Milwaukee, Wisconsin - In July, Manuel Carlos Garcia, 54, was sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to one felony count for 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child. Garcia will serve 10 years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision, according to Milwaukee County court records.
In September 2024, Garcia faced two felony counts for repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least three times in each count), according to court records. Under a plea agreement, the previous charges were reduced to one felony count for 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child.
Garcia was placed on the sex offender registry for a lifetime.
