Milwaukee, WI - On Wednesday, Milwaukee Court Commissioner Rosa M. Barillas found probable cause to charged Alfredo García, 53, with two felony counts for repeated sexual assault of a child and 1st-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13. García is accused of having repeated sexual encounters with a child, who according to court testimony is his daughter from a different relationship.
García's daughter had stayed at his home and current wife. Police say, the child was first molested when she was seven and the sexual assault continued until August 2014. García allegedly molested his daughter after he closed his bar.
The girl is now 15, according to court records.
García's daughter came forward about the repeated sexual assault on December 14. Police then took Garcia into custody on December 24, 2014 and a $25,000 cash bail was set. García was ordered not to have any contact with the victim.
If convicted for 1st-degree sexual assault of a child, García is facing up to 60 years in prison and for repeated sexual assault, García is facing up to 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.

García's arraignment is scheduled for January 12, at Branch 25 at 8:30 a.m.
