Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Robert Roman Morales, 55, of Muskego was arrested for an open warrant related to a 2018 Driving While Intoxicated (DWI, 5th or 6th) offense, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office. Morales was booked in the Milwaukee County jail on March 25, 2020 for a DWI open case and is the brother of Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales, according to sources.
Milwaukee County court records indicate that Morales failed to show up in court on December 12, 2019 and a bench warrant was issued in the DWI case. Morales was charged on September 2, 2018 for DWI (5th or 6th), a felony offense. If convicted, Morales is facing up to 10 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines. Morales recent bail was set at $3,000.
