Ugandan Government Fuels Hate, Prosecution And Even Murder With Anti-gay Law

Unidentified Ugandan men believed to be homosexual were brutally beaten to death and one was burned alive in December as children, men and women including police just watched.

Uganda - On Monday, President of Uganda, Yoweri Miseveni signed an Anti-gay bill into law that provides stiff sentences for those who don't report gay and lesbian people, also sentences gay and lesbians to a 14-year prison term for first offenders and life in prison for repeat offenders found guilty of "agravated homosexuality," if convicted for same sex preferences. Miseveni signed the bill after doctors convinced him that "homosexuality was not genetic, but a social behavior."
The bill prohibits the "promotion" or "recognition" of same sex relationships, even by any government entity or non-governmental organizations inside or outside Uganda. The new bill promotes hate for gay and lesbian Ugandans,  who now will be prosecuted or targeted by anti-gay mobs that can result in torture, mutilation, murder and people being burned alive.
All across Africa, reports have surfaced that gays and lesbians have been attacked by police, beaten and even brutally killed. Even some newspapers in Africa have exposed gay equal rights activists to the government and public for prosecution or death by mobs.
The day after the bill was signed, the Red Pepper newspaper in Uganda published in its front page photos and the names of at least 200 people who are allegedly gay or lesbians.
In November 2010, the Rolling Stone newpaper in Uganda exposed 100 gay and lesbian people and included photos. The month after, the newspaper exposed another ten people believed to be gay.

Tasteless Juanito2014 For Arizona Governor Campaign Pulled By UNHATE And United Nations

Juanito2014

Fictitious campaign featuring an illegal candidate named Juanito running for Arizona Governor turns into a tasteless promotion to focus on the plight of undocumented immigrants in the U.S., especially in Arizona.

By H. Nelson Goodson
February 28, 2014

Playa Vista, CA - On February 17, the 72andSunny communications company (Ad Agency) posted an Ad paid by both Benetton's UNHATE Foundation and the United Nations Department of Public Information to bring attention that no one is illegal in the U.S. and especially in Arizona. The latest Ad by 72andSunny was send to the main e-mail account of the Latino Rebels, which the subject matter was label "Benetton & UN Create Illegal Immigrant Candidate for Governor of Arizona" to focus on illegals suffrage in the country.
The e-mail read;

Hi there Rebels,

Meet Juanito. He's a model citizen, he works hard to support his family, he believes in equal rights for everybody and he wants to run for governor. There's only one little thing—he's an illegal immigrant.

The e-mail provided links of its Juanito2014 dot com website, but currently it remains shutdown. It's Juanito2014 Facebook is operational and has at least 11 likes, it's Twitter account has 6,456 followers and is following 66 after four tweets. Three of the tweets included links, but the links show error in trying to connect, since they were posted indicating the Juanito2014 campaign is a flop after stereotyping Hispanics as illegals. The Juanito2014 campaign was created in poor taste and apparently Juanito2014 (fictitious candidate) might have been detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after Governor Janet Brewer (R) called it foul and notified the state elections board about Juanito2014 undocumented status, some might joke about it. With Juanito2014 now out of the race, it assures Governor Brewer her re-election?  Lmfao
The 72andSunny partners are John Boiler, Glenn Cole, Robert Nakata and Matt Jarvis who share an office in Playa Vista, California. By the way, in 2013, 72andSunny was named Ad Agency of the Year by Ad Week.
Currently, the Arizona state legislature is working on legislation that would condemn Coyotes (undocumented human traffickers) to death. Seriously, will they also include anti-immigrant haters as well in the bill?
Just this week, Governor Brewer vetoed a bill that would allow for business owners to legally refuse service or sell products and to discriminate against Gay and Lesbian citizens in Arizona. Kudos on that one, Brewer!

Hundreds Of Workers For The Sinaloa Cartel Marched To Demand The Release Of El Chapo

At least 20 people were detained after water bottles were tossed at police when they attempted to disperse the crowds in Culiacán.

