Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Efren Manzanet Jr., 66, the founder of the iconic B. Boy Trend custom clothing in Milwaukee has passed away, according to his family. Manzanet Jr. was also instrumental in shaping the Milwaukee hip-hop culture and founded the Magic Rockers, the popular B-Boy break dancing group in the 1980s.
Manzanet Jr. passed away in Miami, Florida and his funeral services will be held in Milwaukee, according to sources.

According to the Bone Marrow and Cancer Foundation, Manzanet Jr. was diagnosed June 2025 with NonHodgkins TCell Lymphoma Blood Bone Cancer.
