had been unemployed and was hired at the company. Ann Stilp, Ariens spokeswoman in a press release stated, "We recommended him because he demonstrated initiative in turning seasonal employment into full-time employment and used training to advance to a welder position within the company. We did this based on his job performance as an employee since December of 2012. As part of recommending him for the speech, we did not know the details of his record." Stilp also stated that the company is now reviewing its hiring process.
Walker's sudden reaction after discovering that Barber was a sex offender is shameful for not giving credit to Barber for staying out of trouble and leading a productive life. Also, it is very shameful that the MJS exposed his record and didn't even give credit that Barber has led a productive life after paying his debt to society.
The MJS reported that Barber was convicted of third-degree sexual assault in 2005 and was sentenced to ten years in prison.

Shame on Governor Scott Walker and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

So Christopher Barber is a sex offender, convicted of two felonies and three DWI's. Barber who was unemployed for a while was recognized as an economic success who had been hired as a welder at Ariens, a Wisconsin company.
Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker (R) recognized Barber during his State of the State speech and now Barber's recognition draws controversial criticism. Well, Barber even though he is registered sex offender and a felon has shown Wisconsin citizens that people can change, work and shouldn't be criminalized indefinitely, especially when they did their time.
Walker's administration is now saying they didn't do a background check on Barber after his company recommended him as a success to be recognized by Walker. So, what does that have to do with being a success in Wisconsin. He should be used as an example of success through rehabilitation one might say.
Shame on Walker, now he wished Barber should have been replace by someone with a clean record. Also shame on the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (MJS) for exposing Barber's criminal record to discredit him and indicating that anyone with a felony or a registered sex offender can't be productive or successful in Wisconsin.
Both Governor Walker and the MJS do a disservice to the Wisconsin by discriminating anyone with a record. A sad day for Wisconsin.

Judge Wallace Jr. Ordered Fort Worth Hospital To Disconnect Marlise Machado Muñoz From Life Supports

Marlise Machado Muñoz and Erick Muñoz with their only child.

Fetus not viable and hospital has been ordered to disconnect a Tarrant County pregnant woman who is legally brain dead from a life support machine.

January 24, 2014

Fort Worth, Texas - On Friday, 96th District Court Tarrant County Judge William R. H. Wallace Jr. ordered the John Peter Smith Hospital to disconnect Marlise Machado Muñoz, 33, from life supports.
Muñoz in behave of his wife filed a lawsuit on January 12 in Texas seeking for the hospital to abide by Marlise's wish not to be kept alive, which finally on Friday, she will get her final wish on Monday.
Attorney's for the John Peter Smith Hospital have not indicated, if they will appeal Judge Wallace's decision.

Dyer Cancels February's Bigfoot Kill Press Conference Indefinitely

Rick Dyer

Bigfoot press conference cancelled in order to make money first by showing off farce Bigfoot body around the country.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 24, 2014

Las Vegas, Nevada - On Wednesday, Rick Dyer, the self proclaimed Bigfoot tracker who says, that he killed a Bigfoot in San Antonio, Texas in September 2012 has cancelled his February 9th press conference indefinitely. Dyer claimed that some of the scientists couldn't make it to the February press conference and that led to the decision to cancel the conference. He also had claimed that a second Bigfoot had escaped in San Antonio when he killed the Bigfoot.
Dyer said, that he already provided proof of the Bigfoot kill by providing video, pictures and his testimony that he actually bagged the first Bigfoot ever. But, his cancellation of the February press conference where he vowed to provide scientific data to prove the Bigfoot kill has gone up in smoke. Many critics speculate that Dyer can't provide any proof of the kill and no scientific center that actually tested the alleged Bigfoot specimen has come forward to claim it is true.
Dyer has previously admitted to a hoax about killing a Bigfoot and his second claim is just another farce, according to critics.
Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) contacted the Washington National Primate Research Center (WNPRC) at the University of Washington to learn, if Dyer actually tested his Bigfoot at the center. The WNPRC has not responded or contacted HNNUSA, if indeed Dyer's Bigfoot was ever tested or taken to the center for DNA testing as indicated by Dyer.
Dyer on Wednesday said in a YouTube video posted on his Facebook page that he will first tour and make money with what many believe now is another fake Bigfoot body. Dyer continues to claim it is a real Bigfoot, but he can't actually prove it.
A second specimen will be coming out soon, according to Dyer. Another hoax?

Warning: It is illegal to scam people into investing in a scheme that a scammer knows is fake or false in order to con investors into financing a project. Especially when people are also charged a fee for viewing a specimen label as the real thing when in fact, it is not. It also becomes a federal offense when the fraud scheme operation becomes an interstate and internet scam to defraud unsuspecting victims.

