Milwaukee Black Activist Khalil Coleman And Two Accomplices Including A Minor Arrested In Kentucky After Failed Attempted Armed Robbery Of A Drug House

Coleman and Joshua J. Clarey including a minor were taken into custody on Monday in Kentucky by Eslemere police after a failed armed robbery of a suspected drug house.

Elsemere, Kentucky - On Monday, Khalil Coleman, 34, a well known Milwaukee Black activist who led numerous marches calling for Milwaukee Police accountabilty for police brutality in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin and Justice for murdered George Floyd during the Summer and received a State of Wisconsin citation in July 2020 for community activism and social justice, Joshua James Clarey, 24, and a minor were taken into custody shortly after a failed attempted armed robbery of a suspected drug house. According to the criminal complaint, Coleman and his accomplices went to a drug house and attempted to rob it, but when the robbery failed, they then fled the scene in a vehicle. A snowplow blocked their get away and police managed to arrest the suspects after recovering a Glock handgun with a 50 bullet capacity drum magazine and drugs that included heroin and marijuana.

Coleman was booked on February 15th at the Kenton County jail on charges for 2nd-degree robbery and 2nd-degree unlawful transaction with a minor. If convicted on all charges, Coleman is facing up to 10 years in prison for the first felony count and up to 5 years on the second felony count. Bail for Coleman was set at $10,000 and has a court hearing on February 25.

Clarey was also booked on February 15th at the Kenton County jail and charged with 2nd-degree robbery and 2nd-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, 1st-degree of a substance and is being held on an out of state (Wisconsin) felony warrant for felon possession of a firearm.

If convicted on the 1st and 2nd felony counts, Clarey is facing up to 10 years in prison for the first felony count and up to 5 years on the second felony count and up to 5 years in prison for the 3rd felony count. Clarey will have a court hearing on February 25, according to the Kenton County Sheriff's Office.

No Evidence Of Pests Found, El Señorial Restaurant Reported After Customer Posted Facebook Video Of Roach Crawling Along A Señorial Table

The management at El Señorial Restaurant in the Southside of Milwaukee reported on their Facebook (FB) account that no evidence of pests was found at the business after a customer posted a video on social media (FB) of a roach crawling along the table.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, El Señorial Restaurant management posted a press release claiming that there was no evidence of any pests at the restaurant after Ricardo Jiménez, a customer posted on Facebook a video of a roach crawling along the table where he and an unidentified woman were seating. According to Jiménez, he told the waitress about it and the waitress told him, if they wanted to move to another table.

Jiménez wrote on his FB account on Monday, "Went out to eat dinner last night at a place I never thought would be this dirty. If the roaches are this comfortable to walk around your tables, imagine how they celebrate in that kitchen. Then when I pointed it out to the waitress, she shrugged her shoulders and told us to move to a different table. Not posting this to boycott anything or anyone but to at least inform you and let you make the decision of eating in such a nasty environment." 

On Tuesday, Jiménez also posted, "They got it under control y'all, I wish them a very successful year. Cucaracha specials are gone." He also shared El Señorial's press release in both English and Spanish.

El Señorial Restaurant management says that the City of Milwaukee Health inspectors visited the business on Tuesday and "performed a detail inspection throughout the restaurant, where they found absolutely no evidence of any pests in our restaurant." Apparently, El Señorial Restaurant has a contract with Safeway Pests Management Inc., which has done fumigation once a month for more than 11 years and they assure their customers that they don't have a pest issue.

What ever happened to the lone roach crawling on the table is not clear and Jiménez didn't say, if he disposed of it himself or just let it crawl away to who knows where.

Gilberto Luis Fernández-Rosa, A Milwaukee County Corrections Officer At Local Jail Resigns After Being Criminally Charged With Sexual Assault Of An Inmate Including A Co-worker

Fernández-Rosa was assigned to the Milwaukee County jail facility before he resigned after being criminally charged for multiple felony counts of sexual assault involving an inmate and a misdemeanor count for sexual assault of a co-worker, the three incidents that occurred between September 2020 through January 2021.

Milwaukee, WI - The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) has confirmed that Gilberto Luis Fernández-Rosa, 26, a Milwaukee County Corrections Officer had resigned on February 9, 2021 from his position after being charged on February 3, 2021 with two felony counts for 2nd-degree sexual assault by corrections staff and one misdemeanor charge for 4th-degree sexual assault. If convicted, Fernández-Rosa is facing up to 40 years in prison and up to $100,000 in fines for each felony count and up to 9 months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines for the misdemeanor charge. A cash bail of $10,000 was set for Fernández-Rosa who is scheduled for a preliminary Milwaukee County court hearing on Friday, February 12th.

