Arkansas - On Friday, Rick Dyer, a known Bigfoot hoaxter on his Facebook account admitted once again that the Bigfoot named Hank that was taken on tour to scam people out of viewing fees is actually fake. The revelation comes days after a major fallout between Dyer and his former marketing director Andrew Clacy. Dyer admitted that most of his Team Tracker crew, Clacy, Lynk Paul, Dale Boswell and Frank Cali knew that the Bigfoot in the exhibit box was fake, but everyone continued to lie and vowed it was the real thing. Clacy says, once he discovered in Daytona Beach Bike Week that Hank was fake, he decided to bail out quick and returned to Australia.  Clacy couldn't continue with the scam.

Russell made a non-disclosure agreement with Dyer and remained silent, eventhough he later realized that Dyer was claiming it was real and scamming people out of viewing fees.

Dyer was forced to come clean once again after threats of a lawsuit from his former employees, including Clacy. It seems, almost everyone involved with Dyer's traveling sideshow knew Bigfoot Hank was fake, according to Dyer. 

Dyer apparently didn't come close to making the $90K a month that he wanted by scamming people to paying between $20, $10 and even $5 for a viewing fee to see the farce Bigfoot name Hank. Children were mostly targeted. Where is Hank now?, well just standing around in Dyer's back yard in Arkansas. Dyer had just recently moved to Arkansas. 

Dyer says, that he is the biggest known hoaxter in history to ever fool people into believing that Bigfoot really exists. So, all those people who dismissed the early warning signs and red flags that Dyer was taking them for another hoax ride were actually the biggest fools. Dyer still admits that he shot a Bigfoot in Texas on September 6, 2012,  but as expected, it's all an illusion that Dyer himself has come to believe after repeating it so many times.

Clacy admitted to the Bigfoot Tracker News blog that the Houston Alamo Drafthouse paid Dyer $3,500 for the two days he was there in March. The owners of the Drafthouse made at least $18,500 in two days, which the business owners made a killing on Dyer's hoax. Now that the gig hoax has been exposed, will the Drafthouse do a refund to all those people that were scammed into paying a viewing fee? Did the operators of the Drafthouse know it was a Bigfoot scam? "Probably," the critics would say. They Drafthouse operators were warned about Dyer's intended scam and failed to take measures to protect their customers from a scam.

A Change dot org online petition by Mark Wilkinson from Sydney, Australia is asking the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate Dyer for scamming thousands of people with his farce Bigfoot.

Dyer says, that he made less $20,000 during his first Bigfoot tour and paid it to his associates, but he will probably be forced to shutdown his Dyer LLC scam operation.

Lynk Paul, Dale Boswell and Frank Cali were part of the Dyer's Bigfoot Team Tracker group (Dyer LLC.) along with Andrew Clacy and Rick Dyer who perpetrated the Bigfoot Hank hoax and scammed people out of thousands of dollars in viewing fees. They marketed Hank as a real Bigfoot when in fact, it was just a dummy created out of polyfoam, latex and glued camel hair made by Chris Russell, a prop artist from Spokane, Washington. They scammed Bigfoot enthusiasts in New Mexico, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas and Florida.

Bell Charged For Towns Homicide Over A $3K Tax Refund

Towns was chased and shot twice after two suspects attempted to steal his tax refund.

Milwaukee, WI - On Tuesday, Doneal Bell, 21, was charged with felony murder for the March 1, attempted robbery of Mario D. Towns, 23, at the 1600 block of S. 3rd Street. If convicted, Bell is facing up to 55-years in prison. Bail for Bell was set at $500,000.

The criminal complaint states, that Bell and another suspect known as "Tone" invaded a home where Towns was at and attempted to steal about $3,640 from the victim, including marijuana that they believed was at the home. The two suspects had heard that Towns had just received his tax refund and had bought a large quantity of marijuana.

Towns managed to escape from the home, but was chased by Bell, according to witnesses. Bell then shot Towns in the back of the head as he exited the front door and fell outside on the sidewalk in front of the home, according to a witness. Police found

Towns had moved to Milwaukee and is survived by his girlfriend Jessica James and a child. Towns was an inspiring Hip Hop Rapper who was enrolled in college studing business. He studied at Bryant and Stratton College.
His profile indicates he was self employed and used the name "Trill" as his stage name. He managed to record 5 songs, Star, Why dey hatin, Real Nigga, L's and "Flexing" was his latest song, according to Reverbnation dot com.

Cesar E. Chavez Annual City Worker Optional Holiday Approved By Milwaukee Common Council

Milwaukee, WI - On Wednesday, the Milwaukee Common Council on a vote of 13-1 approved an annual Cesar E. Chavez city worker optional holiday. Alderman Joe Dudzik from the 11th Aldermanic District voted against the ordinance.

Alderman T. Anthony Zielinski who sponsored the annual Chavez optional holiday after the historic vote was taken on Wednesday stated, "I was honored to be the lead sponsor."

Last week, the Common Council's Finance and Personnel Committee on a vote of 5-0 passed a city ordinance (file 131630) that was introduced by Alderman T. Anthony Zielinski, which allow city workers the option to annually take off on March 31st "as a holiday observing the birthday of Amercian labor and civil rights champion Cesar E. Chavez." Alderman Zielinski authored the ordinance and was co-sponsored by the following Aldermen, José G. Pérez,  Robert "Bob" Donovan, Nik Kovak and Robert W. Puente, including Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs. 

