41-year-old Motorcycle Rider Reported Killed In Milwaukee's Southside

The driver of the vehicle involved in a fatal motorcycle accident remained at the scene, according to police.

Milwaukee, WI - On Saturday, a 41-year-old motorcycle rider was reported killed at the 2800 block of S. 13th Street around 7:30 p.m., according to police. The fatal accident involved a 2008 Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a 1999 Chrysler, which the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
The motorcycle rider was identified as Robert Tolbert, aka, "Bobby or Rubbertoe" and was a member of the Milwaukee Mixtecas Motorcycle Club. Tolbert was headed Northbound on S. 13th and the vehicle Westbound on W. Dakota when the accident occurred. Tolbert died at the scene and was not wearing a helmet.
Police have close the intersection of W. Dakota and S. 13th Street for hours to conduct a accident reconstruction investigation.
