Motorcycle Enthusiast 17-year-old Jose Luis Hurtado Died In Reported Southside Milwaukee Fatal Crash

Hurtado was pronounced deceased at the scene after losing control of his motorcycle and crashing into a parked vehicle.

Milwaukee, WI - On Friday, Milwaukee police and first responders were called to the 2400 block of S. 35 Street around 9:45p.m. where a motorcycle crash was reported. When first responders arrived at the scene, they found Jose Luis Hurtado, 17, aka, Luis Roman (El LR), critically injured and attempted life-saving measures, but were unsuccessful.

Police say that Hurtado lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a parked vehicle. The preliminary accident report indicates that speed could have been the factor of the crash. 

The fatal motorcycle crash investigation is ongoing, according to police.

According to the owner of the vehicle that got struck by the motorcycle in the accident, Hurtado's body ended up under the parked vehicle, instantly killing him after losing control of his motorcycle. 

Hurtado is survived by his young son Damien and immediate family.

Hurtado is originally from Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico.
