The following is Alamea-Xian's full statement posted in her Facebook account in connection with the Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez divorce case # 2018FA000296 in Waukesha County.

"As a domestic abuse advocate, I represent Julie Valadez whose case earned national attention last year when the Wisconsin appellate court found that family court unlawfully awarded sole custody of her children to their domestic abuser Ricardo Valadez."

"However, after the reversal of the order the family court refused to vacate the order and, in retaliation for Julie's whistleblowing on the county's race, disability, and sex discrimination and for winning 4 appeals against it, the court sought to criminalize Julie for frivolous things such as sending her children birthday presents and waving to them. The court effectively barred her from all contact with her kids except for supervised visitation which is a measure legislatively intended for domestic abusers, not their victims. Julie was never found unfit to parent the children, despite Ricardo's vicious social media and rumor campaign.

"Julie fled the court's unjust persecution after it sought to put her in jail and she is now a refugee claimant in Canada. She has been in Canada since July of 2022. Last January, one of her sons, EBV, age 15, ran away from his unjust persecution and his father's continued abuse after reporting serious federal crimes implicating his father and the family court.

"In retaliation and fear, his father has initiated a fraudulent Hague case and filed criminal charges against Julie claiming she kidnapped EBV. EBV is now also a refugee claimant seeking political asylum since he has also suffered unjust persecution by Waukesha courts to silence him from reporting. He has autism. I believe EBV may be the first American child seeking political asylum from unjust persecution from the U.S., signaling the substantial shift the country has taken away from democracy.

"This case originated from Waukesha, Wisconsin a fundamentalist evangelical Trump stronghold and funding base for the former president and also for the insurrectionists of January 6, 2021.

"Ricardo Valadez admitted in court to perjury and to stalking, and plead the 5th to repeatedly raping Julie throughout their marriage and to threatening to kill her and anyone she was with if she left him. (In Wisconsin, pleading the 5th in civil court infers guilt.) (Ricardo coerced Julie to marry him when she was 19 and he was her 27-year old pastor after he sexually assaulted her and claimed that it was "God's will" that they be married since he sexually assaulted her. He then kept her pregnant like clockwork every two years (9 months pregnant, 1 year nursing) for nearly a decade. He also told her that her body was not hers and belonged to him. They had four children.)

"Ricardo Valadez now seeks to manipulate court processes in two countries to incarcerate Julie, EBV, and now me for helping them stay safe from his post-separation abuse.

"Ricardo was recently responsible for the unlawful arrest and unconstitutional detainment of Kimberlee Coronado on March 15, 2023 on the day she was to deliver Julie's Petition for a Writ of Mandamus of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

"Despite being assessed as a low flight risk, Walworth County judges refused to lower Kim's exorbitantly high $100,000 cash bail which was assigned without a criminal complaint filed or a preliminary hearing, the time limit of which was waived by an attorney that Kim never retained. Kim is not allowed any in-person visits and is still awaiting a preliminary hearing. The judges also allowed Ricardo to give a statement (not under oath) to keep Kim detained, before the preliminary hearing and during the bail setting, again without any criminal complaint filed. This is all egregiously unconstitutional, by the way and the court no longer has Personal Jurisdiction over Kim but they nevertheless have her continually incarcerated for a crime she did not commit.

"This will be the fate of Julie, EBV, and myself if Ricardo Valadez, the undisputed domestic abuser in this matter, succeeds in his manipulation of court process. If not for pure moral outrage, the citizens of Wisconsin and Canada should be completely upset about the waste of taxpayer dollars because of this narcissistic abuser."
