Fugitive Yesenia Carrillo-Villegas, Former Milwaukee Tax Service Operator Is Wanted By The U.S. Marshals Service For Absconding From Federal Drug Trafficking And Money Laundering Indictment

Charismatic Carrillo-Villegas known for her tax services and flamboyant lifestyle in the Southside of Milwaukee is now being sought by the U.S. Marshals Service in Wisconsin.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The Eastern District of the U.S. Marshals Service reported that they are attempting to locate Yesenia Carrillo-Villegas, 35, a Mexican national from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico who was indicted in federal court on 4 counts that included possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of meth and two counts for money laundering in the Milwaukee metropolitan area, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

If convicted, Carrillo-Villegas is facing between 20 years to 40 years in a federal prison for distribution of cocaine and up to 10 years to life for distribution of meth. Also, Carrillo-Villegas is facing an additional 20 years in a federal prison and up to $500,000 in fines for each count of money laundering and trying to hide assets.

Carrillo-Villegas was indicted on December 1, 2020, arrested by feds on April 20, 2021 and made her initial federal court date appearance by Zoom conference and was ordered to appear the next day to be place in a federal ankle monitoring device after being released from custody when she signed conditions of bond. Carrillo-Villegas failed to show up the next day on April 21, 2021 and has been a fugitive ever since, the U.S. Marshals Service in Eastern District of Wisconsin reported.

Carrillo-Villegas has ties to the Washington Park neighborhood in Milwaukee and is not a U.S. Citizen. It is not clear, if Carrillo-Villegas was legally in the U.S.

The U.S. Marshals Service believes that Carrillo-Villegas is back in Mexico trying to avoid federal prosecution in the U.S. and Wisconsin.

Carrillo-Villegas operated the YC Taxes LLC from August 2018 through September 2021 when it became delinquent and was administratively dissolved, according to the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.

She also operated the local Toro Taxes franchise at the 4300 block of W. Forest Home Ave. in Milwaukee, which is an affiliate to Toro Taxes in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Carrillo-Villegas according to her Facebook account is the owner of Cuidando Tu Piel, a cosmetic type of care service.

She is described as having a large rose tattoo on her upper left arm, is 5' 6" tall and her weight is approximately 175 lbs, the U.S. Marshals Service reported.
