Barranquilla, Colombia - Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos while launching his bid for reelection in Barranquilla had an embarrassing incident during his election quest and has gone viral. Santos as he became excited while making a speech, he loses bladder control and urinates his pants while speaking to a crowd of supporters and media outlets that recorded the scene.

None of his supporters in the crowd or his campaign aids noticed enough to stop the embarrassing dilemma for Santos. 

Santos hasn't explained his weak bladder mishap to his constituents. 

In 2012, Santos suffered prostate cancer and was operated. He later had a urination infection due to the surgical treatment. 

He was not wearing an adult diaper to prevent transparency of urination or accident while campaigning.

In-state Tuition Bill In NY Defeated And Obama Deports More Than 2M Illegal Aliens

New York - On Monday, the New York State Senate voted 30-29 to defeat a NY in-state tuition bill for DREAMers. The majority vote were Republicans. The bill was approved by the state Assembly last month and if approved, it would have allowed DREAMers to apply for state financial aid, including in-state tuition to enroll at universities. The in-state tuition bill was supported by Governor Andrew Mark Cuomo (D). 

The bill provided $25M to open a Tuition Assistance Program to provide financial aid to state DREAMers enrolling at universities and colleges. 
In brief, President Barack H. Obama, USDHS and USICE has officially deported 2,000,816 illegal aliens, since 2009 to March 2014. Most were for minor offenses.

NM Nuclear Underground Waste Repository Radiation Leak That Contaminated 17 Surface Workers Remains A Mystery

Waste Isolation Pilot Plant near Carlsbad remains closed and U.S. Department of Energy federal investigators are trying to determine how a radiation leak on February 14 reached the surface and contaminated workers at the site.

Carlsbad, New Mexico - The Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) near Carlsbad remains closed and U.S. Department of Energy federal investigators haven't determined how a concentration of unsafe radiation leak had reached the surface from an underground depository storage facility. At least 17 WIPP workers tested positive from their fecal matter for americium-241 and plutonium-239+240 in a preliminary test and 13 tested positive for radioactive isotopes from urine samples, a February 26 test result report indicated. Another 139 workers have been tested as well and their results are due by March 19.

The WIPP facility stores low-levels of radioactive contaminated clothing, tools, packaging and other items, which been exposed to radiation at government defence labs. 

The radiation leak was plugged, but the future of the repository facility is still being debated by federal and local governments. The feds want to reopen the repository after they can determine the cause of the leak and the radiation levels go back to normal.

The WIPP repository was opened in 1997 and is operated by thr URS Corporation that runs it for the U.S. Department of Energy. Thousands of barrels of radioactive material composed of recycled used nuclear fuel or waste from using plutonium to fabricate nuclear weapons from the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) has been stored at the WIPP.

Since the repository has been shot down due to a radioactive leak, the LANL can't transfer at least 1,000 barrels of radioactive material that is being temporarily stored at the facility to the repository and has a deadline to get rid of the waste permanently by June 30, according to the New Mexico Environmental Department, Reuters reported. Also facing similar disposal deadlines are Illinois, Idaho and South Carolina who can't transferred their contaminated waste (low-level contaminated items) to the WIPP facility. 

The facility has been an economic boost for the Carlsbad area, since it opened, employing more then 850 workers, who have benefit from the facility. But within a mile of the facility, they're more than 100 oil and gas wells operating, which worries many local residents, according to officials. The latest surface radiation leak in the facility hasn't been evaluated to determine,  if any future effects it will have in the next decade. Federal officials indicate, that the radiation levels are to low and too early to determine any effect to area residents and the environment. 

There is a current effort to expand the repository mission to include high-level storage of radioactive waste material at WIPP, but an act of Congress would have to approve the change.

The URS Corporation that runs the WIPP for the U.S. Department of Energy announced on Thursday that it had replaced Farok Sharif as head of the Nuclear Waste Partnership in wake of February's fire incident blamed on poor maintenance and outdated equipment and radiation leak ten days later. Mike McQuinn will replace Sharif and will become president and project manager at WIPP. Sharif will now oversee the transport of radiation waste to other facilities, as WIPP is temporarily closed, according to URS, KOAT7 ABC reported.

The WIPP operates with a budget of $160 million and has 300 employees and received 20 shipments of radiation waste a week before it closed.

