Sheboygan, WI - On Sunday, Pompeyo Moguel-Bonilla, 34, of Kewaskum was charged once again in Sheboygan County with one felony count for repeated sexual assault of child as a result of an October 2007 sexual assault, according to court records. His was previously charged for the same crime, but was dismissed without prejudice on August 26, after the detective in case did not show up in court. The next day, charges against Moguel-Bonilla were filed once again. Moguel-Bonilla's cash bond was set at $50,000.
Moguel-Bonilla is facing up to 60 years in prison, if convicted. He will have a preliminary hearing on the sexual assault case on September 9.
