Dallas, Texas - A Gofundme fund has been created to help the David Farias DF band to replace a touring van and their fire damaged instruments. Farias, the accordionist of the band says, that their van caught fire near Austin after a gig on Saturday.
No one was reported injured, but the van and instruments were totalled, according to Farias. The group kept their commitment to perform on Sunday at the Tejano Music Awards Fan Fair in San Antonio.
Currently, a fundraising dance is being planned in the Dallas area. A Gofundme fund has raised about $1,295 of the $10K goal needed.