By H. Nelson Goodson
February 27, 2014

Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico -  On Wednesday, El Debate reported that more than 1,000 people in support for the Sinaloa Cartel marched to the Culiacán state municipal government building to demand for druglord Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera, 56, aka, El Chapo to be release from the Altiplano federal prison. At least 20 of Chapo's supporters were taken into custody after a confrontation ended with throwing water bottles at local police that attempted to disperse the crowds around 8:00 p.m..
Sinaloa Governor Mario López Valdez confirmed 20 arrests, and said that he was surprized to see "thousands of people" in support of El Chapo. He said, some of the paricipants admitted they were paid at least $500 pesos ($39 U.S.), also tamales and drinks were given out at the march. Others participated because live bands were playing and wanted to party, according to Valdez.
Men with musical instruments led the marchers who have become worried that they will no longer have jobs with El Chapo. Even young students dressed in their school uniforms joined the march.
They claim that Guzmán Loera has been the only one that had given them jobs in the rural mountains where he was raised. Most of the marchers were wearing white shirts that read, "I love El Chapo" others carried signs that read "Sinaloa wants El Chapo freed," "We don't want another war, free El Chapo," "Chapo make me a child," "Joaquín Guzman gave us jobs, corrupt politicians haven't," "Don't extradite El Chapo, free him," according to El Debate.
A small engine plane and a helicopter tossed out thousands of flyers in support of El Chapo. The state authorities were able to pick some of the fliers up. The flier called for people to come out in support of El Chapo, the "Sinaloa hero" and announced that the march would begin at the entrance of Guamúchil and end at Puente Negro.
In Guamúchil within the municipality of Salvador Alvarado, an estimated 500 of Chapo's supporters marched in demand for his release. More people gathered and marched in Mocorito as well.
Also on Wednesday, Mexican federal authorities charged Guzmán Loera with two counts of possessing weapons exclusively used by the military and for organized crime. Each count was filed in several states. Multiple other counts are pending according to the federal Attorney General's Office (PGRF). The PGRF confirmed that five warrants for the arrest of Guzmán Loera for organized crime had been fulfilled.
Guzmán Loera will soon begin serving a 13-year prison sentence from a prior 20-year conviction jail term. He escaped in 2001 from the Puente Grande federal prison and had been a fugitive for 13-years until he was taken into custody last Saturday at the Miramar Tower Hotel in Mazatlán.

White City Officials Conspired To Rid The Racine Downtown Of Minority Tavern Owners And Patrons

John Dickert, Kurt S. Wahlen, Joseph G. Legath, Mary Osterman and Devin P. Sutherland

Black, Hispanic and Thai tavern owners and their patrons were targeted and discriminated by White Racine city officials, a federal civil lawsuit claims.

By H. Nelson Goodson
February 26, 2014

Racine, WI - On Tuesday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) broke the story when it learned that both law firms, Kohler and Hart S.C. from Milwaukee and Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney Ltd. from Chicago had filed a federal civil discrimination lawsuit with the U.S. District Court of Eastern Wisconsin against the City of Racine and city officials including Mayor John Dickert, the city's former and current members of the Common Council and former Racine Police Department Chief Kurt S. Wahlen. The lawsuit claims, that Mayor Dickert conspired with former and current city Common Council members, former Police Chief Wahlen and other influencial (powerful) individuals, including the Racine Tavern League to clear or "rehabilitate,  cleanup" the downtown of Afro-American (Black), Hispanic and Thai tavern owners and their patrons to allow the proliferation of White tavern establishments and their patrons by promoting White owned taverns and businesses in the downtown area.
Some of the plaintiffs were forced to close due to "a pattern and practice of discriminatory treatment on the basis of race has deprived the Plaintiffs of their right to equal protection of the law and their right to equal privileges and immunities under the law," according to the 50-page lawsuit.
The lawsuit allegedly claims, that Mayor Dickert took illegal contributions from the Racine Tavern League and in return awarded White members with liquor licenses taken away from minority tavern owners that had been revoked in the downtown area. Dickert also hired some members of the tavern league to work for the City of Racine, according to the lawsuit.
In 2009, Dickert ran for Racine Mayor on a campaign to revitalize or clean up the downtown area. When elected, Dickert began to conspire with city Common Council members to create city policies to eventually get rid of minority tavern own businesses from the downtown area and replace them with White owned tavern or nightclub establishments. Dickert was instrumental in attracting more White patrons to the area at the cost of closing down minority establishments.
The Plaintiffs include, Cerafin C. Davalos from Cera's Tequila Bar, Jose and Maria Maldonado from the Cruise Inn, former Racine Alderman Otha Keith Fair prior owner of Place on Sixth, Pythaphone Khampane and Omjai Nueakeaw from Ginger's Lounge, Wilbur Jones from Viper's Lounge and Thomas J. Holmes, the former owner of Park 6.
The Defendants include, current Mayor John Dickert, former Mayor Gary E. Becker; Racine Downtown Corporation, including its executive director Davin P. Sutherland and manager of the Racine Downtown Business Improvement District 1; the Racine City Tavern League, Inc.; Kurt S. Wahlen, former Racine Police Chief; the following Racine Aldermen, Jeffrey A. Coe, James Kaplan, Raymond Dehahn, Gregory T. Helding, David L. Maack II, Aron M. Wisneski and Robert E. Mozol; Mark L. Levine, chairman of the Downtown Business Improvement District 1; Joseph G. Legath, member of the Racine City Tavern League and board member of the Downtown Business Improvement District 1; Douglas E. Nicholson, member of the Racine City Tavern League; Monte G. Osterman; Mary Osterman, Treasurer of Mayor John Dickert's election campaign; and Gregory S. Bach, Assistant to Mayor John Dickert.

