Waukesha - On Tuesday, Billy J. Ingram, 20, was charged with three felony counts, first-degree intentional homicide, armed robbery with use of force, possession of a firearm by a felon and one misdeamenor count for possesion of THC (marijuana) in connection with Nayyer M. Rana's murder at a local gas station. A $1 million dollar cash bond was set for Ingram.
Rana, 56, a Petro Mart gas station attendant on East Broadway was found murdered on May 29. Police were able to connect Ingram to the homicide. A weapon that Ingram had in his possession matched the markings left on the spent bullet casings.
The criminal complaint states, Ingram apparently killed Rana to steal cigarettes, cigars, an undetermined amount of money and the victim's cellphone.
If convicted on all counts, Ingram is facing life in prison without parole.
