Raymond Ceballos-Mendez Charged For Narcotics Manufacturing, Possession Of A Firearm By Felon And Homicide Charge Pending

Ceballos-Mendez arrested in connection with a Southside drive-by fatal shooting that ended the life of a 38-year-old victim.

Milwaukee, WI - On Friday, Raymond Ceballos-Mendez, 26, was booked in the Milwaukee County jail for 1st-degree intentional homicide for the March 14th drive-by shooting of Miguel A. Aguirre, 38, at the 1200 block of S. 17th Street. A $500,000 bail was set for Ceballos-Mendez, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office. The intentional homicide charge is pending, and if convicted Ceballos-Mendez is facing life in prison without parole.
Several felony charges were previously filed against Ceballos-Mendez on April 5th  for one count of manufacturing/delivery of narcotics, and one count for possession of a firearm by a felon. If convicted, Ceballos-Mendez is facing up to 15 years in prison and up to $50K in fines for the narcotics charge and up to 10 years in prison and up to $10K in fines for possession of a firearm by a felon charge.