Joaquín Guzmán Loera "El Chapo" Alive And Isolated From Other Inmates At The Altiplano Prison

Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera, aka, "El Chapo" and Emma Coronel

El Chapo is alive, doing well, has been isolated from other inmates and being held at a secured section at the Altiplano prison, disputing any reports that he had been killed by Zetas on Monday, according to the PGR.

By H. Nelson Goodson
February 26, 2014

Mexico City -  José Luis Manjarrez from the Mexican federal Attorney General's Office (PGR) on Tuesday confirmed that Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera, 56, aka, "El Chapo" is alive and reports of his death are false, according to El Dario. The initial death of El Chapo was posted by Tierra del Narco dot com (TDN), which Manjarrez says is not true.
Guzmán Loera is isolated from other inmates and is in a 24-hour watch in a secured cell block near an Altiplano prison administration section.
The TDN posted on its website that the federal Mexican government was investigating the crime scene at the Altiplano federal prison where El Chapo's body was discovered on early Monday.
The Zetas were being blamed for his alleged homicide. El Chapo's death went viral, but has now been confirmed by Manjarrez it was a false report by TDN.
Guzmán Loera was attributed for the demise of Los Zetas, according to intelligence. He provided key names to the DEA and Mexican federal law enforcement agencies to help break a Zeta stronghold in Mexico-U.S. border towns that managed major multi-million drug routes in competition with the Sinaloa Cartel.
Last Saturday, Emma Coronel, 24, and her two 2-year-old daughter's were with Sinaloa Cartel druglord  Guzmán Loera when he was taken into custody on Saturday at the Miramar Hotel room 401 in Mazatlán, according to Mexican federal authorities. Coronel was not taken into custody or her babysitter who was also in the room when Mexican Marines broke into the room to take Guzmán Loera into custody.
Mexico doesn't charge people or family members for aiding and abetting or hiding a felon as in the U.S.. The U.S. government is seeking extradition for Guzmán Loera for federal charges stemming from drug trafficking, murder, conspiracy and money laundering.
A former head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in El Paso, Texas, Phil Jordan told Univision that he had seen intelligence that confirmed Guzmán Loera had contributed large sums of money to President elect Enrique Peña Nieto's campaign and that he was surprised that Nieto's PRI Party would allow his capture. Jordan could produce any evidence, but admitted that documents of intelligence from the DEA showed that El Chapo did in fact contributed to the PRI Party to elect Neito. Did El Chapo attempt to buy his protection from being extradited to the U.S. and will Neito keep him a Mexican prison?
Alfredo Guzmán's Twitter account posting says, that all the Mexican government officials that El Chapo bought will pay for turning against his father. Alfredo's Twitter has not been confirmed, if in fact it is administered by El Chapo's actual son.
Nieto has not publicly denied the allegation made by Jordan. The PRI Party has not determined, if Guzmán Loera actually donated funds to Neito's campaign or whether the funds would be returned to El Chapo.

Rally And Protest Against ICE Courthouse Raids In Wisconsin

Undocumented immigrants detained by ICE while at court hearings or paying citations in the state.

