Rickey Riggins Was Fatally Shot In Milwaukee's Southside

Riggins died at the scene despite life saving efforts, according to police.

Milwaukee, WI - Rickey Riggins, 44, was fatally shot on December 4 around 3:10 a.m. at the 1400 block of W. Mineral Street in Milwaukee. Police say, the homicide investigation is ongoing.

Riggins was identified by family members.
