Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, multiple Puerto Rican (PR) impromptu pride flag waving, cruising chaotic activity was reported in the Southside of Milwaukee, which involved reckless driving, tire burnouts, people hanging out of vehicle's windows and not wearing seat belts, public intoxication and marijuana smoking along the W. Historic Mitchell Street business corridor.

The annual community impromptu chaotic activity, which is associated with flag waving and cruising has become the norm to celebrate distinct Hispanic heritage cultures in the Southside of Milwaukee, especially when a certain local Hispanic festival is taking place, but not associated with the impromptu chaotic and lawlessness activities that occur in the predominately Latino community Southside 8th and 12th Aldermanic districts.

The aftermath, W. Historic Mitchell Street impromptu chaotic flag waving and cruising including lawlessness activity left multiple street intersections along W. Historic Mitchell Street marked with tire burnout marks and litter.

Videos posted on social media (Facebook) shows the lawlessness activity by multiple unidentified individuals on vehicles, motorcycle, small (mini) motorized bikes, all terrain vehicles and etc..

Also, police responded to multiple noise nuisance calls, battery/fight/assaults,  subject with weapon calls, and shots fired in the area, according to the police city blogger. No homicides were reported by police during the impromptu chaotic activity this year during the Puerto Rican impromptu flag waving and cruising activities.

The Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) and MPD Police District Station 2 has not released any information on arrests made, if any on Sunday related to the PR impromptu flag waving and cruising in the Southside of Milwaukee.
