Milwaukee, Wisconsin - A video posted by Darryl King Rick Farmer II, from the Original Milwaukee Black Panthers in his Facebook account shows that Dvontaye L. Mitchell Mitchell, 43, was brutally killed in cold blood while being held down by two White Hyatt Regency Hotel security guards who apparently had placed their knees on his neck and back, while two Black security guards held his right arm and legs down. The video shows, the White security guard with glass striking the concrete ground multiple times to retract the metal baton that was used to strike Mitchell in the back of his head repeatedly causing massive bleeding as the other White security guard put his weight on Mitchell's back with his knee and hands. It is evident by the video, Mitchell was allegedly murdered by the two White security guards, Mitchell apparently lost consciousness before police and first responders arrived. Life-saving measures for at least 20 minutes failed at the scene.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office (MCMEO) has not released Mitchell's cause of death, but the video shows that Mitchell most likely died from blunt force trauma to the back of his head and asphyxiation caused by knee pressure to the neck and his back.

The MCMEO preliminary investigation reported the death as a homicide. The Milwaukee Police Department homicide division is investigating Mitchell's homicide and are reviewing Hyatt Regency Hotel video surveillance camera footage to determine how Mitchell actually died.

According to Josh Schoggins, the Hyatt Regency Hotel general manager, Mitchell went into the hotel and was causing a disturbance. He then went into the women's restroom and locked himself inside. No harm was caused to the woman inside the restroom, according to police.

The security guards then forced Mitchell out of the hotel as he struggled and the security guards allegedly beat, and suffocated Mitchell by placing their knees in his neck and back that prevented Mitchell from breathing, while one of them had struck him repeatedly in the back of his head with a retractable metal baton.

Several witnesses, including Shawn Moore, a local podcaster and community activist video recorded some of the outdoor incident, but Moore confirmed that the security guard had struck Mitchell, which looked like a pole, and that the security guards had allegedly caused Mitchell's death. Moore described what had happened at the scene in his video recordings of the incident when life-saving measures were being applied to no avail. Moore indicated that they had allegedly killed him. (Facebook link: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/iZTzHmHSSXc8CA3g/)

Mitchell's family say that he might have been suffering from a breakdown at the time due to his alleged mental disability that he suffered and are now seeking Justice for Dvontaye L. Mitchell.
