Mexican national charged with failing to stop and causing death.

Milwaukee - On April 29, Isidro Lorenzo-Severiano, 24, was charged with two felony counts of hit-and-run resulting in death and two misdemeanor counts of operating without valid license and causing death to another person in a vehicle crash at the 1200 block of W. Rogers St. Severiano ran a stop sign shortly after 2:00 a.m. and crashed into a white Toyota Corolla killing Ernesto Montejo-Cortes, 26, aka, Andres Santiago Ramirez, and his passenger, Raynel Villareal-Lucas, 35, on April 24.
Severiano is alleged to have been intoxicated and driving without a driver's license when the deadly crash occured.
He is also undocumented and is originally from Mexico. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed a hold on him.
Severiano remains at the Milwaukee County jail unable to post $200,000 bail. He is expected back in court on May 6.