Fernández-Rosa was taken into custody on January 29, according to the MCSO.

According to the criminal complaint, Fernández-Rosa allegedly touched a female inmate and forced the inmate to touch him inappropriately in her cell on two separate occasions (between September to December 2020). In the third incident, he exposed himself to a co-worker and also forced the co-worker to touch him (January 2021), according to the complaint.

Milwaukee County Sheriff Earnall R. Lucas stated, "The resignation of Mr. Fernández-Rosa is reflective to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office holding its members to a high standard and acknowledgement that he could no longer uphold the high honor of his employment."

Gutierrez Alonzo had just drove home from a night of drinking with some friends (co-workets) when a unknown suspect or suspects fatally shot him while he was seating in his green Dakota pick-up truck, according to police.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The Milwaukee Police Department is seeking information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect or suspects involved in the August 11, 2020 murder of Delfino Gutierrez Alonzo, 40, who was shot at least a dozen times shortly after arriving at his home and while seating in his truck. 

Gutierrez Alonzo had gotten off work and had some drinks with some friends. When he drove home and parked in front of his place near the 2300 block of W. Rogers Street and while seating in his Dakota pick-up truck around 10:45p.m., a unknown suspect or suspects ambused him and discharged at least 12 shots at him and killing him at the scene, according to police.

No suspect or suspects have been arrested in the homicide case and the case is going cold, Crime Stoppers and CBS 58 recently reported.

19-year-old Jovanni Frausto Fatally Shot While Shopping At The Fox River Mall In Grand Chute, WI, Second Victim Injured And Alleged Shooter 17-year-old Dezman Ellis Sought For Murder

Ellis is sought by police in connection with Sunday's fatal shooting at the Fox River Mall in Wisconsin.

Grand Chute, WI - The Grand Chute police reported that Dezman V. Ellis, 17, is being sought in connection with a deadly shooting on Sunday around 3:30 p.m. at the Fox River Mall in Grand Chute that left one victim dead and another victim with a none-life-threatening injury, according to police. The murdered victim was identified as Jovanni Frausto, 19, the second shooting victim was not identified by police.

Police say that the two victims were shot in the main corridor of the mall on Sunday and that Ellis is being sought in connection with the mall shooting.

According to the police report, On Sunday, January 31st, 2021, at around 3:30 pm, officers from the Grand Chute Police Department along with numerous other agencies responded to the Fox River Mall, 4301 W. Wisconsin Avenue, in the Town of Grand Chute for a report of shots being fired inside the main mall corridor. Officers arrived on scene and conducted a preliminary search for threats inside the Fox River Mall. Officers located two victims who had been shot. One victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries, was treated and released. The second victim, identified as 19-year-old Jovanni J. Frausto, died as a result of the injuries. A thorough search of the mall was conducted to locate and safely escort those who had sheltered in place. 

At this time, investigators are attempting to locate and speak with Dezman V. Ellis (06/10/2003) for his involvement in this incident. Investigators believe Dezman is riding in a blue, 2012 Dodge Avenger bearing Wisconsin license plate AHP7939. This event is believed to have been a targeted incident and Mr. Ellis is believed to be armed and dangerous.

The vehicle with the license plate AHP7939 was located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin by police on Monday after someone spotted it at a home at the 200 block of W. 20th Ave. and called police, but Ellis was not at the location. Ellis is still on the run and is presumed armed and dangerous.

Update: On Thursday, February 04, 2021 at approximately 3:30 p.m., Dezman V. Ellis was taken into custody without incident at a residence in Des Moines, Iowa, following an exhaustive, around the clock fugitive investigation by the U.S. Marshals Task Force, according to the Grand Chute Police Department.

Mexican Dance Brawl Breaksout At Chispas Discoteque In Indianapolis During COVID-19 Pandemic

Dozens of Mexican dance patrons at the Chispas Discoteque in Indianapolis resulted with multiple injuries after brawl in the VIP section.

Indianapolis, Indiana - On Friday, a brawl between Mexican dance patrons left multiple people injured. Multiple videos of the brawl at the Chispas Discoteque at the 3800 block of Lafayette Rd. in Indianapolis posted on Facebook by Francisco Villa from Chicago and Arcadio Sanchez Huachi showed the massive brawl.

In one video, an unidentified man is knocked out and then he is carried out by a security guard. In another video, seating stools are used to strike patrons involved in the brawl including buckets and cans of beer are used to strike individuals.

Indianapolis police hasn't released any information about any arrests or pending investigation of dance brawl on Friday.

Also, the management at the Chispas Discoteque hasn't released a statement concerning the brawl during the Coronavirus pandemic as well.
