Flores confessed to have had at least 200 young boys smelly bare feet placed on his face or hands to sexually arouse him at a roller skating rink in Northridge.

Northridge, CA - Los Angeles police are asking would-be victims of a foot fetish to come forward as an investigation is ongoing in connection with former Northridge Skateland Roller Rink employee Julian Christopher Flores, 19, of Granada Hills, who lured several hundred boys to a maintenance room in order to have them place their smelly bare feet on his face and have their feet rub on his hand to get sexually arouse, according to a criminal complaint. A young boy alerted his grandmother about what Flores did to him at a maintenance room, She notified police about the incident. When police executed a warrant and arrested Flores in December 22, 2013, they found cellphone and laptop video footage showing Flores instructing unidentified young boys to remove their sucks and then place their bare feet on his face and others to have their feet rub his hands. Even one boy asked in a video clip entered as evidence, "Why would you let a 9-year-old who you hardly know, place their feet on your face?"
Flores had been working at the Skateland Roller Rink, since he was 16, according to the complaint.
Flores has been charged with one count of false imprisonment and one count of attempted lewd acts on a minor under the age of 14, or acts of lewd and lascivious conduct, a crime committed by touching a child somewhere on his/her body for sexual purposes. If convicted, Flores is facing 8 years in prison. He posted a $150,000 bail and was released.
Flores is scheduled for a court hearing on March 27.
