Minneapolis, Minnesota - On Thursday, Jonathan E. Ross, 43, of northeast Minneapolis was identified as the MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) Gestapo masked USICE-ERO agent who fatally shot Renee Nicole Good, 37, in Minneapolis on January 7, 2026 in the city. Apparently, Ross violated U.S. Department of Justice policy prohibiting any federal agent or officer from stepping in front of vehicle in order to create eminent danger, for the sole purpose to use deadly force. Multiple federal cases have also ruled that a federal law enforcement agents or officers can not step in front of moving vehicles in an attempt to use deadly force.

Ross shot Good multiple times killing her while she drove away from the scene. In a viral video, Ross is seen walking in front of Good's and taking his handgun out of the holster while another agent was trying to open Good's door. Good fearing for her life, she drove her vehicle away from Ross, as Ross stepped aside and fire one shot striking the driver's window, and as he stepped aside fired several shots through the driver's window striking and killing Good as the vehicle moved forward and then crashed nearby.

Ross is seen walking from the scene and getting in his vehicle and then drove away.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D) confirmed that the U.S. Attorney General has decided that the MAGA Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has taken over the homicide investigation and has prohibited the Minnesota Criminal Investigation Bureau from accessing any records of the current investigation.

On Thursday, U.S. Vice-President Vance in a press conference said that USICE and federal agents have absolute immunity from prosecution, which is not true. Any USICE and federal agent that commits a homicide in the field can be held accountable and prosecuted, if in fact evidence show the agent committed a unjustified death (murder). On Wednesday, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey in a news conference told USICE-CBP to "get the fuck out of Minneapolis." Frey in his Facebook account posted, "I am aware of a shooting involving an ICE agent at 34th Street and Portland. The presence of federal immigration enforcement agents is causing chaos in our city. We are demanding ICE leave the city and state immediately. We stand rock solid with our immigrant and refugee communities." (Video link: https://www.facebook.com/share/r/17caoqXnYH/)

Trump in Truth Social posted, "I have just viewed the clip of the event which took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a horrible thing to watch. The woman screaming was, obviously, a professional agitator, and the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self defense."

U.S. Secretary Kristi Noem in a press conference says that Good weaponized her vehicle in an attempt to run over MAGA Gestapo USICE-CBP agents. She also stated, that the MAGA agent involved was also dragged by another vehicle at a different incident, which indicates, Ross, the agent that murdered Good in cold blood hasn't learned his lesson of not getting to near vehicles, especially moving vehicles.

Title 1, U.S. DOJ Policy on Use of Force:

"Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury … and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle."

Placing oneself in the path of a moving vehicle (which the officer did) constitutes officer-created jeopardy and undermines any claim that deadly force was necessary.
