Matichek sentenced to prison for sexual assault of a child.

Sheboygan, WI - On Monday, Kevin Stephan Matichek, 34, a former Sheboygan Alderman was sentenced by an Outagamie County Circuit Court judge to 20 years in prison, but will be incarcerated for 10 years and 10 years under supervision on a conviction for 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child. The prosecution was recommending 5 years in prison and 3 years under supervision, but the judge gave Matichek 20 years for his conviction.
The criminal complaint states, that Matichek met the 15-year-old boy in June and engaged in anal and oral sex with the boy at least 8 different times until a Crime Stoppers tip led police to investigate the alleged sexual assault of the boy involved and a 17-year-old male.
Matichek apparently admitted to kissing the younger boy and dating him. He denied that he had anal or oral sex with the boy. Matichek claims the boy likes to exaggerate, according to the criminal complaint.
