The Heart Of The Hispanic Community In Milwaukee Experience An Eerie Sight Of Deserted Streets During The Coronavirus Pandemic 2020

Eerie sight and H. Nelson Goodson actually felt like the guy in the movie "I Am Legend" where the last man is standing during a man-made plague that transforms humans into bloodthirsty mutants (Zombie like creatures/World War Z movie)...

Goodson is standing at the 900 block of S. Cesar E. Chávez Drive looking Southbound in the Southside heart of the Hispanic/Latino community in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on April 26, 2020 before 8a.m. during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Before the "Safer at Home" (Stay at Home) order was enacted in March by Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers (D) due to the Coronavirus pandemic at least 20,000 vehicles drove through Chavez Dr. a day and more than 147,000 per week.
