Craigslist house rental owner restricts Hispanics or Latinos from applying?

Waukesha. Wisconsin - Looks like a owner of rental home and property in Waukesha doesn't want Hispanics or Latinos to apply for a 3-bedroom house that's up for rent.
The guy goes by the name Jon in the Craigslist listing and his contact # is 262-278-8137.
According to the Waukesha tax roll, the rental house is located at 805 S. East Avenue in Waukesha and the property owner is Jon D. Rogers.
I guess he doesn't know the State or federal law that he can't discriminate against Hispanics or Latinos. It seems any other individual from any other race than a Hispanic can apply.
Rogers later changed his house rental ad by removing "Not Hispanic or Latino" (NHOL), which only indicates he got exposed. Instead, he later replaced NHOL with (Waukesha), but It's a bit late because the actual Craigslist posting was copied and shared in social media.
One thing for sure, Rogers never responded when asked what did he actually meant with adding NHOL in his Craigslist house rental ad.
Waukesha County and City is known for being the epic center of the Wisconsin Trump MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) cult.
