Popular Milwaukee Solo Singing Entertainer Jose A. Lopez, aka, Aberto Lopez, El Principe De Los Teclados Charged With Two Felony Counts For Sexual Assault Of A Child And A Third For Sexual Assault

Lopez is being held on a $50,000 cash bail on two felony counts for sexual assault of child and a third for sexual assault.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office filed criminal charges against Jose A. Lopez, 43, of Milwaukee, aka, Alberto Lopez, El Principe De Los Teclados who is known as a solo singing entertainer in the Southside of Milwaukee. Lopez was charged with three felony counts, one count for 1st-degree sexual assault of a child-sexual contact with a person under the age of 13, second count for 2nd-degree sexual assault of child and third count for 3rd-degree sexual assault. If convicted, Lopez is facing up to 60 years in prison on count one, up to 40 years in prison and up to $100,000 in fines for count two and up to 10 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines for count three. Lopez is currently being held on a $50,000 cash bail, according to Wisconsin court records.

Lopez is expected to appear in a Milwaukee County court on January 27, 2022 for a preliminary hearing on the criminal case.