By H. Nelson Goodson
February 24, 2014

Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, dozens of people rallied outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office to demand for ICE agents to be restricted from going to county courthouses around the state to detain and arrest undocumented immigrants paying traffic violation citations, attending court hearings and other services. The rally was sponsored by Voces de la Frontera (VDLF, an immigrant rights non-profit organization) who reported, that the courthouse raids has or will keep undocumented immigrants from seeking restraining orders on domestic incidents, paying fines or going to hearings for fear of being detained by ICE. Most of the arrests made by ICE at Wisconsin county courthouses have been for minor driving citations during court sessions where Spanish interpreters are required.
Despite anti-immigrant sentiments that undocumented immigrants have no rights in the country, the U.S. Constitution extends all afforded rights of due process, free speech and equal protection of the law, whether federal, state or local. Undocumented Immigrants are afforded the right to filed complaints, lawsuits and other litigation under the law, and ICE has been engaging in illegal activity and a violation of federal law by creating a culture of intimidation by arresting individuals seeking protection, filing complaints, lawsuits or paying minor fines.
Last year, the California based ACLU filed a complaint with ICE stating that rogue ICE agents were arresting undocumented immigrants while at courthouse hearings, getting marriage licenses or paying minor traffic fines. The ICE agency has become one of the most corrupt agencies in the country that has been found to engage in illegal raids, coerced immigrants to voluntarily sign deportation authorization, kept legal advisors from immigrants during proceedings, failed to contact foreign consulates about those detained and other irregularities, which court cases have found. As of today, not one ICE agent or supervisor has ever been convicted, disciplined or terminated for engaging in such illegal or questionable activities. The lack of Congressional oversight and implementation of laws to prosecute ICE agents who intentionally engage in illegal activities that deprive the Constitutional rights of immigrants has never resulted in one single conviction. Isn't It time to implement accountability for ICE agents, their supervisors and those in ICE administration that know it's happening, but ignore it?
ICE has targeted courthouse hearings around the country and made countless arrests of non-criminal individuals, despite a statement released from ICE spokeswoman Gail Montenegro in Chicago that stated, ICE "is focused on sensible, effective immigration enforcement by implementing the following removal priorities: convicted criminals, those who re-entered the United States after having been previously removed, and those who have outstanding deportation orders." Montenegro also admits that ICE targets specific individuals mentioned and "not random sweeps or raids," but use all resources available to track these individuales based on their removal priorities. VDLF believes otherwise and alleged that ICE targets Spanish speaking immigrants while attending court hearings or seeking other court services.
In one particular case, José Calderon who is now facing deportation was at Monday's rally to give his testimony about being detained and processed by ICE at an Ozaukee courthouse hearing for a minor citation, according to VDLF Facebook page posting. VDLF posted on Monday that Calderon was detained in the Ozaukee County Courthouse on July 8, 2013, after attending a hearing and paying a fine for driving without a license. Aside from two citations for driving without a license, Calderon has no criminal record. He has lived in Milwaukee since 1997, and is married with two young U.S. born children. Calderon is a member of VDLF.
After Calderon paid his traffic fine, two ICE agents in plainclothes and an Ozaukee County Sheriff's deputy stopped him. The ICE agents asked him in English, if he was José Calderon.
When Calderon replied yes, the ICE agents detained him and then led him to another room in the courthouse, where three other ICE agents in plainclothes were holding approximately four individuals they had detained earlier at the courthouse. They were all Latinos previously present in court for hearings related to driving without a license.
Calderon's immigration attorney was also present with him at the court hearing, but the ICE agents refused to allow him to accompany his client into the private room. They proceeded to question Calderon. From the courthouse, Calderon was taken to the ICE office in downtown Milwaukee, interrogated more, and released on his own recognizance, according to VDLF. He is now facing deportation and a campaign to have him remain in the U.S. has been initiated by VDLF.

Venezuelans have had enough of being oppressed and their rights infringed in contrary to their Constitutional inherent rights to express themselves and to demand change. The demonstrations were fuel by the high murder rate of 24,763 in 2013, food shortages, poverty and Maduro's attempt to oppress peaceful demonstrations that turned into clashes between demonstrators and security forces after Maduro's security forces infiltrated marches and indiscriminately began firing at demonstrators.
So far, eleven people have been reported killed, according to Maduro's administration. But, posted comments on social networks have reported more deaths, abuse by security forces, rampant shootings of civilians by Cuban paramilitary groups hired by Maduro, hundreds of anti-government demonstrators injured or beaten, and numerous arrests.
Marches had been organized around the world in solidarity with Venezuela.
Major Spanish speaking networks on Saturday focused their media coverage to the breaking news that the Sinaloa druglord Joaquín Guzmán Loera, 59, aka, "El Chapo" had been taken into custody by Mexican Marines around 6:40 a.m. at the Miramar Hotel in Mazatlán, Mexico without a shot fired. Sinaloa Cartel Intelligence Indicate Plans Are In Motion To Free Joaquin Guzmán Loera "El Chapo"

Joaquín Guzmán Loera, aka, "El Chapo"

Intelligence indicate that El Chapo could be a free man at any time, as the Sinaloa Cartel plans a second daring escape from a Mexican federal maximum prison.