Mexico - On Thursday,  Melissa Plancarte Bustos, also know as "La Barbie Grupera or La Princesa de la Banda" distance herself from her father Enrique Plancarte Solís, aka, "Kike," one of the leaders of the Caballeros Templarios drug cartel in Michoacán. The Michoacán Community Self-defense Security Forces (MCSSF) who have been fighting the Caballeros Templarios have alleged that Melissa's father has helped finance the singing careers for both his daughter and son also known as Kike Jr.
Melissa on Thursday wrote on her Facebook (FB) page that "There have been very difficult days, not only for me, but for many Mexican nationals, and I desire for such conflicts to get resolve soon and there is peace in our country, however I do not consider myself able to issue an opinion about the complexity of the situation beyond my professional career.
"I have been the target of attacks by various publications, which some of them have published many inconsistencies. I do not care to judge their ethics or professionalism, since my main interest is to set my position straight about my musical career, which I started several years ago and have always stayed away from scandals and problems. I have worked on my career with great effort and I have managed step by step to accomplish as any person knows, that it has been a transparent and honest effort. I am very dedicated to making music with all my heart, and I think that the focus of the media and people involved in the conflicts in Michoacán should not include my music and my career that I have nothing to do in this matter. My country needs to resolve matters of great importance, I am sad to take so much space with this type of notes.
"With respect to my father, naturally I love him, but I should not be the one to judge him nor should I judge him. I am not responsible for his actions and will not take any fault for his actions. I am not involved in any matter that has been alleged, my world, my dream and my passion has been music and I long dedicated myself to my studies, my singing career and can not be associated to acts I am not responsible or a part off."
Melissa's father helped create the Plan Record Entertainment recording label to launch his daughter's and son's, Enrique Plancarte Jr. singing careers, according to the MCSSF. The MCSSF is also asking the Mexican government to look into the finances and income generated by the siblings to see, if they are associated with the Caballeros Templarios criminal organization.

Gun Rights Battle Could Result In A Second American Revolution Over Gun Control By Feds

Stephen Halbrook, Judge Jeannie and David Clarke Jr.

Mexico wanted the U.S. to have all American gun owners register their weapons all along the bordertowns and turn over the list to Mexican feds in order to help trace weapons entering their country and used in homicides.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 22, 2014

Washington, D.C. - In February 2013, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke Jr. during the Judge Jeannie's "Justice" segment on Fox News warned of a second American Revolution over gun control. Mexico also wanted the Obama's administration to push for gun registration along all the U.S. bordertowns that included California, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas, and to turn over the American gun ownership list to Mexico in order to make it easier to trace guns. But, Mexico hasn't pushed to get answers from the U.S. feds about the U.S. government running illegal guns into Mexico that resulted with the U.S. DOJ Fast and Furious scandal. Those weapons were turned over to drug cartels and then were used to killed countless of Mexican nationals and several U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Border Patrol agents. No fed or U.S. Attorney involved in that scandal have ever been prosecuted or brought to justice.
Some states and local governments have passed laws and ordinances for gun control. In Illinois, a conceal carry law was approved in 2013, and recently a federal judge ruled that the City of Chicago had violated the constitutional rights of its citizens by barring gun sales by dealers within its city limits. Chicago would also have to comply with allowing its citizens to carry conceal weapons.
In 2013, New York passed a law that prohibits high capacity rounds and only 10 round clips are legal, but magazines can only be loaded with seven rounds or face a misdemeanor charge. All assault rifles have to be registered with the state.
In December 2013, New York City police began enforcing their own 2010 city ordinance that prohibits shotguns and long rifles of holding more than five rounds. In Nov. 2013, police send out about 500 letter notices to gun owners requiring them to comply. Police began to confiscate the weapons, unless they were altered to hold only five rounds, surrendered to a local police station or taken out of the city limits.

Undocumented Woman and Florida Recruiters Want Those In Need To Apply For Government Federal Assistant Programs

Florida public assistance recruiters working to get the state of Florida about $1B in federal aid.

By H. Nelson Goodson
January 19, 2014

Florida - A posted YouTube video by an FOX News Special Report has gone viral depicting a 50-year-old undocumented woman advocating for those in need to apply for federal assistance,  including undocumented Immigrants with U.S. born children. Marita Nelson, a resident of Florida claims she is an undocumented immigrant who crossed into the U.S. illegally about twenty years ago and since then has been collecting federal assistance for her seven children. She currently collects $240 in food stamps, a montly medical healthcare aid, and about $700 in housing assistance and housing allowance.
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also known as food stamps, is available for people with annual incomes, single under $900 and families below an earning income of $15,000.
Nelson's report and news video first surfaced back in May 2013 , which also detailed that her ex-male companions have paid child support for the children born out of wedlock. She was singled and has never held a job to pay taxes, according to the report.
The video report about Nelson just recently resurfaced again and has gone viral on the internet.
In Florida, privately funded recruiters are also paid to sign up those in need (low income people) for food stamps and other federal aid, so the state of Florida can apply and get about $1 billion in federal assistance.
Last year, the GOP House of Representatives failed to pass a comprehensive immigration reform bill, thus voiding the U.S. Senate version immigration bill. Now, immigrant rights groups and elected officials are hoping to get a bill pas without a path to citizenship.
With the recent NBC report, some anti-immigrant groups will advocate for Congress to forego any reform bill, if it will cost thr government billions.
Its most likely, an immigration reform bill will not be passed in the next six years or depending who keeps control of both houses.