La Parada Market In Lima Demolished Due To Rat Infestation And Mass Garbage Piles

Local and state authorities in Lima initiated a massive clean-up by demolishing La Parada Market Place due to rat infestation and removed all business merchants from the market place.

Lima, Peru - On early Saturday, an estimated 500 police officers, local government elected officials and members of the federal attorney general office invaded La Parada Wholesale Market and watched the demolition of all the surrounding buildings due to a rat infestation and massive dumping ground for garbage at the locality. Some of the business merchants threw rocks and bottles at authorities, but no major injuries were reported.

Bulldozers and other heavy equipment was used to demolish the buildings and remove garbage. An estimated 59 tons of garbage was removed.

Lima Mayor Suana Villarán in a press conference before the clean-up demolition operation began said, it was not an eviction of the local merchants, but a health risk sanitary clean-up to ensure a rat and garbage free zone.

The city of Lima had been working to redevelop the area for several decades and a green park that be named "Immigrant Park" will be created instead. No city data has been released, if the green park would replace the economic boost it had for the low income population in the area other then, it will be a green park.

Villarán didn't mention, if the dislocated merchants would be allowed to set-up at another location and replace the lost jobs at La Parada Market. The Santa Anita market was finished in 2012 to accommodate La Parada wholesale market merchants, but many remained at the Victoria District market.

Villarán is being criticized for not regulating and providing enough police protection and city services at La Parada Market where people could buy items and food by large quantities. Most of the merchants and workers have been left without jobs or compensation by their dislocation. Villarán is also accused of deliberately letting La Parada Market area run down by not providing services, despite the economic boost it had for the metropolitan area. Most of the business merchants at La Parada Market Place served the low income population in Lima.

Since October 24, 2012 to March 2014, the merchants had challenged the municipality of Lima from evicting them from the market place, but recently a judge dismissed some of the appeal filings of the business merchants. City officials took advantage of the judge's ruling and proceeded to evict some the merchants from the market and demolish bargain store fronts without a court order. 

Malzón Urbina, an attorney representing the merchants told media outlets that Lima city officials, including Mayor Villarán violated the rights of La Parada merchants and evicted them from store fronts illegally. Some people from the market place and children had been injured during the eviction and demolition of the market.

City workers had to remove about 13 tons of garbage from the sidewalks, streets, open ground and around nearby localities that included Victoria. La Parada lacked regular garbage pick service from the Municipality of Lima and garbage was allowed by Mayor Villarán to pile up for days and even weeks.

Ida Ávila Sedano, the spokesperson for the merchants told Andina dot com that she was injured in the eviction process and that municipality officials from Lima were evicting merchants illegally. Merchants will continue to stay at the local until a judge orders us to leave, Sedano said.

A press release from the Municipality of Lima stated on Saturday, Lourdes Collagua, from the District Attorney's Office in Lima was dispatched to the scene to investigate Sedano's allegations that two to three individuals were killed in a demolished store at the market place. Collagua and a medical team found no one injured or killed where Sedano had claimed some victims had been killed by the demolition. The press release also stated, that a 16-year-old boy was turned over to authorities after he was found at a store front without his parents and that no injuries and arrests were reported.

Malaysian Flight MH370 Highjacked, No Ransom Demand Yet

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - On Saturday, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak confirmed that the Malaysian missing airlines flight MH370 had been possibily highjacked, but are looking at all probabilities of what could have happened, its communications systems turned off and was deliberately made to turn to a different direction flight. Satellite tracking indicate that on March 8, when the flight transmitted for the last time and went missing, the flight managed to take a different direction.

The South China Sea search has been suspended, but earlier reported debris found of missing MH370 could not be confirmed by the Chinese government. All efforts by rescue flight and sea teams are concentrating their search along two areas, the northern corridor from the border of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan through to northern Thailand, and a southern corridor from Indonesia to the southern Indian Ocean, according to Razak.

Until to date, no ransom or anyone has taken responsibly for the highjacking of the missing flight MH370 with 239 people aboard, including the 12 member flight crew. Malaysian police executed a search warrant at one of the missing pilot's home to look for any evidence of a highjacking. 

Authorities are trying to figure out a possibility where MH370 could have landed and hidden along a remote Thailand or Indonesia coast and if the passengers are still alive and might be held as hostages.