Mexico City - Mexican federal authorities have posted a 24 hour suicide watch on Joaquin Guzmán Loera, 59, of Sinaloa at the Altiplano Mexican federal prison in Almoloya de Juárez in the state of Mexico. Guzmán Loera had indicated that he wanted one of his men to fatally shoot him, if he was about to be captured. But that fail on Saturday morning, when Mexican Marines hot on his trail raided his Miramar hotel room In Mazatlán at 6:40 a.m. without firing a shot and took him into custody.
Guzmán Loera had been wanted by both the U.S. and Mexican authorities after he paid the warden and Puente Grande prison guards millions to escape in 2001. The Sinaloa druglord had been an international fugitive for 13 years. A $5M dollar reward was offered by the U.S. for his capture and $3M dollars from the Mexican government.
Guzmán Loera to elude capture or detection for years had submitted to several plastic surgeries to change his facial appearance. On Saturday,  his identity was confirmed by Jesús Murillo Karam, the Mexican federal Attorney General.
Guzmán Loera is considered a billionaire druglord and has bought government protection in Mexico. He hasn't reveal any corrupt federal and local officials on his payroll yet, but the longer he stays in prison, a list of corrupt officials is sure to surface. In 2009, Guzmán Loera revealed a list of corrupt officials, it was later published by a Mexican newspaper.
Criminal organized gambling bets have begun to determine when he will be actually free again. As long as Guzmán Loera remains in a Mexican prison, he can control the worldwide operations of the Sinaloa Cartel.
The U.S. government is expected to seek Guzmán Loera's extradition and the Mexican government will most likely turn over Guzmán Loera at any given time. The Mexican government cannot afford another daring escape from El Chapo. The longer they keep him locked up in a Mexican prison, the greater oportunity of him escaping. No federal Mexican prison can hold a billionaire druglord with a track record and an influence to buy prison officials and guards.
Corrupt Mexican federal and local officials can't afford for Guzmán Loera to be extradited to the U.S., because their livelihoods are at stake.

Dead Toll Rising In Venezuela As Military Launches Assault On Demonstrators

President Maduro has launched a major military regime oppression assault in Táchira and other states in Venezuela to restore order.

Táchira, Venezuela - On Friday, more than 3,000 Venezuelan troops have arrived in the state of Táchira, including F-16 jet fighters, tanks and armed helicopters to squash anti-government demonstrations and a freedom resistance. Security forces are also using water cannons to disperse street crowds.
Anti-government groups say, they will continue their demonstrations nationally today and Saturday. Maduro has blamed the U.S. for funding the escalation of demonstrations in Venezuela.
The dead toll and wounded casualties are rising in multiple states, according to information being posted in social networks. All types of communication is being blocked, Internet service was shut down and any information or photos, including local news reports censored by President Nicolás Maduro. The Venezuela government had revoked CNN's authorized news access. CNN had also been expelled from the country, but Maduro later decided to allow CNN to continue news coverage in Venezuela.
Maduro has ordered all demonstrators arrested and for military forces to use deadly force when necessary against what he is labeling fascists (freedom resistance). But security forces and Cuban mercenaries are just shooting at anyone they suspect is anti-government,  according to postings on the Internet coming out of Venezuela.
In San Cristóbal, Cuban paramilitary groups have been invading homes and taking out suspected anti-government civilians, according to Twitter postings reporting on Táchira. Internet service has been shut down for over 36 hours in San Cristóbal.
Maracaibo and others states are reporting oppressive actions by Maduro's military,  but Maduro calls it restoring order (with an iron fist). Some resistance throughout the night led to molotov cocktail throwing by civilians in response to Maduro's oppression.
A video going viral on the Internet shows Maduro banning demonstrations without a permit according to law, but in contrary it also shows former late President Hugo Chavez responding that over 1,500 peaceful demonstrations had taken place in Venezuela and not one soldier or police officer ever intervened. Chavez says, that Venezuelan people don't need a permit to peacefully demonstrate and to express an opinion. Maduro believes otherwise.
A female student was reported killed at Ferrero Tamayo in Táchira by security forces.
This is the posted Spanish message going viral on the Internet from Táchira, ""SOS Tachira..
Miguel Torres Rodríguez,  the Venezuelan Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace announced that the bullet that killed Miss Tourism 2013 of Carabobo, Génisis Carmona, 22, a college student model came from within the demonstrators. But, anti-government groups dispute Rodríguez claim and say, Maduro's military infiltrated the peaceful demonstration and began to shoot indiscriminately at the crowds to cause chaos that led to mass panic and reaction from demonstrators.
