San Antonio, Texas - On Thursday, three San Antonio Police Officers, Aaron Alford, Alejandro Chapa and Emmanuel Galindo were taken into custody and charted with multiple felony counts. Alford was charged with official oppression and both Chapa Galindo were charged with official oppression, sexual assault and compelling prostitution involving at least three women. One of the victims in June filed a complaint with the Live Oak Police Department that the three San Antonio officers pretended to be in a special ops unit and recruited the women for an investigation, which were later coerced into signing contracts to help in an investigation. They also compelled the women to drink alcohol and have sex with the officers, according to the criminal complaint.
