The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin, Inc. sold property at W. National Ave. to SJ Mason Properties in August 2022.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The former Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin, Inc. (HCCW) building at 1021 W. National Ave. is up for lease or sale, according to several lease signs posted in the building. The HCCW outdoor sign in the building is no longer posted.
On August 8, 2022, the HCCW sold the property for $714,334 to SJ Mason Properties LLC and on August 31, 2022, the property ownership was registered to SJ Mason Properties, according to City of Milwaukee property tax roll records.
The former HCCW is now being sold by SJ Mason Properties for $2,170,000 or leased for $17.00/SF MG, which has 12,000 SF and 13 parking spaces, according to real estate services Founders 3.
When Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) called the phone contact number of the HCCW, an unidentified person responded via text and says that the HCCW is still active, but the person is now working remotely.
No new information has been posted on either the HCCW website or Facebook page in regards to its current status nor does it provide an address.
It is not clear, if the HCCW Board of Directors are still active.
The Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (WDFI) confirmed that the HCCW as a non-profit business has its license active from 12/19/2018 to 7/31/2023.
According to the IRS 990 annual fiscal filing for 2020, the HCCW reported $137,014 in revenues, $194,440 of functional expenses and a net income of negative $57,426. (Link for 990 IRS docs from 2001 to 2020 available: https://bit.ly/3VPoSdO
Update: According to the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions website (date: April 29, 2024), the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin Inc. Charitable Organization licence expired on 7/31/2023.
