Ramirez-Mendoza in custody after being charged with repeated sexual assault of the same child.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On February 2, 2023, Domingo Ramirez-Mendoza, 94, was was charged with 1st-degree sexual assault of child including repeated sexual assault of the same child under 13 (at least 3 times), according to Milwaukee County Court records. An arrest warrant was issued on February 3rd for Ramirez-Mendoza and was taken into custody. He was booked at the Milwaukee County jail on Monday.
If convicted, Ramirez-Mendoza is facing up to 60 years in prison. A signature bail of $10,000 was set for Ramirez-Mendoza.