Zielinski stated, that it's an excellent measure to honor Chavez's legacy with a Cesar E. Chavez Day "of a man who is a true hero to all working Americans...who help bring national attention to the unsafe and unfair working conditions of farm workers, and inspired millions of people of all races to join in the nonviolent movement for farm workers rights."

State Assembly Representative JoCasta Zamarripa (D) also testified at the Finance and Personnel Committee in favor of the Chavez optional holiday for Milwaukee city workers. 

On March 18,  Representative Zamarripa attempted to pull a state version of the Chavez optional holiday AB783 bill for state workers from a state assembly committee, but the bill failed after all the Republican State Assembly Representatives, including newly elected Representative Yesenia Eldermira "Jessie" Rodríguez (R) voted against the bill.

On Monday, Governor Scott Walker (R) failed to proclaim March 31st as Cesar E. Chavez Day for the state of Wisconsin. But Wisconsin's neighbor, Governor Pat Quinn (D) from Illinois proclaimed a Chavez Day.

Racine, WI - On Tuesday, Racine voters elected Wally Rendon to the Racine Unified School Board (RUSB). Rendon wrote on his Facebook account, "Results are in and that said, I want to thank all the Racine citizens who voted for me and with your support, I was elected back to the Racine Unified School Board. 
I will do my best to make a positive difference and work with teachers, administrators and the rest of the school board members to provide the best education possible for all our RUSD students.

Mexico City - On Tuesday, the federal Mexican Attorney General's Office (PGR) confirmed that the PGR Criminal Investigation Agency (PGRCIA) was able to match Enrique Plancarte Solis, 43, or Enrique Alfredo Suárez Solis, aka, "Kike" fingerprints and photo images to a suspect killed on Monday in Ajuchitlan, Querétaro. The body of a suspect that had been killed during a confrontation with Mexican Marines was positively identified as Plancarte Solis, according to the PGRCIA.

Marines entered the municipality of Colón, Querétaro around noon after Plancarte Solis was believed to have been staying there since Friday. 

Plancarte Solis originally from Nueva Italia, Michoacán fled from Colón, but was located in Ajuchitlan about 15 minutes from municipality of Colón where he was reported killed during a confrontation with Mexican Marines. 

Mexican authorities say, that Samuel Díaz Benítez, 32, a close associate of Plancarte Solis was arrested on Saturday in Apatzingán and Benítez provided the location where the drug cartel leader was hiding. Mexican Marines surrounded Colón and eventually located Plancarte Solis in Ajuchitlan.

Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico - On Monday,  Javier Duarte de Ochoa, Governor of Veracruz announced that a lawsuit complaint will be filed with the Mexico federal Attorney General's Office (PGR) to hold both the Ferrosur and the Kansas City Group accountable and to take responsibility for the countless deaths and extortions that undocumented immigrants from South and Central America are subjected too when they board La Bestia (Beast) freight train on their way to the U.S. border. Governor Duarte de Ochoa blames both freight train operators for allowing undocumented immigrants board and travel in La Bestia where they become victims of extortions, kidnappings, are pushed off the train as it is moving for not paying a quota of $100 to $300 dollars and multiple deaths as a result of organized criminal organizations and gangs operating along the train route collecting quotas.

The quota collection by criminal groups, gangs like los Zetas, the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) and corrupt Mexican immigration agents, including Federal Police and local police has become a multi-million operation. 

Luis Ángel Bravo Contreras, the Veracruz State Attorney General also said on Monday, he will file a lawsuit complaint against both Ferrosur and the Kansas City Group for allowing undocumented immigrants ride their freight train La Bestia and not taking responsibility for the crimes that occur along the train route.

More than 70,000 of undocumented immigrants from South and Central America travel through Mexico on their way to the U.S. border, which become easy targets for extortion, kidnappings, forced prostitution and illegal organ harvesting.

Duarte's administration has been criticized for its inability to properly investigate homicides, brutal beatings and extortions of victimized immigrants has led to an increase of crimes targeted at the undocumented immigrants in Veracruz.

Rubén Figueroa, the spokesman for Movimiento Migrante Mesoamericano told El Proceso dot com, that Duarte's administration lack of prosecution of crimes perpetrated against undocumented immigrants by criminal organizations and gangs has led to an increase of crime against immigrants traveling through the state of Veracruz. Duarte de Ochoa now wants to stop the freedom to travel through Veracruz by undocumented immigrants,  according to Figueroa.

The PGR says, it will investigate any crime reported along La Bestia route. But Figueroa and La 72 Immigrant Refuge Shelter operated by Franciscan Priest Tomás González Castillo in Tenosique, Tabasco have filed countless complaints with state officials and federal officials about crimes against immigrants and have yield few, if any convictions. In some cases, the suspects are released without impunity by government officials.

Ajuchitlan, Querétaro, Mexico - On Monday, Enrique Plancarte Solis, 43, aka, "Kike" was killed in Ajuchitlan on Monday in a shootout with Mexican Marines, according to the Secretary of Marines. Marines entered the municipality of Colón, Querétaro around noon after Plancarte Solis was believed to have been staying there since Friday.
