Milwaukee, WI - On Wednesday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) has learned that multiple Southside Hispanic businesses have been targeted by anti-immigrant hate mail. Most of the businesses recently hit with hate mail, Campuzano Alterations, La Mexicana, Fiesta Salón & Spa,  Centro de Sonido and Taquería Aranda are owned by Mexican descent business owners. Voces de la Frontera (VDLF), an immigrant and workers rights organization have received multiple hate mail, according Primitivo Torres from VDLF.
The hate mail message is delivered by the U.S. Post Office in a Post Card form, so who ever handles the mail at a local or statewide post office should have noticed it, but regardless it was still delivered. It seems that the hate mail delivered to local Southside Hispanic businesses could be considered a federal hate crime by all standards.
The latest mailing of the hate mail seems to be sent by the same person and mentioned Veterans, a donation and refers to immigrants as "illegal Mexican Trash."
Part of the hate message reads, "Americans die for their liberty, their freedom, and their country - Not for illegal Mexican trash! Deport all of them- No Amnesty! No Jobs, No Sanctuary."
The person sending the anti-immigrant hate mail is very ill informed and doesn't realize that thousands of undocumented and legalized immigrants have served or continue to serve in the U.S. military today. Hundreds of those serving in the military have been deported for a misdemeanor or minor felonies to their country of origin and have been denied their Veterans earned medical and compensation benefits. The business owners notified police of the hate mail and are investgating. The Postal Service didn't provide any help, according to the person who released and provided the post cards with the hate messages to HNNUSA.
Recent anti-immigrant sentiment, racists remarks, hate hysteria and talk about ending U.S. birthright to children born in the country to undocumented parents by Donald J. Trump, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker including 13 other candidates for the Republican nomination for President has sparked recent increase of hate against Hispanics in the U.S.
