Illegal immigrant gets four years in prison for causing injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

Milwaukee - On Thursday, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey A. Conen sentenced Joel Julian-Jorge, 22, to four years in prison. Julian-Jorge pled guilty to one felony count for causing injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
Last April, Julian-Jorge was arrested for going the wrong way and causing an accident along I-894/43 and Highway 36 Loomis Road ramp. He was traveling eastbound on westbound I-894 lane when he got into a head-on collision with an SUV going West.
Julian-Jorge's blood alcohol concentration was 0.19 more than twice the legal limit allowed to drive, according to the criminal complaint.
He is in the country illegally. A hold was placed on Julian-Jorge by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
