Suspect Sought For Shooting Victim, Carjacking And Armed Multiple Robberies In Milwaukee

Police are looking for a siuspect who shot a 22-year-old man at a Southside Denny's Restaurant.

Milwaukee, WI - On Thursday, an armed male suspect walked into a Denny's Restaurant at the 4900 block of S. Howell Ave. around 3:15 a.m. and stole an undetermined amount of money from the cash register. The suspect also shot a 22-year-old victim who was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening gunshot wound, according to police.
The same armed suspect was involved in several robberies and a carjacking as well, he robbed a business at the 2500 block of S. 6th Street at 1:20 a.m., then went to a second business at the 2000 block of S. 8th Street at 1:35 a.m. and demanded money. After receiving money, he fled on foot.
At about 2:00 a.m., the same suspect pulled a gun at a 28-year-old man and stole his 2002 Isuzu Axiom. The suspect then fled in the vehicle.
On Wednesday in an unrelated incident, a 31--year-old man was found deceased inside a stolen black Dodge Caravan around 7:05 a.m. at the 1600 block of S. 24 Street. Police confirmed, that a homicide investigation was initiated in this case.
