Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, Alfonso Perez, 49, is expected to make his initial appearance hearing before Milwaukee County Judicial Court Commissioner Susan Roth to face one felony count charge for 1st-degree sexual assault of child that was filed on July 22, 1998. Perez on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 was taken into custody on a warrant/capias/commitment for either payment of fines owed or a court appearance.
If convicted, Perez is facing up to 60 years in prison. A cash bail of $40,000 was set for Perez.