Daytona, Florida - On Wednesday, Rick Dyer, a known hoaxter announced that he will no longer go public for the next 90 days citing, family problems with bonding, crew disloyalty/abandonment, and payroll set back. His two priorities in the next 90 days would be to spent time with his family, which Dyer stated, he almost lost. In the last three months of promotional planning, media interviews, and touring he wrote that, "In the process I almost lost the most important thing in my life ...My Family... In this process I have made some stupid decisions that I regret," according to his Facebook posting. He will now be working to finish 19 pending DVD's of Bigfoot for 19 customers.

Dyer confirmed, that for the next tour, he won't hire "friends or associates" and those that are hired will get a weekly salary.

He attempts to suggest that possibly he was given a fake Bigfoot for the real one. Dyer posted on his Facebook account, "Did they give me a copy of the original Bigfoot without me knowing?" 

During the Daytona Beach Bike Week in Florida, Dyer was forced to drop the admission price to $5.00 to see his fake Bigfoot. Publicly about his farce Bigfoot has gone viral in social networks and Internet and is effecting his promotional campaign. His is lacking big sales of T-shirts saying "Bigfoot is Real." Not too many people or Dyer's fan are wearing them, but the T-shirts could become a collectors item of the biggest Bigfoot farce ever perpetrated by Dyer himself.

At the moment, he is trying to hire another promotional agent for his anticipated second tour. Dyer is now suggesting by pondering the question that Hank, his imaginary first kill was replace with a fake Bigfoot. Dyer could very well test the farce specimen that he has in his possession to see, if in fact, he was cheated and was given a fake Bigfoot. 

Dyer continues to say that he killed a second Bigfoot at the same time (September 6, 2012) he allegedly shot the first one in San Antonio, Texas. Maybe, the second Bigfoot was also replaced by a fake one as well. Dyer should have both fake Bigfoots tested!

He mentioned that in Texas, he made a kill and lots of money, but during Daytona Beach Bike Week 2014, the bikers weren't that naive as those Texans in Houston and in charity events in San Antonio. Dyer claimed at least 70,000 people saw the farce Bigfoot called Hank in two days in Texas, according to Larry Perkins, whose encounter with Dyer in Daytona Beach was posted in the Bigfoot Tracker News blog. At $20 per person in Texas, Dyer probably made an estimated $1.4M or did he? The IRS would no doubt want its share.

Some Dyer critics suggested that he paid about $6,000 for the fake Bigfoot and adding another $6,000 for the second one that Dyer says, he killed. Dyer confirmed, that he paid $12,000 to remodel his Bigfoot exhibit hauling trailer. So far, Dyer has allegedly spent more than $24,000 and additional thousands in other items to promote his farce Bigfoot and was hoping to clear about $90,000 per month. He failed to attract major sponsors for the scheme.
It seems, Dyer is getting into deep debt and might be forced to file for bankruptcy,  since his latest hoax is not cashing in the big bucks that he expected.

Owens Charged With Capital Murder For Killing Two Victims With Vehicle During The SXSW Music Festival

Austin, Texas - On Friday, Rashad Charjuan Owens, 21, of Killeen was charged with one count of Capital Murder for last Thursday death of Steven Craemeher, 35, and Jamie Ranae West, 27, at the South and South West Music Festival. On early Thursday around 12:30 a.m., Owens a suspected DWI driver failed to stop after police attempted to pull him near a gas station. He managed to maneuver through parked vehicles at a gas station and fled the wrong way in a one-way street. Owens then crashed through a barricade into a street crowd in front of the Mohawk, a local nightclub at 10th Street and Red River Street during the South and Southwest Music Concert. At least two people died, Craemehr who was riding a bicycle and West who was driving a moped and 23 other victims suffered injuries. They were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment, according to Austin's Police Chief Art Acevedo. Three victims remained in critical condition.

Owens allegedly accelerated in a high speed going the wrong way in a one-way street and drove through a crowd on Red River Street injuring at least 23 people. He then crashed into a cab and a van. Both Craemehr and West died at the scene. 

Owens after crashing stopped and attempted to flee, but was tased by a police officer and taken into custody. He is facing 23 counts of aggravated assault by a vehicle, Chief Acevedo stated.

The South and Southwest Musical Festival is a popular five day event that attracts more than 30,000 festivalgoers.
