Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Milwaukee police responded around 10:31 p.m. to shots fired at the 1000 block of S. 24 Street, by Clarke Square Park and located Javier C. Rivera-Diaz, 32, with multiple gunshot wounds including one in the forehead.
Rivera-Diaz was pronounced deceased at the scene after life-saving measures were unsuccessful, according to police.
Police are reviewing any available door camera surveillance videos in the area in an attempt to identify the suspect(s) in connection with Rivera-Diaz's homicide.
