Milwaukee, WI - On Tuesday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) confirmed that Joaquin Altoro was officially appointed to the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) Board. Altoro is the Vice-president of the Commercial Banking at Town Bank, a Wintrust Community Bank and Vice-president of Walker's Point Association Board of Directors.
