Milwaukee, WI - On Saturday, Darmequaye D. Cohill, 21, was charged with two felony counts for first-degree reckless homicide and first-degree reckless endangering safety for the December 27, 2014 shooting death of 13-month-old Bill Thao near N. 73 and W. Mill Road. Bail was set at $500,000 cash for Cohill. A preliminary hearing is set for January 28.
Cohill allegedly had shot at a home of a rival drug dealer and went back again, but shot at the home next door by mistake striking baby Thao.
Cohill in an unrelated case, was charged on January 5, with one felony count for conspiracy to commit armed robbery by threat of force. A cash bond was set $10,000.
