A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with one shooting death and wounding of a second man outside a Sheboygan Walmart.

Sheboygan - On early Sunday, Pheng Lee, 20, of Milwaukee was fatally shot and a 21-year-old man was wounded outside a Sheboygan Walmart, 3711 S. Taylor Dr. Lee and three other men went to a Walmart store at about 12:30 a.m. to buy some snacks. They were confronted by a 21-year-old suspect and an altercation resulted. The suspect took out a handgun and fired at Lee and his three companions.
Lee, a student from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee later died at St. Nicolas Hospital in Sheboygan. His 21-year-old friend was critically wounded and was flown to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa. The two other men with Lee were not injured.
The 21-year-old suspect was later taken into custody by Sheboygan police. A vehicle was confiscated in connection with the homicide.
Police are reviewing Walmart video surveillance from the store.
The suspect is facing one count of intentional homicide and three counts of attempted homicide, according to Sheboygan police.
