Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, Milwaukee police responded around 5:55 a.m. to the 1400 block of S. 14 St. and found Alberto Felipe-Maria, 44, bludgeoned to death with a 2x4 piece of wood by an alley. Apparently, Felipe-Maria was physically abusing a woman and another man jumped in and both men got into a heated altercation. The other man went overboard and struck Felipe-Maria multiple times in his head, which resulted in his death.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office pronounced Felipe-Maria deceased at 6:44 a.m.. Felipe-Maria suffered from alcohol abuse, according to an anonymous source.
Felipe-Maria had a history of domestic abuse and battery, according to Milwaukee County court records.
