Danielson admitted to police that he fired at least 10 gunshots at a group of unknown individuals in a vehicle and shot blindly resulting in the death of Torres.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Wednesday, Omarion DeAngelo Danielson, 18, was charged with three felony counts for 1st-degree reckless homicide and two counts for 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety in connection with the Christmas Eve homicide of Sildian E. Torres, 27, in the Southside of Milwaukee. Torres was fatally shot while driving her vehicle at the 1300 block of S. 29 Street. She was struck in the left backside of her body.
If convicted, Danielson is facing up to 60 years in prison for reckless homicide, and is also facing up to 12 years and 6 months in prison and up to $25,000 in fines for each recklessly endangering safety count.
Torres husband was in the driver's seat and her 7-year-old son was in the back seat. They were not injured.
According to the criminal complaint, Danielson had gotten into a brief verbal altercation with a group of individuals at the Scott's Beer and Food store located at S. 33 St. and W. Scott Street. They all went outside and Danielson believed the individuals were armed so, he fired at least 10 gunshots blindly at them from the front passenger's window in the vehicle he was traveling.
Danielson later that night learned Torres was killed. He told police that he didn't mean to kill Torres.
Danielson was caught by video surveillance camera at the store during the verbal altercation and was later arrested in connection with Torres homicide. Bullet 9mm spent casings recovered from near the store and where Torres was shot matched, according to police forensic evidence.
